Mga Salmo 29
1 Ang salmo ni David. Dayega si Yahweh, kamong mga anak sa Dios! Dayega si Yahweh tungod sa iyang himaya ug kusog.
A Melody of David. Give to Yahweh, ye sons of the mighty, —Give to Yahweh, [both] glory and strength:
2 Ihatag kang Yahweh ang himaya nga angay sa iyang ngalan. Yukboi si Yahweh diha sa katahom sa pagkabalaan.
Give to Yahweh, the glory of his Name, Bow down to Yahweh, in the adornment of holiness.
3 Ang tingog ni Yahweh nadungog ibabaw sa katubigan; ang Dios sa mahimayaong dalogdog, nagdalogdog si Yahweh ibabaw sa daghang katubigan.
The voice of Yahweh, is upon the waters, —The GOD of glory, hath thundered, Yahweh, is upon mighty waters;
4 Ang tingog ni Yahweh gamhanan; ang tingog ni Yahweh halangdon.
The voice of Yahweh, is with power, The voice of Yahweh, is with majesty;
5 Ang tingog ni Yahweh nagbali sa mga cedro; gibalibali ni Yahweh ang mga cedro sa Lebanon.
The voice of Yahweh, is breaking cedars, Now hath Yahweh, broken down, the cedars of Lebanon!
6 Gipalukso niya ang Lebanon ug ang Sirion sama sa nating baka.
And hath made them leap like a calf, Lebanon and Sirion, like the bull-calf of wild-oxen;
7 Ang tingog ni Yahweh nagpadala sa nagdilaab nga kalayo.
The voice of Yahweh, is cleaving out flames of fire;
8 Ang tingog ni Yahweh nagauyog sa kamingawan; si Yahweh nagauyog sa kamingawan sa Cades.
The voice of Yahweh, bringeth birth-pains upon the wilderness; Yahweh bringeth birth-pains upon the wilderness of Kadesh!
9 Ang tingog ni Yahweh naglubag sa kahoy nga tugas ug gihukasan ang kalasangan. Ang tanan nga anaa sa sulod sa iyang templo nanag-ingon “Himaya!”
The voice of Yahweh, causeth the gazelles to bring forth, and hath stript forests; and, in his own temple, every one there, is saying, Glory!
10 Milingkod si Yahweh ingon nga hari ibabaw sa lunop; naglingkod si Yahweh ingon nga hari hangtod sa kahangtoran.
Yahweh, at the Flood, was seated, And Yahweh hath taken his seat, as king, unto times age-abiding.
11 Maghatag si Yahweh ug kusog sa iyang katawhan; magpanalangin si Yahweh sa iyang katawhan diha sa pakigdait.
Yahweh, will give, strength to his people, —Yahweh, will bless his people with prosperity.
