Mga Salmo 19
1 Alang sa pangulong musikero. Ang salmo ni David. Ang kalangitan nagpadayag sa himaya sa Dios, ug ang kawanangan nagpakita sa iyang mga binuhat!
To him that excelleth. A Psalme of Dauid. The heauens declare the glory of God, and the firmament sheweth ye worke of his hands.
2 Adlaw-adlaw nagaawas ang pagpanugilon; matag gabii nagapadayag kini sa kaalam.
Day vnto day vttereth the same, and night vnto night teacheth knowledge.
3 Walay mga sinultihan o pinulongan; ang ilang mga tingog dili madungog.
There is no speach nor language, where their voyce is not heard.
4 Apan mikaylap ang ilang mga pulong ngadto sa tibuok yuta, ug ang ilang mga gipanugilon miabot sa kinatumyan sa kalibotan. Gipabarog niya ang tolda sa adlaw diha kanila.
Their line is gone forth through all the earth, and their words into the endes of the world: in them hath he set a tabernacle for the sunne.
5 Ang adlaw sama sa usa ka pamanhonon nga migula sa iyang lawak ug sama sa kusgang lalaki nga nagmaya sa iyang pagdagan sa lumba.
Which commeth forth as a bridegrome out of his chamber, and reioyceth like a mightie man to runne his race.
6 Misubang ang adlaw gikan sa usa ka bahin ug milatas sa kawanangan ngadto sa laing bahin; walay makaikyas sa kainit niini.
His going out is from the ende of the heauen, and his compasse is vnto the endes of ye same, and none is hid from the heate thereof.
7 Ang balaod ni Yahweh hingpit, nga nagpabag-o sa kalag; ang pagpamatuod ni Yahweh kasaligan nga naghimo nga maalamon sa mga yano.
The Lawe of the Lord is perfite, conuerting the soule: the testimonie of the Lord is sure, and giueth wisedome vnto the simple.
8 Matarong ang pagpanudlo ni Yahweh, nga naghimo sa kasingkasing nga malipayon; ang kasugoan ni Yahweh putli, nga nagahayag sa mga mata.
The statutes of the Lord are right and reioyce the heart: the commandement of the Lord is pure, and giueth light vnto the eyes.
9 Ang kahadlok kang Yahweh putli nga molungtad hangtod sa kahangtoran; ang matarong nga kasugoan ni Yahweh matuod ug ang tanan lunlon matarong!
The feare of the Lord is cleane, and indureth for euer: the iudgements of the Lord are trueth: they are righteous altogether,
10 Mas bililhon pa (sila) kay sa bulawan, labaw pa kay sa lunlong bulawan; mas tam-is pa (sila) kay sa dugos ug sa tinulo nga dugos gikan sa balayan niini.
And more to be desired then golde, yea, then much fine golde: sweeter also then honie and the honie combe.
11 Oo, pinaagi kanila ang imong sulugoon gipahimangnoan; nga sa pagtuman niini adunay dakong ganti.
Moreouer by them is thy seruant made circumspect, and in keeping of them there is great reward.
12 Kinsa ba ang nasayod sa tanan niyang mga sayop? Hinloi ako gikan sa tinagong mga kalapasan.
Who can vnderstand his faultes? clense me from secret fautes.
13 Ilikay ang imong sulugoon gikan sa mga sala sa pagkamapahitas-on; ug ayaw tugoti nga magmando (sila) kanako. Unya mahimo akong hingpit, ug dili ako mahimong sad-an gikan sa tanang kalapasan.
Keepe thy seruant also from presumptuous sinnes: let them not reigne ouer me: so shall I be vpright, and made cleane from much wickednes.
14 Hinaot nga ang mga pulong sa akong baba ug ang mga panghunahuna sa akong kasingkasing madawat diha sa imong panan-aw, O Yahweh, ang akong bato ug ang akong manluluwas.
Let the wordes of my mouth, and the meditation of mine heart be acceptable in thy sight, O Lord, my strength, and my redeemer.
