1 Cronicas 28

1 Ug gitigum ni David ang tanang mga principe sa Israel, ang mga principe sa kabanayan, ug ang mga capitan sa mga ginsakpan nga mga sundalo nga nanag-alagad sa hari pinaagi sa pagbanusbanus, ug ang mga capitan sa mga linibo: ug ang mga capitan sa mga ginatus, ug ang mga magbubuot sa tanang mga bahandi ug sa mga napanag-iya sa hari ug sa iyang mga anak nga lalake uban sa mga punoan, ug mga tawong gamhanan bisan ang tanang mga gamhanang tawo sa kaisug, ngadto sa Jerusalem.

And David assembled all the princes of Israel, the princes of the tribes, and the captains of the companies that ministered to the king by course, and the captains over the thousands, and captains over the hundreds, and the stewards over all the substance and possession of the king, and of his sons, with the officers, and with the mighty men, and with all the valiant men, to Jerusalem.

2 Unya si David nga hari mitindog sa iyang mga tiil, ug miingon: Pamatia ako, mga igsoon ko, ug katawohan ko: mahitungod kanako, diha sa akong kasingkasing ang pagtukod ug usa ka balay sa pagpahulay alang sa arca sa tugon ni Jehova, ug alang sa tumbanan sa atong Dios; ug naandam ko na ang pagtukod sa balay.

Then David the king stood upon his feet, and said, Hear me, my brethren, and my people: As for me, I had in my heart to build an house of rest for the ark of the covenant of the LORD, and for the footstool of our God, and had made ready for the building:

3 Apan ang Dios miingon kanako: Dili ka magtukod ug usa ka balay alang sa ngalan ko, tungod kay ikaw usa ka tawo sa gubat, ug nakapatolo sa dugo.

But God said to me, Thou shalt not build an house for my name, because thou hast been a man of war, and hast shed blood.

4 Bisan pa niana si Jehova, ang Dios sa Israel, nagpili kanako gikan sa tibook balay sa akong amahan aron mahimo nga hari sa Israel sa walay katapusan: kay iyang gipili si Juda aron mahimong principe; ug diha sa balay ni Juda, ang balay sa akong amahan: ug gikan sa mga anak nga lalake sa akong amahan iyang gikalipay ang pagkuha ug paghimo kanako nga hari sa tibook Israel;

However the LORD God of Israel chose me before all the house of my father to be king over Israel for ever: for he hath chosen Judah to be the ruler; and of the house of Judah, the house of my father; and among the sons of my father he took pleasure in me to make me king over all Israel:

5 Ug gikan sa tanan ko nga mga anak nga lalake (kay si Jehova naghatag kanako ug daghang mga anak nga lalake) siya nagpili kang Salomon akong anak nga lalake sa paglingkod sa trono sa gingharian ni Jehova sa ibabaw sa Israel.

And of all my sons, (for the LORD hath given me many sons, ) he hath chosen Solomon my son to sit upon the throne of the kingdom of the LORD over Israel.

6 Ug siya miingon kanako: Si Salomon nga imong anak nga lalake siya magatukod sa akong balay ug sa akong mga sawang; kay gipili ko siya nga mahimo nga akong anak nga lalake, ug ako mahimo nga iyang amahan.

And he said to me, Solomon thy son, he shall build my house and my courts: for I have chosen him to be my son, and I will be his father.

7 Ug tokoron ko ang iyang gingharian sa walay katapusan, kong siya sa kanunay magabuhat sa akong mga sugo ug sa akong mga tulomanon, ingon niining adlawa.

Moreover I will establish his kingdom for ever, if he shall be constant to do my commandments and my judgments, as at this day.

8 Busa karon, sa atubangan sa tibook Israel, sa katilingban ni Jehova, ug diha sa mga igdulungog sa atong Dios, bantayi ug pangitaa ang tanang mga sugo ni Jehova nga inyong Dios; aron mapanag-iya ninyo kining maayong yuta, ug ibilin kini alang sa usa ka panulondon sa inyong mga anak sunod kaninyo sa walay katapusan.

Now therefore in the sight of all Israel the congregation of the LORD, and in the audience of our God, keep and seek for all the commandments of the LORD your God: that ye may possess this good land, and leave it for an inheritance for your children after you for ever.

9 Ug ikaw, Salomon akong anak nga lalake, ilhon mo ang Dios sa imong amahan, ug alagara siya uban ang usa ka hingpit nga kasingkasing ug usa ka masinugtanon nga salabutan; kay si Jehova nagasusi sa tanang mga kasingkasing, ug nakasabut sa tanang mga tinukod sa mga hunahuna. Kong pangitaon mo siya, hikaplagan mo siya; apan kong biyaan mo siya isalikway ikaw niya sa walay katapusan.

And thou, Solomon my son, know thou the God of thy father, and serve him with a perfect heart and with a willing mind: for the LORD searcheth all hearts, and understandeth all the imaginations of the thoughts: if thou shalt seek him, he will be found of thee; but if thou shalt forsake him, he will cast thee off for ever.

10 Pamati karon; kay si Jehova nagpili kanimo sa pagtukod sa usa ka balay alang sa balaang puloy-anan: magmakusganon ka, ug buhata kini.

Take heed now; for the LORD hath chosen thee to build an house for the sanctuary: be strong, and do it.

11 Unya gihatag ni David kang Salomon nga iyang anak nga lalake ang sulondan sa alagianan sa templo, ug sa mga kabalayan niini, ug sa mga tipiganan sa mga bahandi niini, ug sa mga lawak sa itaas niini, ug sa mga lawak nga dapit sa sulod niana ug sa dapit sa halaran-sa-pagpasig-uli.

Then David gave to Solomon his son the pattern of the porch, and of the houses of it, and of its treasuries, and of its upper chambers, and of its inner parlours and of the place of the mercy seat,

12 Ug ang sulondan sa tanan nga diha kaniya pinaagi sa Espiritu, alang sa mga sawang nga tanan sa balay ni Jehova, ug alang sa tanang lawak nga nagalibut, alang sa mga tipiganan sa mga bahandi sa balay sa Dios, ug alang sa mga tipiganan sa mga butang nga hinalad;

And the pattern of all that he had by the spirit, of the courts of the house of the LORD, and of all the surrounding chambers, of the treasuries of the house of God, and of the treasuries of the dedicated things:

13 Alang usab sa mga pagbanusbanus sa mga sacerdote ug sa mga Levihanon, ug sa tanang mga buhat sa pag-alagad didto sa balay ni Jehova, ug alang sa tanang mga sudlanan nga mga galamiton sa balay ni Jehova;

Also for the courses of the priests and the Levites, and for all the work of the service of the house of the LORD, and for all the vessels of service in the house of the LORD.

14 Sa bulawan nga tinimbang alang sa mga sudlanan nga bulawan, alang sa tanang mga nagkalainlaing sudlanan sa pag-alagad; sa salapi alang sa tanang mga sudlanan nga salapi nga tinimbang, alang sa tanang mga nagkalainlaing sudlanan sa pag-alagad;

He gave of gold by weight for things of gold, for all instruments of all manner of service; silver also for all instruments of silver by weight, for all instruments of every kind of service:

15 Pinaagi sa timbang usab alang sa mga tangkawan nga bulawan, ug alang sa mga lamparahan didto nga bulawan, nga tinimbang alang sa tagsatagsa ka tangkawan ug alang sa tanang lamparahan niana; ug alang sa mga tangkawan nga salapi, salapi nga tinimbang alang sa tagsatagsa ka tangkawan ug alang sa mga lamparahan niana, sumala sa paggamit sa tagsatagsa ka tangkawan:

Even the weight for the lampstands of gold, and for their lamps of gold, by weight for every lampstand, and for its lamps: and for the lampstands of silver by weight, both for the lampstand, and also for its lamps, according to the use of every lampstand.

16 Ug ang bulawan nga tinimbang alang sa mga lamesa sa tinapay nga gipamutang sa atubangan sa Dios, alang sa tagsatagsa ka lamesa; ug salapi alang sa mga lamesa nga salapi.

And by weight he gave gold for the tables of showbread, for every table; and likewise silver for the tables of silver:

17 Ug ang mga igkalaw-it sa unod, ug ang mga dolang, ug ang mga sudlanan nga lunsay bulawan; ug alang sa bulawan nga panaksan pinaagi sa timbang alang sa tagsatagsa ka panaksan; ug alang sa panaksan nga salapi nga tinimbang alang sa tagsatagsa ka panaksan;

Also pure gold for the fleshhooks, and the bowls, and the cups: and for the golden basins he gave gold by weight for every basin; and likewise silver by weight for every basin of silver:

18 Ug alang sa halaran sa incienso inulay nga bulawan nga tinimbang; ug bulawan alang sa sulondan sa carro, bisan ang mga querubin, nga nagbuklad sa ilang mga pako, ug nagtabon sa arca sa tugon ni Jehova.

And for the altar of incense refined gold by weight; and gold for the pattern of the chariot of the cherubim, that spread out their wings, and covered the ark of the covenant of the LORD.

19 Kining tanan, nag-ingon si David, ako gipasabut sa sinulat nga gikan sa kamot ni Jehova bisan sa tanang bulohaton niining sulondan.

All this, said David, the LORD made me understand in writing by his hand upon me, even all the works of this pattern.

20 Ug si David miingon kang Salomon nga iyang anak nga lalake: Pagmakusganon, ug pagmaisugon, ug buhata kini; ayaw kahadlok, ni magmaluya ka; kay si Jehova nga Dios, bisan ang akong Dios, magauban kanimo; siya dili magapapakyas kanimo ni magabiya kanimo, hangtud nga ang tanang buhat alang sa pag-alagad sa balay ni Jehova matapus.

And David said to Solomon his son, Be strong and of good courage, and do it: fear not, nor be dismayed: for the LORD God, even my God, will be with thee; he will not fail thee, nor forsake thee, until thou hast finished all the work for the service of the house of the LORD.

21 Ug, ania karon, anaa ang pagbanusbanus sa mga sacerdote ug sa mga Levihanon, alang sa tanang pag-alagad didto sa balay sa Dios: ug may magauban kanimo sa tanang paagi sa pagbuhat sa tagsatagsa ka masinugtanong tawo nga may pagkabatid, alang sa bisan unsang paagi sa pag-alagad; ang mga capitan usab ug ang tanang katawohan anha gayud sa ilalum sa imong pagbulot-an.

And, behold, the courses of the priests and the Levites, even they shall be with thee for all the service of the house of God: and there shall be with thee for all manner of workmanship every willing skilful man, for any manner of service: also the princes and all the people will be wholly at thy command.
