Roma 10

1 Mga igsoon, ang tinguha sa akong kasingkasing ug ang akong hangyo sa Dios alang kanila, alang sa ilang kaluwasan.

Brothers, the indeed desire of my heart and the supplication (they [are] *k*) to God on behalf (*k*) (of them *N(K)O*) (is *k*) for salvation.

2 Kay ako nagsaksi mahitungod kanila nga sila adunay kasibot sa Dios, apan dili pinasikad sa kahibalo.

I bear witness for about them that zeal for God they have but not according to knowledge.

3 Kay sila wala masayod sa pagkamatarong sa Dios, ug sila nagtinguha sa pagtukod sa ilang kaugalingon nga pagkamatarong. Wala sila nagpailalom sa pagkamatarong sa Dios.

Being ignorant of for the of God righteousness and the [their] own righteousness seeking to establish to the righteousness of God not they submitted.

4 Kay si Cristo maoy katumanan sa balaod sa pagkamatarong sa tanan nga motuo.

[The] end for of law [is] Christ unto righteousness to everyone who is believing.

5 Kay si Moises nagsulat mahitungod sa pagkamatarong nga gikan sa balaod: “Ang tawo nga mibuhat sa pagkamatarong sa balaod mabuhi pinaagi niining pagkamatarong.”

Moses for writes [of] the righteousness that [is] of the law that The having done these things man will live by (these [things]. *NK(O)*)

6 Apan ang pagkamatarong nga gikan sa pagtuo nagaingon niini, “Ayaw pagsulti sa inyong kasingkasing, 'Kinsa ang mokayab didto sa langit?' (nga sa ato pa, aron pagdala kang Cristo paubos).

The however of faith righteousness thus speaks: Not you may say in the heart of you; Who will ascend into heaven?’ That is Christ to bring down;

7 Ug ayaw pagsulti, kinsa ang monaog didto sa bung-aw?'” (nga sa ato pa, aron pagdala kang Cristo pataas gikan sa mga patay.) (Abyssos g12)

or Who will descend into the abyss?’ That is Christ out from [the] dead to bring up. (Abyssos g12)

8 Apan unsa ang gisulti niini? “Ang pulong duol na kaninyo, sa inyong baba ug sa inyong kasingkasing.” Mao kana ang pulong sa pagtuo, nga among gimantala.

But what says it? Near you the declaration is in the mouth of you and in the heart of you; That is the declaration of faith which we proclaim;

9 Kay kung sa inyong baba inyong ilhon si Jesus ingon nga Ginoo, ug motuo sa inyong kasingkasing nga ang Dios nagbanhaw kaniya gikan sa mga patay, kamo maluwas.

for if you shall confess (the declaration *O*) with the mouth of you (that *o*) (Lord Jesus [is] *NK(o)*) and may believe in the heart of you that God Him raised out from [the] dead, you will be saved;

10 Kay pinaagi sa kasingkasing ang tawo mituo sa pagkamatarong, ug pinaagi sa baba iyang giila ang kaluwasan.

In the heart for is belief unto righteousness, in the mouth now is confession unto salvation.

11 Kay ang kasulatan nag-ingon, “Ang tanan nga motuo kaniya dili mabutang sa kaulawan.”

Says for the Scripture; Everyone who is believing on Him not will be put to shame.

12 Kay walay kalahi-an tali sa Judio ug sa Griyego. Kay ang sama lamang nga Ginoo mao ang Ginoo sa tanan, ug siya dato sa tanan nga mosangpit kaniya.

Not for there is difference Jew between and Greek; for the same Lord of all is rich toward all those calling Him.

13 Kay ang tanan nga mosangpit sa ngalan sa Ginoo maluwas.

Whoever for that maybe may call upon the name of [the] Lord will be saved.

14 Unsaon man nila pagtawag kaniya nga wala nila tuohi? Ug unsaon man nila pagtuo kaniya nga wala nila madungog? Ug unsaon nila pagkadungog kung walay magwawali?

How then (shall they call *N(k)O*) on [Him] whom not they believed? How now (shall they believe *N(k)O*) of whom not they have heard? How now (shall they hear *N(k)O*) apart from preaching?

15 Ug unsaon nila pagwali, gawas kung ipadala sila? —Ingon kini nahisulat, “Pagkatahom sa mga tiil niadtong nagmantala sa malipayong mga balita sa maayong mga butang!”

How now (shall they preach *N(k)O*) only unless they shall be sent? (Even as *NK(o)*) it has been written: How beautiful the feet of those evangelising [about] (peace of those evangelising *K*) the good [things]!

16 Apan silang tanan wala maminaw sa ebanghelyo. Kay si Isaias miingon, “Ginoo, kinsa man ang mituo sa among mensahe?”

But not all heeded the good news; Isaiah for says; Lord, who has believed the report of us?

17 Busa ang pagtuo nagagikan sa pagpaminaw, ug sa pagpaminaw sa pulong ni Cristo.

So faith [is] from hearing and hearing through declaration (of Christ. *N(K)O*)

18 Apan ako moingon, “Wala ba sila makadungog?” Oo, tinuod gayod. “Ang ilang tingog nangabot sa tanang kayutaan, ug ang ilang mga pulong didto sa kinatumyan sa kalibotan.”

But I ask; certainly surely did they hear? Indeed Into all the earth has gone out the voice of them and to the ends of the world the declarations of them.

19 Dugang pa, moingon ako, “Wala ba masayod ang Israel?” Sauna si Moises miingon, “Ako maghagit kaninyo aron masina sa unsa nga dili nasod. Pinaagi sa nasod nga walay salabutan, agdahon ko kamo ngadto sa kasuko.”

But I ask; surely not Israel not did know First Moses says: I myself will provoke to jealousy you by [those] not a nation by a nation without understanding I will anger you.

20 Ug si Isaias maisogon kaayo ug miingon, “Nakaplagan ako niadtong wala nangita kanako. Nagpakita ako niadtong wala naghangyo kanako.”

Isaiah then is very bold and says: I was found (by *no*) those Me myself not seeking, manifest I became (by *o*) those Me myself not inquiring after.

21 Apan ngadto sa Israel miingon siya, “Sa tanang adlaw gitunol ko ang akong mga kamot ngadto sa mga masinupakon ug masupilon nga katawhan.”

As for however Israel he says: All the day I have stretched out the hands of Mine to a people disobeying and contradicting.
