Genesis 35
1 Ug miingon ang Dios kang Jacob: Tumindog ka ug tumungas sa Bethel, ug magpuyo ka didto, ug magbuhat ka ug usa ka halaran alang sa Dios nga mitungha kanimo sa pagkalagiw mo gikan sa imong igsoon nga si Esau.
And he said God to Jacob arise go up Beth-el and dwell there and make there an altar to the God who appeared to you when fleeing you from before Esau brother your.
2 Unya si Jacob miingon sa iyang panimalay, ug sa tanan nga mga diha uban kaniya: Isalikway ninyo ang laing mga dios nga anaa sa taliwala kaninyo, ug maghinlo kamo, ug ilisan ninyo ang inyong mga bisti.
And he said Jacob to household his and to all who [were] with him remove [the] gods of foreignness which in midst of you and purify yourselves and change clothes your.
3 Ug manindog kita ug manungas kita sa Bethel; ug magabuhat ako didto ug halaran alang sa Dios nga nagtubag kanako sa adlaw sa akong kagul-anan, ug nag-uban siya kanako sa dalan nga akong gilaktan.
So let us arise and we may go up Beth-el so I may make there an altar to the God who answered me on [the] day of distress my and he has been with me on the journey which I have gone.
4 Ug gihatag nila kang Jacob ang tanan nga mga dios nga lain nga diha sa ilang kamot, ug ang mga ariyos nga diha sa ilang dalunggan, ug gitagoan kini ni Jacob sa ilalum sa usa ka kahoy nga encina nga diha sa haduol sa Sichem.
And they gave to Jacob all [the] gods of foreignness which [were] in hand their and the rings which [were] in ears their and he hid them Jacob under the oak which [was] near Shechem.
5 Ug mingpanaw sila, ug ang kahadlok sa Dios didto sa ibabaw sa mga kalungsoran nga naglibut kanila, ug wala magpadayon sa pag-apas sa mga anak ni Jacob.
And they set out and it was - [the] terror of God on the cities which [were] around them and not people pursued after [the] sons of Jacob.
6 Ug midangat si Jacob sa Luz nga diha sa yuta sa Canaan (kini mao ang Bethel) siya ug ang tibook nga katawohan nga mingkuyog kaniya.
And he came Jacob Luz towards which [is] in [the] land of Canaan that [is] Beth-el he and all the people which [was] with him.
7 Ug nagtukod siya didto ug usa ka halaran, ug iyang gihinganlan ang dapit El-Bethel, kay didto mitungha kaniya ang Dios sa pagkalagiw niya gikan sa atubangan sa iyang igsoon nga lalake.
And he built there an altar and he called the place El Beth-el for there they had revealed themselves to him God when fled he from before brother his.
8 Ug namatay si Debora, nga iwa ni Rebeca, ug gilubong siya sa ubos sa Bethel sa ilalum sa usa ka kahoy nga encina; ug gihinganlan nila ang iyang ngalan Allon-Bacuth (Kahoy sa paghilak).
And she died Deborah [the] suckling-nurse of Rebekah and she was buried from under to Beth-el under the oak and someone called name its Allon Bacuth.
9 Ug ang Dios mitungha pag-usab kang Jacob sa pagbalik niya gikan sa Padan-aram, ug siya gipanalanginan niya.
And he appeared God to Jacob again when came he from Paddan Aram and he blessed him.
10 Ug miingon ang Dios kaniya: Ang imong ngalan si Jacob; dili na pagahinganlan ang imong ngalan nga si Jacob, kondili si Israel na mao ang imong ngalan. Ug siya gihinganlan sa iyang ngalan nga Israel.
And he said to him God name your [is] Jacob not it will be called (name your *LBH(a)*) again Jacob that except Israel it will be name your and he called name his Israel.
11 Ug miingon ang Dios kaniya: Ako mao ang Dios nga Makagagahum sa ngatanan; magmabungaon ka ug magdaghan ka: usa ka nasud ug pundok sa mga nasud magagikan kanimo, ug ang mga hari magagikan sa imong mga hawak.
And he said to him God I [am] God Almighty be fruitful and multiply a nation and a company of nations it will be from you and kings from loins your they will come out.
12 Ug ang yuta nga gihatag ko kang Abraham ug kang Isaac, igahatag ko kini kanimo, ug sa imong kaliwatan sa ulahi nimo igahatag ko ang yuta.
And the land which I gave to Abraham and to Isaac to you I will give it and to offspring your after you I will give the land.
13 Ug mipahawa ang Dios gikan kaniya sa dapit diin siya nakigsulti kaniya.
And he went up from with him God at the place where he had spoken with him.
14 Ugssi Jacob nag-ugbok ug usa ka haligi nga handumanan sa dapit diin didto siya nakigsulti kaniya, usa ka haligi nga bato; ug iyang gibuboan ug lana ang ibabaw niini.
And he set up Jacob a pillar at the place where he had spoken with him a pillar of stone and he poured out on it a drink offering and he poured on it oil.
15 Ug kadtong dapita gihinganlan ni Jacob sa ngalan nga Bethel, diin nakigsulti ang Dios kaniya.
And he called Jacob [the] name of the place where he had spoken with him there God Beth-el.
16 Ug mingpanaw sila gikan sa Bethel, ug may gilay-on pa hangtud sa pag-abut sa Ephrata; ug si Raquel giul-ulan ug may kakuli sa iyang pag-anak.
And they set out from Beth-el and it was yet [the] distance of the land to go Ephrathah and she gave birth Rachel and she had difficulties when gave birth she.
17 Ug nahitabo nga sa may kakuli siya sa iyang pag-anak, miingon kaniya ang mananabang: Dili ka mahadlok, kay makabaton pa ikaw ug usa ka anak nga lalake.
And it was when had difficulties she when gave birth she and she said to her the midwife may not you be afraid for also this [one] for you [is] a son.
18 Ug nahitabo nga sa mihalin ang iyang kalag (kay namatay siya), nga gihinganlan niya ang iyang ngalan Benoni (anak sa akong kagul-anan); apan ang iyang amahan naghingalan kaniya Benjamin (anak sa akong kamot nga too).
And it was when went out life her for she died and she called name his Ben-Oni and father his he called him Benjamin.
19 Ug namatay si Raquel, ug gilubong siya sa dalan sa Ephrata, nga mao ang Betlehem.
And she died Rachel and she was buried on [the] way of Ephrathah that [is] Beth-lehem.
20 Ug gibutangan ni Jacob ug usa ka timaan sa ibabaw sa iyang lubnganan. Kini mao ang haliging handumanan sa lubnganan ni Raquel hangtud karon.
And he set up Jacob a pillar over grave her it [is] [the] pillar of [the] grave of Rachel until this day.
21 Ug mipanaw si Israel, ug gibuklad niya ang iyang balongbalong sa unahan sa torre sa Eder.
And he set out Israel and he pitched (tent his *Q(K)*) from beyond Migdal Eder.
22 Ug nahitabo nga samtang nagapuyo si Israel niadtong yutaa, nga si Ruben miadto ug mitipon paghigda kang Bilha nga puyo-puyo sa iyang amahan; ug hidunggan kini ni Israel. Karon ang mga anak nga lalake ni Israel napulo ug duha;
And it was when dwelt Israel in the land that and he went Reuben (and he lay with *L(p)*) (Bilhah *L(p)*) [the] concubine of (father of his *L(p)*) and he heard (Israel. *L(p)*) And they were [the] sons of Jacob two [plus] ten.
23 Ang mga anak nga lalake ni Lea: si Ruben nga panganay ni Jacob ug si Simeon, ug si Levi, ug si Juda, ug si Issachar, ug si Zabulon.
[the] sons of Leah [the] firstborn of Jacob Reuben and Simeon and Levi and Judah and Issachar and Zebulun.
24 Ang mga anak nga lalake ni Raquel, si Jose ug si Benjamin.
[the] sons of Rachel Joseph and Benjamin.
25 Ug ang mga anak nga lalake ni Bilha, nga binatonan ni Raquel, si Dan ug si Nepthali.
And [the] sons of Bilhah [the] maidservant of Rachel Dan and Naphtali.
26 Ug ang mga anak nga lalake ni Zilpa, nga binatonan ni Lea, si Gad, ug si Aser. Kini sila mao ang mga anak nga lalake ni Jacob nga nangatawo kaniya sa Padan-aram.
And [the] sons of Zilpah [the] maidservant of Leah Gad and Asher these [were] [the] sons of Jacob who it was born to him in Paddan Aram.
27 Ug miadto si Jacob kang Isaac nga iyang amahan sa Mamre, sa lungsod sa Kiriat-Arba, nga mao ang Hebron, nga didto nanagpuyo si Abraham ug si Isaac.
And he came Jacob to Isaac father his Mamre Kiriath Arba that [is] Hebron where he had sojourned there Abraham and Isaac.
28 Ug ang mga adlaw ni Isaac usa ka gatus ug kawaloan ka tuig.
And they were [the] days of Isaac one hundred year[s] and eighty year[s].
29 Ug mihalin ang espiritu ni Isaac, ug namatay siya, ug gitipon siya didto sa iyang katawohan, tigulang ug hupong sa mga adlaw, ug siya gilubong nila ni Esau ug ni Jacob.
And he expired Isaac and he died and he was gathered to people his an old [man] and satisfied of days and they buried him Esau and Jacob sons his.
