Zacarias 2

1 Ug akong giyahat ang akong mga mata, ug nakita ko, ug ania karon, ang usa ka tawo uban ang lubid nga igsusukod diha sa iyang kamot.

I lift vp mine eyes againe and looked, and behold, a man with a measuring line in his hand.

2 Unya miingon ako: Asa ikaw paingon? Ug siya miingon kanako: Sa pagsukod sa Jerusalem, aron sa pagpakisayud kong unsay gilapdon niana, ug unsay gitas-on niana.

Then saide I, Whither goest thou? And he saide vnto me, To measure Ierusalem, that I may see what is the breadth thereof, and what is the length thereof.

3 Ug, ania karon, ang manulonda nga nakigsulti kanako miadto, ug ang lain nga manulonda migula sa pagtagbo kaniya,

And beholde, the Angel that talked with me, went foorth: and another Angel went out to meete him,

4 Ug miingon kaniya: Dalagan, sultihi kining batan-ong lalake, nga magaingon: Ang Jerusalem pagapuy-an sama sa kabalangayan nga walay mga kuta, tungod sa panon sa mga tawo ug sa kahayupan didto.

And saide vnto him, Runne, speake to this yong man, and say, Ierusalem shalbe inhabited without walles, for the multitude of men and cattell therein.

5 Kay ako, nagaingon si Jehova, mahimo alang kaniya nga usa ka kuta nga kalayo nga maglibut, ug ako mahimo nga himaya sa taliwala niya.

For I, saith the Lord, will be vnto her a wall of fire round about, and wil be the glory in the middes of her.

6 Ho! ho! kumalagiw kamo gikan sa yuta sa amihanan, nagaingon si Jehova; kay gihatag ko kamo ingon sa upat ka mga hangin sa kalangitan, nagaingon si Jehova.

Ho, ho, come forth, and flee from the land of the North, saith the Lord: for I haue scattered you into the foure winds of the heauen, saith ye Lord.

7 Ho Sion, kumalagiw ka, ikaw nga nagapuyo uban sa anak nga babaye sa Babilonia.

Saue thy selfe, O Zion, that dwellest with the daughter of Babel.

8 Kay mao kini ang giingon ni Jehova sa mga panon: Sunod sa himaya gipadala ako niya ngadto sa mga nasud nga nanagtulis kaninyo; kay siya nga nagahilabut kaninyo, nagahilabut sa kalimutaw sa iyang mata.

For thus saith the Lord of hostes, After this glory hath hee sent me vnto the nations, which spoyled you: for he that toucheth you, toucheth the apple of his eye.

9 Kay, ania karon, ako magawarawara sa akong kamot sa ibabaw nila, ug sila mahimo nga usa ka binihag niadtong mga nanag-alagad kanila; ug kamo makaila nga si Jehova sa mga panon maoy nagsugo kanako.

For beholde, I will lift vp mine hand vpon them: and they shalbe a spoyle to those that serued them, and ye shall knowe, that the Lord of hostes hath sent me.

10 Pag-awit ug pagmaya, Oh anak nga babaye sa Sion; kay, ania karon, ako moanhi, ug ako mopuyo sa imong taliwala, nagaingon si Jehova.

Reioyce, and be glad, O daughter Zion: for loe, I come, and will dwell in the middes of thee, saith the Lord.

11 Ug daghang mga nasud nga moipon kang Jehova niadtong adlawa, ug mahimo nga akong katawohan; ug ako mopuyo sa taliwala nimo, ug ikaw makaila nga si Jehova sa mga panon maoy nagsugo kanako nganhi kanimo.

And many nations shall be ioyned to the Lord in that day, and shalbe my people: and I will dwell in the middes of thee, and thou shalt knowe that the Lord of hostes hath sent me vnto thee.

12 Ug si Jehova magapanunod sa Juda ingon nga iyang bahin sa yutang balaan, ug magapili pa sa Jerusalem.

And the Lord shall inherite Iudah his portion in the holy lande, and shall chuse Ierusalem againe.

13 Paghilum, tanan nga unod, sa atubangan ni Jehova; kay siya nahigmata gikan sa iyang balaan nga puloy-anan.

Let all flesh be still before the Lord: for he is raised vp out of his holy place.
