Y Salmo Sija 56

1 GAEASE nu guajo, O Yuus; sa y taotao malago na ujapañotyo; mumumo todot dia, ya jachichiguityo.

TO THE OVERSEER. [SET] ON “A SILENT DOVE FAR OFF.” A MIKTAM OF DAVID, IN THE PHILISTINES’ TAKING HOLD OF HIM IN GATH. Favor me, O God, for man swallowed me up, All the day fighting he oppresses me,

2 Todot dia y enemigujo manmalago na ujapañotyo; sa megae mamumujo ya mansobetbio.

My enemies have swallowed up all the day, For many [are] fighting against me, O Most High,

3 Jafaja na tiempo nae maañaoyo, juangocojayo guiya jago.

[In] the day I am afraid I am confident toward You.

4 Gui as Yuus jualaba y finoña; gui as Yuus nae jagasja jupolo y inangococo, ti maañaoyo; jafa ufatinas y catne guiya guajo?

In God I praise His word, in God I have trusted, I do not fear what flesh does to me.

5 Todot dia mabira y sinanganjo; sa todo y jinasoñija contra guajo para tinaelaye.

All the day they wrest my words, All their thoughts [are] for evil concerning me,

6 Mandaña ya manatog maesasija; ya magueguesatituye y pinecatjo, anae jagas mananangga sija y antijo.

They assemble, they hide, they watch my heels, When they have expected my soul.

7 Ufanescapa nu y tinaelaye? gui binibo nae unyute papa y taotao sija, O Yuus.

They escape by iniquity, In anger put down the peoples, O God.

8 Jago sumangan y jinanaojo; polo gui jalom boteyamo y lagojo: manaegüe sija gui leblomo?

You have counted my wandering, You place my tear in Your bottle, Are they not in Your scroll?

9 Ayo nae, ujabira sija tate y enemigujo y jaane nae juagangjao; este jutungo, na si Yuus para guajo.

Then turn back my enemies in the day I call. This I have known, that God [is] for me.

10 Gui as Yuus jualaba y finoña: gui as Jeova jualaba y finona.

In God I praise the word, In YHWH I praise the word.

11 Gui as Yuus nae jagasja jupolo y inangococo; ya siempre ti jumaañao; jafa y taotao ufatinas guiya guajo?

In God I trusted, I do not fear what man does to me,

12 Y promesamo gaegue guiya guajo, O Yuus: ya juapasejao siempre ni y inefresen grasias.

On me, O God, [are] Your vows, I repay thank-offerings to You.

13 Sa jagasja unnalibre y antijo gui finatae; ti siempre unnalibre y adengjo an podong? para jufamocat gui menan Yuus gui candet y manlálâlâ.

For You have delivered my soul from death, Do You not [keep] my feet from falling? To habitually walk before God in the light of the living!
