ᎪᎵᏂᏗᏱ ᎠᏁᎯ ᎢᎬᏱᏱ ᎨᎪᏪᎳᏁᎸᎯ 5

1 ᏂᎦᎥᏉ ᎠᏂᏃᎮᎭ ᎾᏍᎩ ᎤᏕᎵᏛ ᏗᏂᏏᏗ ᎨᏒ ᎢᏤᎲᎢ, ᎠᎴ ᎾᏍᎩ ᎢᏳᏍᏗ ᎤᏕᎵᏛ ᏗᏂᏏᏗ ᎨᏒ ᎾᏍᎩ ᏧᎾᏓᎴᏅᏛ ᏴᏫ ᎥᏝ ᎬᏩᏂᏃᎮᏗ ᎾᏍᏉ ᏱᎩ, ᎾᏍᎩ ᎩᎶ ᎤᏙᏓ ᎤᏓᎵᎢ ᎤᏓᏴᏍᏗᏱ.

IT is generally reported that there is whoredom among you, and such whoredom as is not even named among the Gentiles, that one should have his father’s wife.

2 ᏙᏣᏕᏋᎯᏍᏗᏉᏃ ᏂᎯ, ᎠᎴ ᎥᏝ ᎤᏲᏉ ᏱᏥᏰᎸᏅ, ᎾᏍᎩ ᎯᎠ ᎢᏳᏛᏁᎸᎯ ᎦᏰᏥᏄᎪᏫᏍᏗ ᎢᏣᏓᏡᎬ ᎢᏳᎵᏍᏙᏗᏱ ᎤᎬᏩᎵ.

And ye are puffed up, though ought ye not rather to be grieved? that he who hath done this deed might be plucked from the midst of you.

3 ᎠᏴᏰᏃ ᎤᏙᎯᏳᎯ ᎠᎩᎪᏁᎳ ᏥᏰᎸ ᎨᏒᎢ, ᏥᎦᏔᏩᏕᎦᏍᎩᏂ ᎠᏆᏓᏅᏙᎩᎯ, ᎦᏳᎳ ᏥᏥᎦᏔᏩᏕᎪ ᎾᏍᎩᏯᎢ ᏕᏥᏳᎪᏓᏁᎸ ᎾᏍᎩ ᎯᎠ ᎢᏳᏛᏁᎸᎯ,

For I indeed, as absent in body, but present in spirit, have already, as present, passed judgment on him who hath so done this thing;

4 ᎢᏣᏓᏟᏌᎮᏍᏗ, ᎠᏆᏓᏅᏙᏃ ᎠᎦᏔᏩᏕᎨᏍᏗ, ᎤᎵᏂᎩᏗᏳ ᎨᏒ ᎢᎦᏤᎵ ᎤᎬᏫᏳᎯ ᏥᏌ ᎦᎶᏁᏛ ᏔᎵ ᎤᏛᏕᏍᏗ, ᎤᎬᏫᏳᎯ ᏥᏌ ᎦᎶᏁᏛ ᏚᏙᎥ ᎢᏨᏙᏗᏱ,

in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, ye being assembled together and my spirit with the power of our Lord Jesus Christ,

5 ᎾᏍᎩ ᏎᏓᏂ ᏤᏥᏲᎯᏎᏗᏱ ᎾᏍᎩ ᎯᎠ, ᎾᏍᎩ ᎤᏲᎢᏍᏗᏱ ᎤᏇᏓᎸᎢ, ᎤᏓᏅᏙᏃ ᎠᏍᏕᎸᏗᏱ ᎾᎯᏳ ᎤᎬᏫᏳᎯ ᏥᏌ ᎤᏤᎵ ᎢᎦ ᎨᏎᏍᏗ.

to deliver such a one over to Satan for the destruction of the flesh, that the spirit may be saved in the day of the Lord Jesus.

6 ᎢᏣᏢᏆᏍᎬ ᎥᏝ ᎣᏏᏳ ᏱᎩ. ᎥᏝᏍᎪ ᏱᏥᎦᏔᎭ ᎤᏍᏗ ᎠᎪᏙᏗ ᏂᎦᏛ ᎦᎸ ᎠᎪᏗᏍᎬᎢ.

Your glorying is not good: know ye not that a little leaven leaveneth the whole mass?

7 ᎾᏍᎩ ᎢᏳᏍᏗ ᎢᏥᏄᎪᏩ ᎤᏪᏘ ᎠᎪᏙᏗ, ᎾᏍᎩ ᎦᎸ ᎢᏤ ᎢᏣᎵᏍᏙᏗᏱ, ᎾᏍᎩᏯ ᏁᏣᎪᎳᏅᎾ ᏥᎩ. ᎾᏍᏉᏰᏃ ᎦᎶᏁᏛ ᎧᏃᎯᏰᎩ ᎢᎦᏤᎵ ᎢᎩᏲᎱᎯᏎᎸ;

Purge out therefore the old leaven, that ye may be a new mass, as ye are unleavened. For our passover hath been sacrificed for us, even Christ.

8 ᎾᏍᎩ ᎢᏳᏍᏗ ᎢᎩᏍᏆᏂᎪᏕᏍᏗ ᏗᎵᏍᏓᏴᏗᏱ ᎨᏒᎢ, ᎥᏞᏍᏗ ᎤᏪᏘ ᎠᎪᏙᏗ ᎬᏗ, ᎠᎴ ᎥᏞᏍᏗ ᎤᏲ ᎠᎴ ᎠᏍᎦᏂ ᎨᏒ ᎠᎪᏙᏗ ᎬᏗ, ᏂᏓᎪᏔᏅᎾᏍᎩᏂ ᎦᏚ ᏄᏠᎾᏍᏛᎾ ᎨᏒ ᎠᎴ ᎦᏰᎪᎩ ᏂᎨᏒᎾ ᎬᏗ.

Therefore let us keep the feast, not with old leaven, nor with the leaven of malice and wickedness, but with the unleavened bread of sincerity and truth.

9 ᎢᏨᏲᏪᎳᏁᎸᎩ ᎾᏍᎩ ᎢᏧᎳᎭ ᎢᏤᏓᏍᏗᏱ ᏂᎨᏒᎾ ᎤᏕᎵᏛ ᏗᎾᏂᏏᎲᏍᎩ;

I have written unto you in an epistle that you should not associate with fornicators.

10 ᎥᏝ ᎠᏗᎾ ᎿᎭᏉ ᎠᏎ [ ᎢᏤᏓᏍᏗᏱ ᏂᎨᏒᎾ ] ᎾᏍᏉ ᎡᎶᎯ ᏗᏂᎧᎿᎭᏩᏕᎩ ᎤᏕᎵᏛ ᏗᎾᏂᏏᎲᏍᎩ ᎠᎴ ᎤᏂᎬᎥᏍᎩ, ᎠᎴ ᎤᎶᏒᏍᏗ ᎠᎾᏓᎩᎡᎯ, ᎠᎴ ᎤᏁᎳᏅᎯ ᏗᏟᎶᏍᏔᏅᎯ ᏗᎾᏓᏙᎵᏍᏓᏁᎯ; ᎢᏳᏰᏃ ᎾᏍᎩ ᏱᏄᏍᏗ, ᎠᏎ ᎢᏥᏄᎪᎢᏍᏗ ᏱᎩ ᎡᎶᎯ.

Yet not altogether with the fornicators of this world, or the covetous, or extortioners, or idolaters: for then must ye indeed go out of the world.

11 ᎪᎯᏍᎩᏂ ᎢᏨᏲᏪᎳᏏ ᎢᏧᎳᎭ ᎢᏤᏓᏍᏗᏱ ᏂᎨᏒᎾ, ᎢᏳᏃ ᎩᎶ ᎠᎾᎵᏅᏟ ᎠᎪᏎᎯ ᏱᎩ ᎾᏍᎩ ᎤᏕᎵᏛ ᏗᏂᏏᎲᏍᎩ ᏱᎩ, ᎠᎴ ᎤᎬᎥᏍᎩ ᏱᎩ, ᎠᎴ ᎤᏁᎳᏅᎯ ᏗᏟᎶᏍᏔᏅᎯ ᎠᏓᏙᎵᏍᏓᏁᎯ ᏱᎩ, ᎠᎴ ᎠᏓᏐᎮᎯ, ᎠᎴ ᎤᏴᏍᏕᏍᎩ, ᎠᎴ ᎤᎶᏒᏍᏗ ᎠᏓᎩᎡᎯ; ᎾᏍᎩ ᎢᏳᏍᏗ ᎥᏝᏍᏗ ᎾᏍᏉ ᎢᏧᎳᎭ ᏱᏣᎵᏍᏓᏴᏁᏍᏗ.

But now I have written unto you not to associate with him, if any man, professing to be a brother, be a fornicator, or covetous, or an idolater, or a railer, or a drunkard, or an extortioner, with such a one not even to eat.

12 ᎦᏙᏃ ᏱᏗᎦᏥᏳᎪᏓᏁᎭ ᎾᏍᎩ ᎾᏍᏉ ᏙᏱᏗᏢ ᎠᏁᎯ? ᏝᏍᎪ ᏂᎯ ᏱᏗᏧᎪᏓᏁᎰ ᎾᏍᎩ Ꮎ ᎠᏂᏯᎢ?

For what call have I to judge those who are without? Do not ye judge those who are within the church?

13 ᏙᏱᏗᏢᏍᎩᏂ ᎠᏁᎯ ᎤᏁᎳᏅᎯ ᏕᎫᎪᏓᏁᎰᎢ. ᎾᏍᎩ ᎢᏳᏍᏗ ᎡᏥᏄᎪᏩ ᎢᏤᎲ ᎾᏍᎩ Ꮎ ᎠᏍᎦᎾᎢ.

But those who are without God judgeth. Put then away that wicked man from among yourselves.
