Ezequiel 36

1 Ug ikaw, anak sa tawo, panagna ngadto sa mga bukid sa Israel, ug umingon ka: Kamong kabukiran sa Israel, pamati sa pulong ni Jehova.

Thou therefore. Son of man, Prophesy unto the mountains of Israel, —and thou shalt say, Ye mountains of Israel Hear ye the word of Yahweh.

2 Mao kini ang giingon sa Ginoong Jehova: Tungod kay ang mga kaaway nag-ingon batok kaninyo: Aha! ug ang karaang mga dapit nga hatag-as ato nang napanag-iya;

Thus saith My Lord, Yahweh, Because the enemy hath said concerning you Aha! Even the high places of age-past times, for a possession have become ours

3 Busa panagna, ug umingon: Mao kini ang giingon sa Ginoong Jehova: Tungod kay, bisan tungod kay kanimo nahimo nila nga biniyaan ug ginalamoy kamo sa tanang kiliran, aron kamo mahuptan sa salin sa mga nasud, ug kamo madala sa mga ngabil sa mga tabian, ug sa mga dautang taho sa katawohan;

Therefore, prophesy, and thou shalt say, Thus saith My Lord Yahweh-Because even because they have desolated and panted for you on every side That ye should become a possession to the rest of the nations, And ye have come up into the talk of the tongue and the slander of the people

4 Busa, kamong mga bukid sa Israel, pamati sa mga pulong sa Ginoong Jehova: Mao kini ang giingon sa Ginoong Jehova niadtong mga bukid ug sa mga bungtod, sa mga suba ug sa mga walog, sa mga awa-aw nga gun-ob nga dapit ug sa mga ciudad nga biniyaan, nga nangahimong tukbonon ug yubitonon sa salin sa mga nasud nga nagalibut;

Therefore ye mountains of Israel, hear ye the word of My Lord Yahweh, — Thus saith My Lord, Yahweh, To the mountains and to the hills, to the channels and to the valleys, and to the desolate waste places and to the cities that are forsaken, which have become a prey and a derision, to the rest of the nations which are on every side:

5 Busa mao kini ang giingon sa Ginoong Jehova: Sa pagkamatuod sa taliwala sa kalayo sa akong pangabugho namulong ako batok sa salin sa mga nasud, ug batok sa tibook nga Idumea, nga nagpili sa akong yuta alang sa ilang kaugalingon aron panag-iyahon uban ang kalipay sa bug-os nilang kasingkasing, uban ang pagtamay sa kalag, sa pagsalikway niini aron mahimong tukbonon.

Therefore, Thus, saith My Lord, Yahweh, Surely in the fire of my jealousy, have I spoken against the rest of the nations and against Edom all of it, — Who have given my land to themselves for a possession, In the rejoicing of all the heart In contempt of soul, To make of its produce a prey.

6 Busa panagna mahitungod sa yuta sa Israel, ug umingon sa mga bukid ug sa mga bungtod, sa mga suba ug sa mga walog: Mao kini ang giingon sa Ginoong Jehova: Ania karon, ako namulong sa taliwala sa akong pangabugho ug sa akong kaligutgut, tungod kay gipas-an ninyo ang kaulawan sa mga nasud:

Therefore prophesy, concerning the soil of Israel, —and say to the mountains and to the hills to the channels and to the valleys, Thus, saith My Lord Yahweh, Behold me! In my jealousy and in mine indignation, have I spoken, Because the insult of the nations, ye have borne;

7 Busa mao kini ang giingon sa Ginoong Jehova: Ako nanumpa nga nagaingon: Sa pagkamatuod, ang mga nasud nga naglibut kanimo, sila magapas-an sa ilang kaulawon.

Therefore Thus saith My Lord Yahweh, I myself have lifted my hand, - Surely the nations which are yours round about, they their own shame, shall bear:

8 Apan kamo, Oh mga bukid sa Israel, kamo magpatuybo sa inyong mga sanga, ug mohatag sa inyong bunga sa akong katawohan nga Israel; kay ania na sa haduol sila nga moanhi.

But ye O mountains of Israel Your boughs, shall ye shoot forth, And your fruit, shall ye bear For my people Israel, For they have drawn near to enter.

9 Kay, ania karon ako alang kaninyo, ug ako molingi kaninyo ug kamo pagaumahon, ug pagapugsan:

For lo! I am towards you, Therefore will I turn towards you, And ye shall be tilled and sown;

10 Ug padaghanon ko ang mga tawo diha kaninyo, ang tibook balay sa Israel, bisan pa ang tanan niini; ug ang mga ciudad pagapuy-an, ug ang nangagun-ob nga mga dapit pagatukoron pag-usab;

And I will multiply, upon you—men, All the house of Israel All of it, Then shall the cities be inhabited, And the waste places, shall be built,

11 Ug padaghanon ko diha kaninyo ang tawo ug ang mananap; ug sila modaghan ug magamabungaon; ug himoon ko nga pagapuy-an kamo ingon sa karaan ninyong kahimtang, ug buhaton ko ang labi pang maayo kaninyo kay sa inyong mga sinugdanan: ug kamo managpakaila nga ako mao si Jehova.

And I will multiply upon you—man and beast, And they shall multiply and be fruitful, — And I will cause you to be inhabited as in your former estates. And will do you more good than at your beginnings, So shall ye know that am Yahweh;

12 Oo, akong palakton diha kaninyo ang mga tawo, bisan ang akong katawohan nga Israel; ug sila manag-iya kanimo, ug ikaw mahimo nga ilang panulondon, ug sila sukad karon dili na mahutdan mo sa mga anak.

And I will bring upon you—men even my people Israel That they may possess thee, So shalt thou be theirs, as an inheritance, -And thou shalt no more again make them childless.

13 Mao kini ang giingon sa Ginoong Jehova: Tungod kay sila nagaingon kaninyo: Ikaw yuta mao man ang usa ka magsusubad sa mga tawo, ug nag-usik sa imong nasud;

Thus saith My Lord, Yahweh, Because they are saying to you. A devourer of men, thou art, And one that didst make childless thy nations, hast thou been

14 Busa dili na ikaw magasubad sa mga tawo, ni paghutdan mo ang imong nasud pag-usab, nagaingon ang Ginoong Jehova;

Therefore, men, shalt thou not devour any more, - And thy nations, shalt thou make childless no more, Declareth My Lord Yahweh;

15 Ni padunggon ko ikaw pag-usab sa kaulawon sa mga nasud, ni magapas-an pa ikaw pag-usab sa pagtamay sa mga katawohan, ni papangdolon mo pag-usab ang imong nasud, nagaingon ang Ginoong Jehova.

And I will not suffer to be heard against thee any more, the insult of the nations, And the reproach of the peoples, shalt thou not bear any more, - And thy nations, shalt thou not cause to stumble any more, Declareth My Lord Yahweh.

16 Labut pa ang pulong ni Jehova miabut kanako, nga nagaingon:

And the word of Yahweh came unto me saying:

17 Anak sa tawo, sa diha nga nagpuyo pa ang balay sa Israel sa kaugalingon nilang yuta, ilang gihugawan kini pinaagi sa ilang kaugalingong batasan ug sa ilang mga buhat: ang ilang batasan diha sa akong atubangan ingon sa kahugaw sa babaye sa panahon sa iyang kahugaw nga binulan.

Son of man The house of Israel were dwelling upon their own soil, But they defiled it by their way, and by their doings. Like the defilement of her that is removed, became their way before me.

18 Busa akong gibubo ang akong kaligutgut diha kanila tungod sa dugo nga ilang gibubo sa yuta, ug tungod kay ilang gihugawan kana sa ilang mga dios-dios;

So I poured out mine indignation upon them, Because of the blood which they had shed upon the land, - Yea with their manufactured gods, had they defiled it.

19 Ug akong gipapatlaag sila sa taliwala sa mga nasud, ug sila nagtibulaag sa kayutaan: sumala sa ilang batasan ug sumala sa ilang mga buhat gihukman ko sila.

So I dispersed them among the nations, And they were scattered throughout the lands, — According to their way and according to their doings, I judged them.

20 Ug sa diha nga midangat sila sa mga nasud, diin sila ming-adto, nagpasipala sila sa akong balaan nga ngalan; sa pagkaagi nga ang mga tawo ming-ingon mahitungod kanila: Mao kini ang mga tawo ni Jehova, ug nanggula gikan sa iyang yuta.

But when they entered among the nations where they did enter, then profaned they my holy Name, —in that it was said of them The people of Yahweh, these! Yet from his land, have they come forth!

21 Apan gimahal ko ang akong balaan nga ngalan, nga gipasipad-an sa balay sa Israel sa taliwala sa mga nasud, diin sila ming-adto.

So then I had tender regard for my holy Name, - Which the house of Israel had profaned, among the nations, where they had entered.

22 Busa ingna ang balay sa Israel: Mao kini ang giingon sa Ginoong Jehova: Ako wala magbuhat niini tungod kaninyo, Oh balay sa Israel, kondili tungod sa balaan nakong ngalan, nga inyong gipasipad-an sa taliwala sa mga nasud, diin kamo ming-adto.

Therefore say thou to the house of Israel Thus saith My Lord Yahweh, Not for your sakes, am I working. O house of Israel, But for my holy Name which ye have profaned, among the nations where ye have entered;

23 Ug balaanon ko ang akong daku nga ngalan, nga gipasipad-an sa taliwala sa mga nasud, nga inyong gipasipad-an sa ilang taliwala; ug ang mga nasud managpakaila nga ako mao si Jehova, nagaingon ang Ginoong Jehova, sa diha nga ako pagabalaanon diha kaninyo sa atubangan sa ilang mga mata.

Therefore will I hallow my great Name, that hath been profaned among the nations, which ye have profaned in their midst, -So shall the nations know that I am Yahweh Declareth My Lord, Yahweh, When I have hallowed myself in you, before their eyes.

24 Kay panguhaon ko kamo gikan sa taliwala sa mga nasud, ug tigumon ko kamo gikan sa tanang kayutaan, ug panad-on ko kamo ngadto sa inyong kaugalingon nga yuta.

Therefore will I take you from among the nations, And gather you out of all the lands, - And will bring you upon your own soil;

25 Unya bisibisan ko kamo sa malinis nga tubig, ug kamo mangahinlo gikan sa tanan ninyong kahugawan, ug gikan sa tanan ninyong dios-dios, hinloan ko kamo.

And I will throw upon you clean water and ye shall be clean, — From all your uncleannesses and from all your manufactured gods, will I cleanse you;

26 Hatagan ko usab kamo sa usa ka bag-o nga kasingkasing, ug ang usa ka bag-ong espiritu igabutang ko sa sulod ninyo; kuhaon ko ang batoon nga kasingkasing gikan sa inyong unod, ug hatagan ko kamo sa usa ka kasingkasing nga unod.

And I will give you a new heart, And a new spirit, will I put within you, -And I will take away the heart of stone out of your flesh, And will give you a heart of flesh;

27 Ug igabutang ko ang akong Espiritu sa sulod ninyo, ug palakton ko kamo sa akong kabalaoran, ug kamo magabantay sa akong mga tulomanon, ug magatuman kanila.

And my spirit, will I put within you, And will cause That in my statutes, ye shall walk, And my regulations, ye shall observe, and do;

28 Ug kamo magapuyo sa yuta nga gihatag ko sa inyong mga amahan: ug kamo mahimong akong katawohan, ug ako mahimong inyong Dios.

And ye shall dwell in the land which I gave to your fathers, - And ye shall become my people, And I will become your God;

29 Ug ako magaluwas kaninyo gikan sa inyong tanan nga mga kahugawan: ug ipatawag ko ang trigo, ug padaghanon kini, ug kamo dili ko pabug-atan sa kagutmanan.

And I will save you out of all your uncleannesses, —And will call for the corn and will increase it, And will not lay upon you famine; And I will save you out of all your uncleannesses, —And will call for the corn and will increase it, And will not lay upon you famine;

30 Ug padaghanon ko ang bunga sa kahoy, ug ang abut sa kaumahan, aron dili na kamo makadawat pag-usab sa pagkatalamayon tungod sa kagutmanan sa taliwala sa mga nasud.

And I will multiply The fruit of the tree, and The increase of the field, — To the end that ye may not receive any more the reproach of famine among the nations.

31 Unya mahinumdum kamo sa inyong mga dautang batasan, ug sa inyong mga buhat nga dili maayo; ug ngilaran kamo sa inyong kaugalingong mga mata tungod sa inyong mga kasal-anan ug tungod sa inyong mga dulumtanan.

Then shall ye call to mind Your ways that were wicked, and Your doings that were not good, - And shall become loathsome in your own sight. For your iniquities and For your abominations.

32 Dili tungod kaninyo gibuhat ko kini, nag-ingon ang Ginoong Jehova, hibaloi ninyo: pangaulaw ug pangalibog kamo tungod sa inyong mga batasan, Oh balay sa Israel.

Not for your sakes, am I working, Declareth My Lord Yahweh be it known to you, — Turn ye pale and then blush for your ways. O house of Israel.

33 Mao kini ang giingon sa Ginoong Jehova: Sa adlaw nga ako magahinlo na kaninyo gikan sa tanan ninyong kasal-anan, papuy-an ko kaninyo ang mga ciudad ug ang mga gun-ob nga dapit pahiulian pagtukod.

Thus saith My Lord, Yahweh, In the day when I cleanse you, from all your iniquities, Then will I cause the cities to be inhabited, And the waste places shall be built;

34 Ug ang yuta nga nahimong biniyaan pagaumahon, tungod kay kana biniyaan sa mga mata sa tanan nga nangagi.

And the land that was made desolate shall be tilled, — Whereas it was a desolation, before the eyes of every passer-by;

35 Ug sila moingon: Kining yutaa nga nabiniyaan nahimong ingon sa tanaman sa Eden; ug ang awa-aw ug biniyaan ug guba nga mga ciudad ginakutaan ug ginapuy-an.

And they shall say, This land that was made desolate hath become like the garden of Eden, - And the cities that were waste and deserted and thrown down, now fenced, are inhabited;

36 Unya ang mga nasud nga nanghibilin nga nagalibut kaninyo managpakaila nga ako, si Jehova, nagtukod sa mga dapit nga nangaguba, ug nagtanum nianang dapit nga biniyaan: ako, si Jehova, namulong niini, ug magabuhat niini.

So shall the nations that may be left remaining round about you know that, I Yahweh— Have built that which was thrown down, and Have planted that which was made desolate, — I Yahweh, have spoken and performed.

37 Mao kini ang giingon sa Ginoong Jehova: Labut pa, tungod niini, magapakisusi ang balay sa Israel tungod kanako, sa pagbuhat niini alang kanila: padaghanon ko sila sa mga tawo nga maingon sa usa ka panon.

Thus, saith My Lord Yahweh, Even yet—for this, will I be prevailed upon by the house of Israel to work for them, — I will multiply them-Like a flock—with men:

38 Ingon sa panon alang sa halad, ingon sa panon sa Jerusalem sa iyang mga tinudlo nga fiesta, mao man ang mga awa-aw nga mga ciudad mapuno sa mga panon sa mga tawo, ug sila managpakaila nga ako mao si Jehova.

Like a flock of holy offerings Like the flock of Jerusalem in her appointed feasts, So, shall the waste cities be filled with flocks of men, - And they shall know that, I, am Yahweh.
