1 Unya ang ikalima nga manulonda nagpatingog sa iyang trumpeta. Nakita ko ang usa ka bituon gikan sa langit nga nahulog sa kalibotan. Ang bituon gihatagan ug yawi sa agianan padulong sa kinahiladman ug walay kataposan nga bung-aw. (Abyssos g12)
And the fifth angel sounded his trumpet, and I saw a star fall from heaven to the earth: and the key of the bottomless pit was given to him. (Abyssos g12)
2 Giablihan niya ang agianan sa kinahiladman ug walay kataposan nga bung-aw, ug ang haligi nga aso miulbo sa agianan sama sa aso nga gikan sa dakong hudno. Ug mingitgit ang adlaw ug ang hangin pinaagi sa aso nga miulbo sa agianan. (Abyssos g12)
And he opened the bottomless pit: and there came up smoke out of the pit as the smoke of a great furnace, and the sun and the air were darkened by the smoke of the pit. (Abyssos g12)
3 Migawas gikan sa aso ang mga dulon ibabaw sa kalibotan, ug gihatagan sila ug gahom sama sa mga tanga didto sa kalibotan.
And out of the smoke there came forth locusts upon the earth; and power was given them, even as the scorpions of the earth have power.
4 Gisultihan sila nga dili pagdaoton ang mga sagbot sa yuta o bisan unsa nga lunhaw nga tanom o kahoy, apan kadto lamang mga tawo nga walay silyo sa Dios sa ilang mga agtang.
And order was given them, not to hurt the grass of the earth, nor any green thing, nor any tree; but only the men, who had not the seal of God on their foreheads.
5 Wala sila gitugotan sa pagpatay niadtong mga tawo, apan sa pagpaantos lamang kanila sulod sa lima ka bulan. Ang ilang pag-antos mahisama kalala sa tanga nga motusok sa usa ka tawo.
And to them was given power, not to kill them, but that they should be tormented five months: and their torment was like the torment of a scorpion when it striketh a man.
6 Niadtong mga adlawa pagapangitaon sa mga tawo ang ilang kamatayon, apan dili makakaplag niini. Mangandoy sila nga mamatay, apan ang kamatayon mopalayo gikan kanila.
And in those days shall men seek death, and shall not find it: and they shall desire to die, and death shall flee from them.
7 Ang mga dulon daw sama sa mga kabayo nga giandam alang sa panggubatan. Sa ilang mga ulo adunay usa ka butang nga daw sama sa purongpurong nga bulawan ug ang ilang mga dagway daw sama sa dagway sa mga tawo.
And the resemblance of the locusts was like horses prepared for war; and on their heads were as it were crowns like gold, and their faces as the faces of men.
8 Aduna silay buhok nga sama sa buhok sa babaye ug ang ilang ngipon daw sama sa ngipon sa liyon.
And they had hair like the hair of women, and their teeth were as the teeth of lions.
9 Aduna silay kotamaya sama sa puthawng kotamaya ug ang lagapak sa ilang mga pako daw sama sa dahunog nga hinimo sa daghang mga karwahe ug mga kabayo nga nagadagan paingon sa panggubatan.
And they had breast-plates like breast-plates of iron; and the sound of their wings was like the sound of chariots, with many horses running to battle.
10 Sila adunay mga ikog nga anaay suyod nga malala sama sa tanga; ang mga ikog nila adunay gahom aron sa pagsakit sa katawhan sulod sa lima ka bulan.
And they had tails like scorpions, and there were stings in their tails: and their power was to hurt men five months.
11 Ang manulonda sa kinahiladman ug walay kataposan nga bung-aw mao ang hari nila. Ang iyang ngalan sa Hebreo mao si Abadon, ug sa Griyego ginganlan siya ug Apolyon. (Abyssos g12)
And they had a king over them, the angel of the bottomless pit; whose name in Hebrew is Abaddon, and in the Greek tongue Apollyon. (Abyssos g12)
12 Ang pinakaunang tunglo milabay na. Pagbantay! Human niini aduna pay nahibilin nga duha ka mga katalagman nga moabot.
Thus one wo is past, but behold two woes more are coming after.
13 Ang ikaunom nga manulonda nagpatingog sa iyang trumpeta, ug nadungog ko ang usa ka tingog nga naggikan sa mga sungay sa bulawanong altar nga anaa sa atubangan sa Dios.
And the sixth angel sounded his trumpet, and I heard a certain voice from the four horns of the golden altar, which is before God,
14 Ang tingog miingon sa ikaunom nga manulondal nga adunay trumpeta, “Hubari ang upat ka mga manulondal nga ginapos didto sa dakong suba sa Eufrates.”
saying to the sixth angel, who had the trumpet, Let loose the four angels, that are bound by the great river Euphrates.
15 Ang upat ka mga manulonda nga andam alang niadto gayong taknaa, niadtong adlawa, niadtong bulana, ug niadtong tuiga, gibuhian aron sa pagpatay sa ikatulong bahin sa katawhan.
And the four angels were let loose; who were prepared for an hour, and a day, and a month, and a year, to kill the third part of men.
16 Ang gidaghanon sa mga kasundalohan nga nagkabayo 200, 000, 000. Nadungog ko ang ilang gidaghanon.
And the number of their armies was two hundred millions: for I heard the number of them.
17 Ingon niini ang akong nakita nga mga kabayo sa akong panan-awon ug kadtong nagkabayo ngadto kanila: Ang ilang mga kotamaya nagdilaab sa kapula, dagtom asul ug asupre nga dalag. Ang ulo sa mga kabayo susama sa mga ulo sa mga liyon, ug migula sa ilang mga baba ang kalayo, ang aso, ug ang asupre.
And thus I saw the horses in the vision, and those that sat on them, that is, having breast-plates of fire, and of jacinth, and brimstone: and the heads of the horses were like the heads of lions, and out of their mouths came fire, and smoke, and brimstone.
18 Ang ikatulong bahin sa katawhan nangamatay pinaagi niining tulo ka mga hampak: ang kalayo, aso ug asupre nga naggikan sa ilang mga baba.
And by these three things, by the fire, and by the smoke, and by the brimstone, which came out of their mouths, the third part of men were killed.
19 Tungod kay ang gahom sa mga kabayo anaa sa ilang mga baba ug sa ilang mga ikog — tungod kay ang ilang mga ikog sama sa mga halas, ug anaa silay mga ulo diin ilang gamiton sa pagsamad sa katawhan.
For their power is in their mouth, and in their tails also; for their tails are like serpents, having heads: and with these likewise they do mischief.
20 Ang nabilin sa mga katawhan, kadtong wala nangamatay pinaagi niining mga hampak, wala maghinulsol sa mga buhat nga ilang nahimo, ni wala maghunong sa pagsimba sa mga demonyo ug mga diosdios nga bulawan, plata, tumbaga, bato, ug kahoy— mga butang nga dili makakita, makadungog, o makalakaw.
And the rest of the men, who were not killed by these plagues, yet repented not of the works of their hands, so as not to worship demons, and idols of gold, and of silver, and of brass, and of stone, and of wood; which can neither see, nor hear, nor walk:
21 Ni wala sila maghinulsol sa ilang pagkamamumuno, sa ilang pagkamamarang, sa ilang pagkamahilawason o sa ilang pagpadayon ug pagpangawat.
neither did they repent of their murders, nor of their sorceries, nor of their whoredom, nor of their thefts.
