Mga Salmo 76
1 Ang Dios ginaila sa Juda: Sa Israel daku ang iyang ngalan.
To the Chief Musician. With Stringed Instruments. A Melody of Asaph, a Song. God is, known in Judah, In Israel, great is his Name;
2 Sa Salem usab atua ang iyang tabernaculo, Ug ang iyang puloy-anan atua sa Sion.
Now hath come into Salem, his pavilion, And his dwelling-place into Zion.
3 Didto gipamali niya ang mga udyong sa pana; Ang taming, ug ang espada, ug ang gubat. (Selah)
There, hath he broken in pieces the arrows of the bow, shield and sword, and battle. (Selah)
4 Mahimayaon ikaw ug halangdon, Gikan sa kabukiran sa pangayam.
Enveloped in light, thou, art more majestic than the mountains of prey.
5 Ang mga mabaskug sa kasingkasing gipangagawan, (Sila) nahinanok sa ilang pagkatulog; Ug walay bisan usa sa mga tawong kusgan nga nakakaplag sa ilang mga kamot.
The valiant of heart have become a spoil, They have slumbered their sleep, And none of the men of might have found their hands.
6 Sa imong pagbadlong, Oh Dios ni Jacob, Silang duruha, ang carro ug ang kabayo gipanghulog ngadto sa usa ka pagkatulog nga ikamatay.
At thy rebuke, O God of Jacob, Stunned are the horsemen.
7 Ikaw, bisan ikaw gayud, ang angay pagakahadlokan; Ug kinsa man ang makabarug sa imong pagtan-aw sa diha nga sa makausa ikaw masuko?
As for thee, to be feared thou art! Who then shall stand before thee, because of the power of thine anger?
8 Gikan sa langit gipadungog mo ang paghukom; Ang yuta nahadlok, ug mihilum,
Out of the heavens, didst thou cause judgment to be heard, Earth, feared and was still:
9 Sa diha nga ang Dios mobangon sa paghukom, Aron sa pagluwas sa tanang mga maaghup sa yuta. (Selah)
When God rose up to judgment, To save all the oppressed of the earth. (Selah)
10 Sa pagkamatuod gayud ang kaligutgut sa tawo magadayeg kanimo: Ang nahabilin sa imong kaligutgut imong igabakus sa ibabaw nimo.
For the multitude of mankind shall give thanks unto thee, The remainder of the multitude, shall keep holy festival unto thee.
11 Manaad, ug mamayad kamo kang Jehova nga inyong Dios: Padad-a ug mga gasa kadtong tanan nga nanaglibut ngadto kaniya nga takus pagakahadlokan.
Vow and pay, unto Yahweh your God, —Let, all who are round about him, bear along a gift unto him who is to be revered.
12 Pagaputlon niya ang espiritu sa mga principe: Siya mao ang gikalisangan sa mga hari sa yuta.
He cutteth off the spirit of nobles, he is of reverend majesty to the kings of the earth.
