Nehemias 2

2 Apan gisultihan ako sa hari, “Nganong nasubo man ang imong panagway? Wala man ka nagmasakiton. Nasubo gayod ang imong kasingkasing.” Unya nahadlok gayod ako pag-ayo.
And the kyng seide to me, Whi is thi cheer sory, sithen Y se not thee sijk? This is not without cause; but `yuel, Y not what, is in thin herte. And Y dredde ful greetli;
3 Miingon ako ngadto sa hari, “Mabuhi unta ang hari sa kahangtoran! Nganong dili man magsubo ang akong panagway? Ang siyudad, ang dapit nga lubnganan sa akong katigulangan nangapukan, ug ang mga ganghaan niini nangaguba tungod sa pagkasunog.”
and seide to the kyng, Kyng, lyue thou withouten ende; whi moreneth not my cheer? for the citee of the hows of the sepulcris of my fadir is desert, `ether forsakun, and the yatis therof ben brent with fier.
4 Unya miingon ang hari kanako, “Unsa may buot nimo nga akong buhaton?” Busa nag-ampo ako sa Dios sa langit.
And the kyng seide to me, For what thing axist thou? And Y preiede God of heuene,
5 Mitubag ako ngadto sa hari, “Kung maayo kini ngadto sa hari, ug kung ang imong sulugoon nagbuhat ug maayo sa imong panan-aw, makahimo ka sa pagpadala kanako paingon sa Juda, ngadto sa siyudad nga lubnganan sa akong katigulangan aron tukoron ko unta kini pag-usab.”
and seide to the kyng, If it semeth good to the kyng, and if it plesith thi seruauntis bifor thi face, Y biseche, that thou sende me in to Judee, to the citee of the sepulcre of my fadir, and Y schal bilde it.
6 Mitubag ang hari kanako (ug naglingkod usab tupad kaniya ang rayna), “Unsa ka man kadugay mawala ug kanus-a ka man mobalik?” Sa pagsulti ko sa maong pitsa sa hari nahimuot siya sa pagpadala kanako.
And the kyng seide to me, and the queen sat bisidis him, `Til to what tyme schal thi weie be, and whanne schalt thou turne ayen? And Y pleside `bifor the cheer of the kyng, and he sente me, and Y ordeynede to hym a time;
7 Unya miingon ako ngadto sa hari, “Kung makapahimuot kini sa hari, hatagi unta ako ug mga sulat alang sa mga gobernador didto sa Probinsiya sa Tabok sa Suba aron tugotan nila ako sa pag-agi sa ilang mga teritoryo sa akong pagpaingon sa Juda.
and Y seide to `the kyng, If it semeth good to kyng, yyue he pistlis to me to the duykis of the cuntrey biyende the flood, that thei lede me ouer, til Y come in to Judee;
8 Usa usab ka sulat alang kang Asaf ang tig-atiman sa kalasangan sa hari, aron hatagan unta niya ako ug mga kahoy aron himoong mga sagbayan alang sa mga ganghaan sa kota tupad sa templo, ug alang sa paril sa siyudad, ug alang sa balay nga akong pagapuy-an.” Busa gihatag sa hari kanako ang akong mga gipangayo tungod kay ang kamaayo sa Dios ania kanako.
`and a pistle to Asaph, kepere of the kyngis forest, that he yyue trees to me, that Y may hile the yatis of the tour of the hows, and of the wal of the citee, and the hows, into which Y schal entre. And `the kyng yaf to me, bi the good hond of my God with me.
9 Miabot ako sa mga gobernador sa Probinsiya sa Tabok sa Suba ug gihatag kanila ang mga sulat sa hari. Unya gipakuyogan ako sa hari ug mga opisyal sa kasundalohan ug sa mga nagkabayo.
And Y cam to the duykis of the cuntrei biyende the flood, and Y yaf to hem the pistlis of the kyng. Sotheli the kyng `hadde sent with me the princes of knyytis, and horsemen.
10 Sa dihang nakadungog niini si Sanbalat nga taga-Horon ug si Tobia nga sulugoon sa Amonihanon, nasuko sila pag-ayo nga adunay tawo nga moabot aron sa pagtabang sa katawhan sa Israel.
And Sanaballath Oronythes, and Tobie, the seruaunt Amanytes, herden, and thei weren soreuful bi greet turment, for a man was comun, that souyte prosperite of the sones of Israel.
11 Busa miabot ako sa Jerusalem ug anaa ako didto sulod sa tulo ka adlaw.
And Y cam in to Jerusalem, and Y was there thre daies.
12 Mibangon ako sa kagabhion ug kuyog kanako ang pipila ka mga kalalakin-an. Wala akoy gisultihan kung unsa ang gibutang sa akong Dios dinhi sa akong kasingkasing nga buhaton alang sa Jerusalem. Wala akoy dala nga mananap, gawas lang sa akong gisakyan.
And Y roos bi nyyt, Y and a fewe men with me, and Y schewide not to ony man, what thing God hadde youe in myn herte, that Y wolde do in Jerusalem; and no werk beest was with me, no but the beeste, `on which Y sat.
13 Migawas ako sa pagkagabii latas sa Ganghaan sa Walog paingon sa Atabay sa mga Lobo ug lahos sa Ganghaan sa mga Basura, ug gisubay ang mga paril sa Jerusalem nga nangalumpag na ug nangaugdaw ang mga ganghaan nga hinimo sa kahoy tungod sa pagkasunog.
And Y yede out bi the yate of the valei bi nyyt, and bifor the welle of dragoun, and to the yat of drit; and Y bihelde the wal of Jerusalem distried, and the yatis therof wastid bi fier.
14 Unya giadto ko ang Ganghaan sa Tuboran ug ngadto sa Lanaw sa Hari. Sigpit na kaayo ang dapit aron agian sa mananap nga akong gisakyan.
And Y passid to the yate of the welle, and to the watir cundit of the kyng, and no place was to the hors, `on which Y sat `for to passe;
15 Busa mitungas ako nianang gabhiona latas sa walog ug gisusi ang paril, ug mipauli ako ug misulod latas sa Ganghaan sa Walog ug aron makabalik.
and Y stiede bi the stronde `in nyyt, and Y bihelde the wal, and Y turnede ayen, and cam to the yate of the valei, and Y yede ayen.
16 Wala nasayod ang mga tigdumala kung asa ako gikan ug unsa ang akong gibuhat, ug wala ko pa usab gisuginlan ang mga Judio, ni ang mga pari, ni ang mga tinahod, ni ang mga tigdumala, ni ang uban nga nahibilin nga mobuhat sa buluhaton.
Forsothe the magistratis wisten not, whidir Y hadde go, ethir what Y wolde do; but also Y hadde not schewid ony thing to the Jewis, and prestis, and to the best men, and magestratis, and to othere men that maden the werk, `til to that `place, that is, til to that tyme.
17 Miingon ako kanila, “Nakita ninyo ang kalisod sa atong kahimtang, pagkagun-ob gayod sa Jerusalem ug nangasunog ang mga ganghaan niini. Dali, tukoron nato pag-usab ang paril sa Jerusalem, aron dili na kita maulawan.”
And Y seide to hem, Ye knowen the turment, in which we ben, for Jerusalem is deseert, and the yatis therof ben wastid with fier; come ye, bilde we the wallis of Jerusalem, and be we no more schenship.
18 Gisultihan ko sila nga ang kamaayo sa akong Dios ania kanako ug ang mga pulong usab sa hari nga iyang gisulti kanako. Miingon sila, “Molihok na kita ug magtukod.” Busa gilig-on nila ang ilang mga kamot alang sa maayo nga buluhaton.
And Y schewide to hem the hond of my God, that it was good with me, and the wordis of the kyng, whiche he spak to me; and Y seide, Rise we, and bilde we; and the hondis of hem weren coumfortid in good.
19 Apan sa dihang nadungog kini ni Sanbalat nga taga-Horon, ug ni Tobia ang sulugoon sa Amonihanon, ug ni Geshem nga Arabihanon, nagbugalbugal sila ug gitamay kami ug miingon sila, “Unsa man kini ang inyong ginabuhat? Nagarebelde na ba kamo sa hari?”
Forsothe Sanballath Oronytes, and Tobie, the seruaunt Amanytes, and Gosem Arabs, herden, and scorneden vs, and dispisiden; and seiden, What is this thing, which ye doon? whether ye rebellen ayens the kyng?
20 Unya gitubag ko sila, “Ang Dios sa langit maghatag kanamo ug kalamposan. Mga sulugoon kami niya ug molihok kami ug magtukod. Apan wala kamoy makuha, walay katungod, ug walay kabahin sa kasaysayan sa Jerusalem.”
And Y yeldide to hem a word, and seide to hem, God hym silf of heuene helpith vs, and we ben hise seruauntis; rise we, and bilde; forsothe part and riytfulnesse and mynde in Jerusalem is not to you.
