Exodo 22

1 Kong ang usa ka tawo mangawat ug vaca kun carnero, ug pagaihawon niya kun igabaligya niya, magabayad siya ug lima ka vaca tungod niadtong usa ka vaca, ug upat ka carnero tungod niadtong usa ka carnero.

If he will steal anyone an ox or a sheep and he will slaughter it or he has sold it five cattle he will repay in place of the ox and four sheep in place of the sheep.

2 Kong ang kawatan hikaplagan nga nagaguba aron makasulod sa usa ka balay, ug masamaran sa pagkaagi nga mamatay siya, walay pagapakasad-on sa dugo tungod kaniya.

If in breaking in he will be found the thief and he will be struck and he will die there not for him [will be] blood.

3 Kong ang adlaw misubang na sa ibabaw niya, ang makapatay sad-an sa pagkamamumuno sa isigkatawo: ang kawatan magauli sa hingpit gayud; kong wala gayud siya, igabaligya siya tungod sa iyang gikawat.

If it has risen the sun on him blood [will be] for him certainly he will make restitution if nothing [belongs] to him and he will be sold for theft his.

4 Kong hikaplagan nga buhi ang kinawat sa iyang kamot, bisan vaca, kun asno kun carnero, magabayad siya sa pilo.

If actually it will be found in hand his the thing stolen from an ox unto a donkey unto a sheep alive twofold he will make restitution.

5 Kong ang usa ka tawo magapasibsib sa uma kun parrasan, ug magabuhi sa iyang hayupan, ug kini makasibsib sa uma sa uban; nan magabayad siya gikan sa labing maayo sa iyang uma, ug sa labing maayo sa iyang parrasan.

If he will cause to be grazed over anyone a field or a vineyard and he will let go (cattle his *Q(K)*) and it will graze in [the] field of another [person] [the] best of field his and [the] best of vineyard his he will make compensation.

6 Kong may sunog ug kini makadangat sa mga tonok, ang pinondok nga uhay kun ang uhay nga nagatindog, kun ang tibook nga uma masunog, ang nagduslit sa kalayo magabayad.

If it will go forth a fire and it will find thornbushes and it will be consumed a heap of sheaves or the standing grain or the field certainly he will make compensation the [one who] kindled the fire.

7 Kong ang usa ka tawo magatugyan sa iyang isigkatawo ug salapi kun kataigayonan nga patipigan, ug pagakawaton sa balay niadtong tawohana, kong ang kawatan hikaplagan, magabayad siya sa pilo.

If he will give anyone to neighbor his money or articles to keep [them] and it will be stolen from [the] house of the person if he will be found the thief he will make restitution twofold.

8 Kong ang kawatan dili hikaplagan, unya ang tag-iya sa balay magaduol sa mga maghuhukom aron pagasusihon kong wala ba niya ibutang ang iyang kamot sa bahandi sa iyang isigkatawo.

If not he will be found the thief and he will be brought near [the] master of the house to the judges if not he had stretched out hand his on [the] property of neighbor his.

9 Alang sa tanan nga hulosayon sa paglapas, mahatungod sa vaca, mahatungod sa asno, mahatungod sa carnero, mahatungod sa bisti, kun mahatungod sa bisan unsa nga butang nga nawala, nga ang usa magaingon: Mao kini, ang buruka sa duruha pagadad-on sa atubangan sa mga maghuhukom; ug siya nga pagahukman sa silot sa mga maghuhukom, magabayad sa pilo sa iyang isigkatawo.

On every matter of transgression on an ox on a donkey on a sheep on a garment on every thing lost which anyone will say that [is] it this to the judges it will come [the] case of both of them [the one] whom they will condemn as guilty! [the] judges he will make restitution twofold to neighbor his.

10 Kong ang usa ka tawo makatugyan sa iyang isigkatawo ug asno, kun vaca, kun carnero, bisan unsa nga mananap nga pagabantayan, ug kini mamatay, kun madaut, kun pagaabugon sa halayo nga walay bisan kinsa nga nakakita niini,

If he will give anyone to neighbor his a donkey or an ox or a sheep and every animal to keep [it] and it will die or it was maimed or it was captured there not [was one who] saw.

11 Ang panumpa ni Jehova magapataliwala kanilang duruha nga wala niya ibutang ang iyang kamot sa bahandi sa iyang isigkatawo: ug ang tag-iya niadto magadawat niana, ug ang usa dili magabayad.

[the] oath of Yahweh it will be between [the] two of them if not he had stretched out hand his on [the] property of neighbor his and he will accept [it] owner its and not he will make compensation.

12 Apan kong kini gikawat gikan kaniya magabayad siya sa tag-iya niana.

And if certainly it will be stolen from with him he will make restitution to owner its.

13 Ug kong nakuniskunis kini siya magadala niini aron ikapamatuod, ug dili siya magabayad niadtong nakunis kunis.

Certainly [if] it will be torn in pieces he will bring it evidence the torn animal not he will make restitution.

14 Ug kong ang usa ka tawo makahulam ug hayup sa iyang isigkatawo, ug kini madaut kun mamatay, nga wala diha ang tag-iya niini kinahanglan nga siya magabayad gayud.

And if he will ask anyone from with neighbor his and it will be maimed or it died owner its not [was] with it certainly he will make restitution.

15 Kong ang tag-iya diha uban niini, kini dili niya pagabayran: kong kini inabangan, kini nagaadto tungod sa iyang abang.

If owner its [was] with it not he will make restitution if [was] hired it it came for hire its.

16 Ug kong ang usa ka lalake maglimbong sa usa ka ulay nga dili pa kinasal ug motipon sa paghigda kaniya, kinahanglan nga magabayad siya ug bugay aron kini maasawa niya.

And if he will seduce a man a virgin who not she was betrothed and he will lie with her certainly he will pay [the] bride-price for her for himself to a wife.

17 Kong ang iyang amahan dili gayud mobuot nga ihatag siya sa lalake, siya magabayad ug salapi sumala sa bugay sa mga ulay.

If absolutely he will refuse father her to give her to him silver he will weigh out according to [the] bride-price of virgins.

18 Sa malamaton nga babaye dili ka magtugot nga mabuhi.

A sorceress not you will let live.

19 Bisan kinsa nga magpakighilawas sa mananap, pagapatyon gayud siya.

Any [one who] lies with an animal certainly he will be put to death.

20 Kadtong magahalad sa bisan unsang dios gawas kang Jehova lamang pagalaglagon gayud siya.

[one who] sacrifices To the gods he will be dedicated to destruction except to Yahweh to only him.

21 Ug sa dumuloong dili ka magpanamastamas, dili mo usab paglupigan siya; kay kamo nanagdumuloong sa yuta sa Egipto.

And a sojourner not you must maltreat and not you must oppress him for sojourners you were in [the] land of Egypt.

22 Dili mo pagsakiton ang bisan kinsa nga balo nga babaye kun ang ilo nga bata.

Any widow and a fatherless one not you must afflict!

23 Kong ikaw magasakit gayud kanila sa bisan unsang paagi, ug sila magatu-aw gayud kanako, sa pagkamatuod magapatalinghug ako sa ilang pagtu-aw;

Certainly [if] you will afflict him that except carefully he will cry out to me certainly I will hear cry of distress his.

24 Ug ang akong kaligutgut magadilaab, ug kamo pagapatyon ko sa espada, ug ang inyong mga asawa mangabalo, ug mangailo ang inyong mga anak.

And it will burn anger my and I will kill you with the sword and they will be wives your widows and children your fatherless ones.

25 Kong ikaw magapahulam ug salapi sa bisan kinsa sa akong katawohan nga kabus nga anaa uban kanimo, dili ka makigsama sa magpapautang kaniya, ni magapaulos ka kaniya tungod sa tubo.

If money - you will lend to people my the poor [person] with you not you must be to him like a creditor not you must put! on him interest.

26 Kong magadawat ka ug prenda nga bisti sa imong isigkatawo, igauli mo kini kaniya sa dili pa mosalop ang adlaw:

Certainly [if] you will take as pledge [the] cloak of neighbor your until goes the sun you will return it to him.

27 Kay kini mao lamang ang iyang igatabon, kini mao ang iyang bisti nga igatabon sa iyang panit: unsa man ang pagakatulgan niya? ug mahitabo nga kong siya magatu-aw kanako, unya ako magapatalinghug kaniya, kay ako maloloy-on man.

For it ([is] covering his *Q(k)*) to alone it it [is] cloak his for skin his in what? will he lie down and it will be that he will cry out to me and I will hear for [am] gracious I.

28 Dili mo pagdauton ang mga maghuhukom, dili ka usab magtunglo sa pangulo sa imong katawohan.

God not you must curse and a leader among people your not you must curse.

29 Dili mo paglanganon paghalad sa inunahan sa imong mga abut, ni ang inawas sa imong mga giukanan: igahatag mo kanako ang panganay sa imong mga anak.

Full produce your and juice your not you must delay [the] firstborn of sons your you will give to me.

30 Mao usab kini ang pagabuhaton mo sa imong mga vaca, ug sa imong mga carnero; pito ka adlaw nga kini magauban sa iyang inahan, ug sa ikawalo ka adlaw, kini igahatag mo kanako.

Thus you will do to ox your to sheep your seven days it will be with mother its on the day eighth you will give it to me.

31 Ug kamo mahimo nga mga tawo nga balaan alang kanako; busa dili kamo managpangaon ug unod nga kinuniskunis sa mga mananap nga ihalas sa kapatagan; igalabay ninyo kini ngadto sa mga iro.

And people of holiness you will be! of me and flesh in the field a torn animal not you must eat to the dog[s] you will throw! it.
