Nehemias 7
1 Sa dihang nahuman na ang pader ug napahiluna ko na ang mga pultahan, ug nakapili na ug mga magbalantay sa ganghaan, mga mag-aawit ug mga Levita,
And it cometh to pass, when the wall hath been built, that I set up the doors, and the gatekeepers are appointed, and the singers, and the Levites,
2 gipiyal ko kang Hanani nga akong igsoon ang pagdumala sa Jerusalem, uban kang Hanania nga maoy nagdumala sa mga kota, tungod kay matinud-anon siya nga tawo ug adunay kahadlok sa Dios labaw sa kadaghanan.
and I charge Hanani my brother, and Hananiah head of the palace, concerning Jerusalem — for he [is] as a man of truth, and fearing God above many —
3 Miingon ako kanila, “Ayaw abrihi ang mga ganghaan sa Jerusalem hangtod nga moinit ang adlaw. Samtang nagbantay pa ang mga tigbantay sa mga ganghaan, mahimo mong isarado ang mga pultahan ug alihan kini. Pagpili ug mga magbalantay gikan niadtong nagpuyo sa Jerusalem, ang pipila sa dapit diin napahiluna ang puy-anan sa mga guwardiya, ug ang uban sa atubangan sa ilang mga balay.”
and I say to them, 'Let not the gates of Jerusalem be opened till the heat of the sun, and while they are standing by let them shut the doors, and fasten, and appoint guards of the inhabitants of Jerusalem, each in his guard, and each over-against his house.'
4 Karon lapad ang siyudad ug dako, apan gamay lamang ang mga tawo sa sulod niini, ug wala pay mga balay nga natukod pag-usab.
And the city [is] broad on both sides, and great, and the people [are] few in its midst, and there are no houses builded;
5 Ang akong Dios mao ang nagbutang sa akong kasingkasing sa pagtigom sa mga inila nga mga tawo, mga opisyal, ug ang mga katawhan aron ilista ang ilang mga pamilya. Nahikaplagan ko ang libro sa kaliwatan niadtong nakabalik ug una ug nakaplagan ang mga nahisulat niini.
and my God putteth it unto my heart, and I gather the freeman, and the prefects, and the people, for the genealogy, and I find a book of the genealogy of those coming up at the beginning, and I find written in it: —
6 Mao kini ang mga tawo sa probinsya nga mitungas pagawas gikan sa pagkabihag niadtong mga gipangbihag ni Nebucadnezar ang hari sa Babilonia. Mibalik sila sa Jerusalem ug sa Juda, ang matag usa sa iyang kaugalingong lungsod.
These [are] sons of the province, those coming up of the captives of the removal that Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon removed — and they turn back to Jerusalem and to Judah, each to his city —
7 Miabot sila uban kang Zerubabel, Jeshua, Nehemias, Azaria, Raamia, Nahamani, Mordecai, Bilsan, Misperet, Bigvai, Nehum, ug Baana. Ang gidaghanon sa kalalakin-an sa Israel lakip ang mga mosunod.
who are coming in with Zerubbabel, Jeshua, Nehemiah, Azariah, Raamiah, Nahamani, Mordecai, Bilshan, Mispereth, Bigvai, Nehum, Baanah. Number of the men of the people of Israel:

Sons of the servants of Solomon: sons of Sotai, sons of Sophereth, sons of Perida,
58 ang mga kaliwat ni Jaala, ang mga kaliwat ni Darkon, ang mga kaliwat ni Gidel,
sons of Jaala, sons of Darkon, sons of Giddel,
59 ang mga kaliwat ni Shefatia, ang mga kaliwat ni Hatil, ang mga kaliwat ni Pokeret Hazebaim, ang mga kaliwat ni Amon.
sons of Shephatiah, sons of Hattil, sons of Pochereth of Zebaim, sons of Amon.
60 Ang tanang mga sulugoon sa templo, ug ang kaliwat sa mga sulugoon ni Solomon, miabot ug 392.
All the Nethinim and the sons of the servants of Solomon [are] three hundred ninety and two.
61 Mao kini ang mga tawo nga misubida gikan sa Tel Mela, Tel Harsha, Querub, Adon, ug Imer. Apan dili sila makapamatuod nga sila o ang pamilya sa ilang mga kaliwatan mga kaliwat gikan sa Israel:
And these [are] those coming up from Tel-Melah, Tel-Harsha, Cherub, Addon, and Immer — and they have not been able to declare the house of their fathers, and their seed, whether they [are] of Israel —
62 ang mga kaliwat ni Delaya, ang mga kaliwat ni Tobia, ug ang mga kaliwat ni Nekoda, 642.
sons of Delaiah, sons of Tobiah, sons of Nekoda, six hundred forty and two.
63 Kadtong gikan sa mga pari: ang mga kaliwat ni Habaya, Hakoz, ug Barzilai nga mikuha sa iyang asawa gikan sa mga anak nga babaye ni Barzilai nga taga-Gilead ug gitawag sa ilang mga pangalan).
And of the priests: sons of Habaiah sons of Koz, sons of Barzillai, who hath taken from the daughters of Barzillai the Gileadite a wife, and is called by their name.
64 Gipangita nila ang ilang mga listahan sumala niadtong mga nalista subay sa ilang kaliwatan, apan dili nila kini makaplagan, busa wala sila gilakip sa pagkapari ug giila sila nga hugaw.
These have sought their register among those reckoning themselves by genealogy, and it hath not been found, and they are redeemed from the priesthood,
65 Unya miingon ang gobernador kanila nga kinahanglan nga dili sila tugotan sa pagkaon sa bahin sa pari nga gikan sa mga halad hangtod nga mouyon ang pari sa Urim ug Tumim.
and the Tirshatha saith to them that they eat not of the most holy things till the standing up of the priest with Urim and Thummim.
66 Ang tibuok panagtigom miabot ug 42, 360,
All the assembly together [is] four myriads two thousand three hundred and sixty,
67 gawas sa ilang mga lalaki ug mga babaye nga sulugoon, nga mga 7, 337. Aduna silay 245 ka mag-aawit nga mga lalaki ug babaye.
apart from their servants and their handmaids — these [are] seven thousand three hundred thirty and seven; and of them [are] singers and songstresses, two hundred forty and five.
68 Ang ilang mga kabayo miabot ug 736 ang kadaghanon, ang ilang mga mula, 245,
Their horses [are] seven hundred thirty and six; their mules, two hundred [and] forty and five;
69 ang ilang mga kamelyo, 435, ug ang ilang mga asno, 6, 720.
camels, four hundred thirty and five; asses, six thousand seven hundred and twenty.
70 Ang pipila gikan sa mga pangulo sa pamilya sa mga katigulangan naghatag ug mga gasa alang sa buluhaton. Ang gobernador mihatag ngadto sa panudlanan ug usa ka libo nga darics nga bulawan, 50 ka mga palanggana, ug 530 ka parianong mga bisti.
And from the extremity of the heads of the fathers they have given to the work; the Tirshatha hath given to the treasure, of gold, drams a thousand, bowls fifty, priests' coats thirty and five hundred.
71 Ang pipila sa mga pangulo sa pamilya sa mga katigulangan mihatag ngadto sa panudlanan alang sa pagtrabaho ug 20, 000 ka darics nga bulawan ug 2, 200 ka mina nga plata.
And of the heads of the fathers they have given to the treasure of the work, of gold, drams two myriads, and of silver, pounds two thousand and two hundred.
72 Ang nahibiling katawhan mihatag ug 20, 000 ka darics nga bulawan, ug 2, 000 ka mga mina nga plata, ug 67 ka parianong mga bisti.
And that which the rest of the people have given [is] of gold, drams two myriads, and of silver, pounds two thousand, and of priests coats, sixty and seven.
73 Busa ang mga pari, mga Levita, ang mga magbalantay sa ganghaan, ang mga mag-aawit, ang pipila sa mga tawo, ang sulugoon sa templo, ug ang tanang mga Israel nagpuyo sa ilang mga siyudad. Sa ika-pitong bulan ang katawhan sa Israel napahiluna na sa ilang mga siyudad.”
And they dwell — the priests, and the Levites, and the gatekeepers, and the singers, and [some] of the people, and the Nethinim, and all Israel — in their cities, and the seventh month cometh, and the sons of Israel [are] in their cities.
