Jeremias 42
1 Unya ang tanang mga capitan sa kasundalohan, ug si Johanan ang anak nga lalake ni Carea, ug si Jezanias ang anak nga lalake ni Osaia, ug ang tibook katawohan gikan sa labing ubos ngadto sa labing dagku kanila, mingduol.
And alle the princes of werriours neiyiden, and Johannan, the sone of Caree, and Jeconye, the sone of Josie, and the residue comyn puple, fro a litil man `til to a greet man.
2 Ug ming-ingon kang Jeremias nga manalagna: Tugoti kami, nangamuyo kami kanimo, nga ang among pangaliyupo ihatag sa imong atubangan, ug iampo mo kami kang Jehova nga imong Dios, bisan pa alang niining tanan nga salin (kay kami lamang nga diyutay ang nanghibilin gikan sa daghan, sumala sa natan-aw sa imong mga mata),
And thei seiden to Jeremye, the profete, Oure preier falle in thi siyt, and preie thou for vs to thi Lord God, for alle these remenauntis; for we ben left a fewe of manye, as thin iyen biholden vs; and thi Lord God telle to vs the weie,
3 Aron si Jehova nga imong Dios magapakita kanamo sa dalan nga angay namo nga pagalaktan ug sa butang nga angay namong pagabuhaton.
bi which we schulen go, and the word which we schulen do.
4 Unya si Jeremias nga manalagna miingon kanila: Ako nakadungog kaninyo; ania karon, ako magaampo kang Jehova nga inyong Dios sumala sa inyong mga pulong; ug mahitabo nga bisan unsa ang itubag sa Dios kaninyo.
Forsothe Jeremye, the profete, seide to hem, Y haue herd; lo! Y preye to oure Lord God, bi youre wordis; Y schal schewe to you ech word, what euere word the Lord schal answere to me, nether Y schal hide ony thing fro you.
5 Unya sila ming-ingon kang Jeremias: Si Jehova maoy matuod ug matinumanong saksi sa taliwala nato, kong kami dili magbuhat sumala sa tanang mga pulong nga ipadala ni Jehova kanimo alang kanamo.
And thei seiden to Jeremye, The Lord be witnesse of treuthe and of feith bitwixe vs; if not bi ech word, in which thi Lord God schal sende thee to vs, so we schulen do, whether it be good ether yuel.
6 Maayo, kun dautan, kami magasugot gayud sa tingog ni Jehova nga among Dios, nga kaniya gipadala ikaw namo; aron mamaayo kanamo, sa diha nga kami magsugot sa tingog ni Jehova nga among Dios.
We schulen obeie to the vois of oure Lord God, to whom we senden thee, that it be wel to vs, whanne we han herd the vois of oure Lord God.
7 Ug nahitabo sa tapus ang napulo ka adlaw, nga ang pulong ni Jehova midangat kang Jeremias.
Forsothe whanne ten daies weren fillid, the word of the Lord was maad to Jeremye.
8 Unya gitawag niya si Johanan ang anak nga lalake ni Carea, ug ang tanang mga capitan sa kasundalohan nga ming-uban kaniya, ug ang tibook nga katawohan gikan sa labing ubos bisan pa ngadto sa labing dagku kanila,
And he clepide Johannan, the sone of Caree, and alle the princes of werriours, that weren with hym, and al the puple fro the leste `til to the mooste; and he seide to hem,
9 Ug miingon kanila: Mao kini ang giingon ni Jehova, ang Dios sa Israel, nga kaniya inyong gipadala ako aron sa paghatag sa inyong pangaliyupo kaniya;
The Lord God of Israel seith these thingis, to whom ye senten me, that Y schulde mekeli sette forth youre preyeris in his siyt.
10 Kong kamo mopuyo pa dinhi niining yutaa, nan tukoron ko kamo, ug dili ko gub-on kamo, ug itanum ko kamo, ug dili ko lukahon kamo; kay nagabasul ako mahitungod sa kadaut nga gibuhat ko kaninyo.
If ye resten, and dwellen in this lond, Y schal bilde you, and Y schal not distrie; Y schal plaunte, and Y schal not drawe out; for now Y am plesid on the yuel which Y dide to you.
11 Ayaw kahadlok sa hari sa Babilonia, nga inyong gikalisangan; ayaw kahadlok kaniya, nagaingon si Jehova: kay ako magauban kaninyo aron sa pagluwas kaninyo, ug sa pagbawi kaninyo gikan sa iyang kamot.
Nyle ye drede of the face of the kyng of Babiloyne, whom ye `that ben ferdful, dreden; nyle ye drede hym, seith the Lord, for Y am with you, to make you saaf, and to delyuere fro his hond.
12 Ug hatagan ko kamo ug kalooy, aron siya malooy kaninyo, ug pabalikon kamo sa inyong kaugalingon nga yuta.
And Y schal yyue mercies to you, and Y schal haue merci on you, and Y schal make you dwelle in youre lond.
13 Apan kong moingon kamo: Kami dili mopuyo niining yutaa; sa pagkaagi nga kamo dili mosugot sa tingog ni Jehova nga inyong Dios,
Forsothe if ye seien, We schulen not dwelle in this lond, nether we schulen here the vois of oure Lord God, and seie,
14 Nga magaingon: Dili; moadto hinoon kami ngadto sa yuta sa Egipto, diin kami dili makakita ug gubat, ni makadungog ug tingog sa trompeta, ni gutomon sa tinapay; ug didto kami mopuyo:
Nai, but we schulen go to the lond of Egipt, where we schulen not se batel, and schulen not here the noise of trumpe, and we schulen not suffre hungur, and there we schulen dwelle;
15 Busa karon pamati kamo sa tingog ni Jehova, Oh kamo nga salin sa Juda: Mao kini ang giingon ni Jehova sa mga panon, ang Dios sa Israel: Kong kamo mopatumong gayud sa inyong mga nawong ngadto sa pagsulod sa Egipto, ug mangadto sa pagpuyo didto;
for this thing, ye remenauntis of Juda, here now the word of the Lord. The Lord of oostis, God of Israel, seith these thingis, If ye setten youre face, for to entre in to Egipt, and if ye entren,
16 Unya mahitabo, nga ang espada, nga inyong gikahadlokan, moapas kaninyo didto sa yuta sa Egipto; ug ang gutom nga inyong gikalisangan magasunod kaninyo sa mapiut gayud didto sa Egipto; ug didto mangamatay kamo.
to dwelle there, the swerd whiche ye dreden schal take you there in the lond of Egipt, and the hungur for which ye ben angwischid schal cleue to you in Egipt; and there ye schulen die.
17 Mao kini ang modangat sa tanang mga tawo nga mopatunog sa ilang mga nawong paingon ngadto sa Egipto sa pagpuyo didto: sila mangamatay pinaagi sa espada, pinaagi sa gutom, ug pinaagi sa kamatay; ug walay mahibilin kanila, kun makakalagis gikan sa kadaut nga pagadad-on ko kanila.
And alle the men that settiden her face, to entre in to Egipt, and to dwelle there, schulen die bi swerd, and hungur, and pestilence; no man of hem schal dwelle stille, nether schal aschape fro the face of yuel, which Y schal brynge on hem.
18 Kay mao kini ang giingon ni Jehova sa mga panon, ang Dios sa Israel: Ingon nga ang akong kasuko ug ang akong kaligutgut ginabubo sa mga pumoluyo sa Jerusalem, mao man akong ibubo kaninyo ang akong kaligutgut kong mosulod kamo ngadto sa Egipto; ug mahimo kamong makaluod ug usa nga makapatingala, ug usa ka tinunglo, ug usa ka kaulawan; ug dili na kamo makakita pag-usab niining yutaa.
For why the Lord of oostis, God of Israel, seith these thingis, As my strong veniaunce and myn indignacioun is wellid togidere on the dwelleris of Jerusalem, so myn indignacioun schal be wellid togidere on you, whanne ye han entrid in to Egipt; and ye schulen be in to sweryng, and in to wondring, and in to cursyng, and in to schenschipe; and ye schulen no more se this place.
19 Si Jehova misulti mahatungod kaninyo: Oh kamong salin sa Juda: Ayaw kamo pag-adto sa Egipto: hibaloi gayud ninyo nga ako nagpamatuod kaninyo niining adlawa.
The word of the Lord is on you, ye remenauntis of Juda; nyle ye entre in to Egipt; ye witinge schulen wite, that Y haue witnessid to you to dai;
20 Kay nagalimbong kamo batok sa inyong kaugalingon mga kalag; kay gipadala ako ninyo ngadto kang Jehova nga inyong Dios, sa pag-ingon: Iampo mo kami kang Jehova nga among Dios; ug sumala sa tanan nga ipamulong ni Jehova nga among Dios maoy ipamulong mo kanamo, ug buhaton namo kini.
for ye han disseyued youre soulis, for ye senten me to youre Lord God, and seiden, Preye thou for vs to oure Lord God, and bi alle thingis what euer thingis oure Lord schal seie to thee, so telle thou to vs, and we schulen do.
21 Ug niining adlawa gipahayag ko kaninyo; apan kamo wala magsugot sa tingog ni Jehova nga inyong Dios, sa bisan unsang butang nga tungod niana ako iyang gipadala ngadhi kaninyo.
And Y telde to you to dai, and ye herden not the vois of youre Lord God, on alle thingis for whiche he sente me to you.
22 Busa karon hibaloi gayud nga kamo mangamatay pinaagi sa espada, pinaagi sa gutom, ug pinaagi sa kamatay, sa dapit nga buot ninyong pagaadtoan nga pagapuy-an.
Now therfor ye witynge schulen wite, for ye schulen die bi swerd, and hungur, and pestilence, in the place to which ye wolden entre, to dwelle there.
