Nehemias 7
1 Karon nahitabo, sa natukod na ang kuta, ug ang mga lukob akong gipatindog, ug ang mga magbalantay sa pultahan ug ang mga mag-awit ug ang mga Levihanon natudlo na,
And it came to pass, when the wall was built, that I set up the doors; and then were appointed the gatekeepers and the singers and the [other] Levites [to their office].
2 Nga ang Jerusalem akong gihatag sa kamot sa akong igsoon nga si Hanani ug kang Hananias nga gobernador sa castillo; kay siya maoy usa ka matinumanong tawo, ug nahadlok sa Dios labaw kay sa daghan.
And I gave my brother Chanani, and Chananyah the commander of the fortress, charge over Jerusalem; for he was esteemed a faithful man, and one that feared God these many days.
3 Ug ako miingon kanila: Takpi ang mga ganghaan sa Jerusalem, hangtud nga mainit na ang adlaw: ug samtang nga sila anaa sa pagbantay, patakpi kanila ang mga pultahan, ug trangkahan ninyo sila: ug pagtudlo ug mga bantay sa mga pumoluyo sa Jerusalem, ang tagsatagsa sa iyang pagbantay, ug ang tagsatagsa anha sa atbang sa iyang balay.
And I said unto them, The gates of Jerusalem must not be opened until the sun be hot; and while ye stand by, let them shut the doors, and do ye bar them; and station watches of the inhabitants of Jerusalem, every one in his watch, and every one opposite to his house.
4 Karon ang ciudad halapad ug daku; apan ang katawohan pipila lamang ka lugas sa sulod, ug ang mga balay wala pa matukod.
But the city was roomy in space and large: while the people therein were few, and the houses were not yet built.
5 Ug ang akong Dios nagabutang sa akong kasingkasing sa pagtigum sa tingub sa mga harianon, ug sa mga punoan, ug sa katawohan, aron nga sila maihap pinaagi sa kaagi sa kagikanan. Ug hipalgan ko ang basahon sa kaagi sa kagikanan nila nga nanghiabut pag-una, ug nakita ko ang nahisulat diha niana:
Then did my God put it into my heart, and I assembled together the nobles, and the rulers, and the people, that they might give in their genealogy; and I found a register of the genealogy of those who were come up at the first, and I found written therein:

These arc the children of the province, that came up out of the captivity of the exiles, whom Nebuchadnezzar the king of Babylon had carried into exile, and who returned to Jerusalem and to Judah, every one unto his own city;
7 Nga nahiabut uban kang Zorobabel, Jesua, Nehemias, Azarias, Raamias, Nahamani, Mardocheo, Bilsan, Misperet, Bigvai, Nehum, Baana. Ang gidaghanon sa mga tawo sa katawohan sa Israel:
Who came with Zerubbabel, Jeshua', Nehemiah, 'Azaryah, Ra'amyah, Nachamani, Mordecai, Bilshan, Misspereth, Bigvai, Nechum, Ba'anah. The number of the men of the people of Israel was:

The children of Pachath-moab, of the children of Jeshua' and Joab, two thousand and eight hundred and eighteen.
12 Ang mga anak ni Elam, usa ka libo duha ka gatus kalim-an ug upat.
The children of 'Elam, one thousand two hundred fifty and four.
13 Ang mga anak ni Zattu, walo ka gatus kap-atan ug lima.

15 Ang mga anak ni Binnui, unom ka gatus kap-atan ug walo.

16 Ang mga anak ni Bebai, unom ka gatus kaluhaan ug walo.
The children of Bebai, six hundred twenty and eight.
17 Ang mga anak ni Azgad, duruha ka libo totolo ka gatus kaluhaan ug duha.
The children of 'Azgad, two thousand three hundred twenty and two.
18 Ang mga anak ni Adonicam, unom ka gatus kan-uman ug pito.

19 Ang mga anak ni Bigvai, duruha ka libo kan-uman ug pito.

27 Ang mga tawo sa Anathoth, usa ka gatus kaluhaan ug walo,

The men of Kiryath-ye'arim, Kephirah, and Beeroth, seven hundred forty and three.
30 Ang mga tawo sa Rama, ug sa Gebaa, unom ka gatus kaluhaan ug usa.
The men of Ramah and Gaba', six hundred twenty and one,
31 Ang mga tawo sa Michmas, usa ka gatus kaluhaan ug duha.
The men of Michmass, one hundred twenty and two.
32 Ang mga tawo sa Beth-el ug sa Ai, usa ka gatus kaluhaan ug tolo.
The men of Beth-el and 'Ai, one hundred twenty and three.

The people of Senaah, three thousand nine hundred and thirty.
39 Ang mga sacerdote: Ang mga anak ni Jedaias, sa balay ni Jesua, siyam ka gatus kapitoan ug tolo.
The priests: the children of Jeda'yah, of the house of Jeshua', nine hundred seventy and three.
40 Ang mga anak ni Immer, usa ka libo kalim-an ug duha.

47 Ang mga anak ni Cheros, ang mga anak ni Siaa, ang mga anak ni Phadon,

48 Ang mga anak ni Lebana, ang mga anak ni Hagaba, ang mga anak ni Salmai,
The children of Lebana, the children of Chagaba, the children of Salmai,
49 Ang mga anak ni Hanan, ang mga anak ni Gidel, ang mga anak ni Gahar.
The children of Chanan, the children of Giddel, the children of Gachar,
50 Ang mga anak nni Rehaia, ang mga anak ni Resin, ang mga anak ni Necoda,
The children of Reayah, the children of Rezin, the children of Nekoda.
51 Ang mga anak ni Gazzam, ang mga anak ni Uzza, ang mga anak ni Phasea.
The children of Gazzam, the children of 'Uzza, the children of Passeach.

60 Ang tanan nga Nethinhanon ug ang mga anak sa mga alagad ni Salomon, totolo ka gatus kasiyaman ug duha.
All the temple-servants, and the children of Solomon' servants, were three hundred ninety and two.
61 Ug kini mao sila nga nangadto sukad sa Telmelah, Tel-harsa, Cherub, Addon ug Immer; apan sila dili makapakita sa mga balay sa ilang mga amahan, ni ang ilang mga kaliwat, kong sila sa Israel ba:
And these were they who came up from Thel-melach, Thelcharsha, Kerub, Addon, and Immer, but they could not tell their family division and their descent, whether they were of Israel.
62 Ang mga anak ni Delaia, ang mga anak ni Tobias, ang mga anak ni Necoda, unom ka gatus kap-atan ug duha.
The children of Delayah, the children of Tobiyah, the children of Nekoda, six hundred forty and two.
63 Ug sa mga sacerdote: ang mga anak ni Habaias, ang mga anak ni Hakkoz, ang mga anak ni Barzillai, nga nangasawa sa usa sa mga anak nga babaye ni Barzillai nga Galaadnon, ug gihinganlan sumala sa ilang ngalan.
And of the priests: The children of Chobayah, the children of Hakkoz, the children of Barzillai who had taken a wife from the daughters of Barzillai the Gil'adite, and was called after their name.

These sought for their family register, but it was not found: wherefore they were excluded, as unfit, from the priesthood.
65 Ug ang gobernador miingon kanila, nga dili sila magkaon sa labing balaan nga mga butang, hangtud nga may motindog nga usa ka sacerdote lakip ang Urim ug ang Thummim.
And the Thirshatha said unto them, that they should not eat of the most holy things, till there should stand up a priest with the Urim and Thummim.
66 Ang tibook katilingban may kap-atan ug duha ka libo totolo ka gatus ug kan-uman.
The whole congregation together was forty and two thousand three hundred and sixty:

Besides these were their man-servants and their maid-servants, of whom there were seven thousand three hundred thirty and seven: and they had two hundred and forty and five singing men and singing women.
68 Ang ilang mga kabayo pito ka gatus katloan ug unom; ang ilang mga mula, duha ka gatus kap-atan ug lima;
Their horses were seven hundred thirty and six; their mules, two hundred forty and five;
69 Ang ilang mga camello, upat ka gatus katloan ug lima; ang ilang mga asno, unom ka libo pito ka gatus ug kaluhaan.
[Their] camels, four hundred thirty and five: [their] asses, six thousand seven hundred and twenty.
70 Ug ang uban gikan sa mga pangulo sa kabalayan sa mga amahan nanaghatag alang sa buhat. Ang gobernador mihatag sa tipiganan sa bahandi usa ka libo ka dracma nga bulawan, kalim-an ka hunawanan, lima ka gatus ug katloan ka mga bisti sa mga sacerdote.
And a portion of the chiefs of the divisions gave unto the work. The Thirshatha gave to the treasure, of gold one thousand drachms, fifty bowls, five hundred and thirty coats for the priests.
71 Ug ang uban sa mga pangulo sa kabalayan sa mga amahan nanaghatag ngadto sa tipiganan sa bahandi alang sa buhat kaluhaan ka libo ka mga dracma nga bulawan, ug duruha ka libo duruha ka gatus ka libra nga salapi.
And some of the chiefs of the divisions gave to the treasury of the work, of gold twenty thousand drachms, and of silver two thousand and two hundred manehs.
72 Ug ang gihatag sa uban nga katawohan kaluhaan ka libo nga dracma sa bulawan, ug duruha ka libo ka libra nga salapi, ug kan-uman ug pito ka mga bisti sa mga sacerdote.
And what the rest of the people gave was, of gold twenty thousand drachms, and of silver two thousand manehs, and priests coats sixty and seven.
73 Busa ang mga sacerdote, ug ang mga Levihanon, ug ang mga magbalantay sa pultahan, ug ang mga mag-aawit, ug ang uban sa katawohan, ug ang mga Nethinhanon, ug ang tibook Israel, nagpuyo sa ilang mga ciudad. Ug sa paghiabut sa ikapito ka bulan, ang mga anak sa Israel diha sa ilang mga ciudad.
So the priests, and the Levites, and the gatekeepers, and the singers, and some of the people, and the temple-servants, and all Israel, dwelt in their cities: and so came round the seventh month, while the children of Israel were in their cities.
