Mga Salmo 47

1 Ipakpak ang inyong mga kamot, kamong tanan nga mga katawhan; singgit sa Dios uban ang tingog sa kadaogan.

For the Chief Musician; a Psalm of the sons of Korah. O clap your hands, all ye peoples; shout unto God with the voice of triumph.

2 Kay makahahadlok si Yahweh nga Labing Halangdon; siya mao ang labaw nga Hari sa tibuok kalibotan.

For the LORD Most High is terrible; he is a great King over all the earth.

3 Iyang gipaluhod ang katawhan ubos kanato ug ang mga nasod ubos sa atong mga tiil.

He shall subdue the peoples under us, and the nations under our feet.

4 Gipili niya ang panulondon alang kanato, ang himaya ni Jacob nga iyang hinigugma. (Selah)

He shall choose our inheritance for us, the excellency of Jacob whom he loved. (Selah)

5 Mipataas ang Dios uban sa pagsinggit, mipataas si Yahweh uban ang tingog sa trumpeta.

God is gone up with a shout, the LORD with the sound of a trumpet.

6 Awiti ang Dios sa mga pagdayeg, pag-awit sa mga pagdayeg; awiti sa mga pagdayeg ang atong Hari, pag-awit sa mga pagdayeg.

Sing praises to God, sing praises: sing praises unto our King, sing praises.

7 Kay ang Dios mao ang Hari sa tibuok kalibotan; pag-awit sa mga pagdayeg uban ang pagsabot.

For God is the King of all the earth: sing ye praises with understanding.

8 Maghari ang Dios sa mga kanasoran; naglingkod ang Dios sa iyang balaang trono.

God reigneth over the nations: God sitteth upon his holy throne.

9 Ang mga prinsipe sa katawhan nanagtigom sa katawhan sa Dios ni Abraham; kay ang mga taming sa kalibotan gipanag-iya sa Dios; pasidunggan gayod siya.

The princes of the peoples are gathered together [to be] the people of the God of Abraham: for the shields of the earth belong unto God; he is greatly exalted.
