2 Timoteyo 3
1 Koma dziwa izi: Mʼmasiku otsiriza kudzafika nthawi zoopsa kwambiri.
But know this, that in the last days grievous times will come.
2 Anthu adzakhala odzikonda, okonda ndalama, odzitama, onyada, achipongwe, osamvera makolo awo, osayamika, wopanda chiyero.
For men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, without
3 Adzakhala wopanda chikondi, osakhululuka, osinjirira, osadziletsa, ankhanza, osakonda zabwino,
natural affection, implacable, slanderers, incontinent, fierce, without love for what is good,
4 opereka anzawo kwa adani awo, osaopa zoyipa, odzitukumula, okonda zowasangalatsa mʼmalo mokonda Mulungu.
betrayers, headstrong, puffed up, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God;
5 Adzakhala ndi maonekedwe achipembedzo koma mphamvu yake ndi kumayikana. Anthu amenewa uziwapewa.
having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof. And from these turn away.
6 Iwowa ndi anthu aja amene amayendayenda mʼmakomo a anthu nʼkumanyenga akazi ofowoka mʼmaganizo, olemedwa ndi machimo ndiponso otengeka ndi zilakolako zoyipa zamitundumitundu,
For of these are they who creep into houses, and lead captive silly women laden with sins, led away by divers lusts,
7 amaphunzira nthawi zonse koma samatha kuzindikira choonadi.
ever learning, and never able to come to the full knowledge of the truth.
8 Monga momwe Yanesi ndi Yambere anawukira Mose, momwemonso anthu amenewa amawukira choonadi. Nzeru zawo ndi zowonongeka ndipo pa za chikhulupiriro, ndi okanidwa.
Now as Jannes and Jambres withstood Moses, so also do these withstand the truth; men corrupted in their minds, reprobate concerning the faith.
9 Koma sadzapita nazo patali kwambiri zimenezi, pakuti anthu onse adzaona kupusa kwawo monga anachitira Yanesi ndi Yambere.
But they will proceed no further; for their folly will be clearly manifest to all, as that of those men was.
10 Tsono iwe, umadziwa zonse zimene ndimaphunzitsa, makhalidwe anga, cholinga changa, chikhulupiriro changa, kuleza mtima kwanga, chikondi changa, ndi kupirira kwanga,
But thou art well acquainted with my teaching, manner of life, purpose, faith, long-suffering, love, patience,
11 mazunzo anga, masautso anga, monga zinandichitikira ku Antiokeya, ku Ikoniya ndi ku Lusitra. Ndinazunzika kwambiri. Koma Ambuye anandipulumutsa pa zonsezi.
persecutions, sufferings; what things came upon me at Antioch, at Iconium, at Lystra; what persecutions I endured, and out of them all the Lord delivered me.
12 Kunena zoona, munthu aliyense amene akufuna kukhala moyo wolemekeza Mulungu mwa Khristu Yesu, adzazunzikadi,
Yea, and all that desire to live godly in Christ Jesus will suffer persecution.
13 pomwe anthu oyipa ndi onyenga adzanka nayipirayipira, kunamiza ena, iwo nʼkumanamizidwanso.
But evil men and impostors will wax worse and worse, deceiving and being deceived.
14 Koma iwe pitiriza zimene waziphunzira ndi kuzivomereza, chifukwa ukudziwa amene anakuphunzitsa zimenezi.
But do thou continue in the things which thou didst learn and wast assured of, knowing from what teachers thou didst learn them,
15 Kuyambira uli wamngʼono wakhala ukudziwa Malemba Oyera, amene akhoza kukupatsa nzeru zokupulumutsa kudzera mʼchikhulupiriro cha mwa Yesu Khristu.
and that from a child thou hast known the Holy Scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation, through faith which is in Christ Jesus.
16 Malemba onse anawalembetsa ndi Mulungu, ndipo othandiza pophunzitsa, podzudzula, pokonza cholakwika ndi polangiza za chilungamo
All Scripture is inspired by God, and is profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, for discipline in righteousness;
17 kuti munthu wa Mulungu akonzekere bwino lomwe kugwira ntchito iliyonse yabwino.
that the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto every good work.
