Josue 13
1 Karon tigulang ka na kaayo si Josue sa dihang miingon si Yahweh kaniya, “Tigulang na kaayo ka, apan daghan pa kaayo ang yuta nga ilogon.
Many years had passed by, and Joshua had grown old. The Lord spoke to him, saying, “You're now an old man, but there's still a great deal of land still to be taken.
2 Mao kini ang yuta nga nahibilin pa: ang tanang rehiyon sa mga Filistihanon, ug ang tanan nga didto sa Gesurihanon,
This is the remaining land: the territory of all the Philistines and all the Geshurites,
3 (gikan sa Sihor, nga sidlakang bahin sa Ehipto, ug sa Amihanan ngadto sa utlanan sa Ekron, nga diin gipanag-iyahan sa mga Canaanhon; ang lima ka mga magmamando sa mga Filistihanon, niadtong anaa sa Gaza, Asdod, Ascalon, Gat, ug sa Ekron—ang yuta nga gipanag-iyahan sa mga Abihanon.
from the Shihur River on the border with Egypt north to the border of Ekron—all of which is counted as Canaanite but comes under the five Philistine lords of Gaza, Ashdod, Ashkelon, Gath, and Ekron. In addition there's the land of the Avvites
4 Sa habagatan nga bahin, aduna pay nahibilin nga mga yuta sa mga Canaanhon, ug ang Maara nga gipanag-iyahan sa mga Sidonihanon, paingon sa Apek, ngadto sa utlanan sa mga Amorihanon;
in the south, all the land of the Canaanites, and Mearah that belongs to the Sidonians, all the way to Aphek on the border with the Amorites,
5 ang yuta sa mga Gebalihanon, ang tibuok Lebanon padulong sa sidlakang bahin, gikan sa Baal Gad paubos sa Bukid sa Hermon paingon sa Lebo Hamat.
as well as the land of the Gebalites and the Lebanon area from the town of Baalgad to the slopes of Mount Hermon to Lebo-hamath,
6 Usab, ang tanang lumolupyo sa kabungtoran gikan sa Lebanon paingon sa Misrefot Maim, lakip ang tanang katawhan sa Sidon. Papahawaon ko sila atubangan sa kasundalohan sa Israel. Siguroha nga mabahinbahin ang yuta ngadto sa Israel ingon nga panulondon sumala sa akong gisugo kanimo.
and the those who live in the hill country from Lebanon to Misrephoth Maim, including all the land of the Sidonians. I myself will drive them out ahead of the Israelites. Just allocate the land to Israel for them to own, as I have commanded you.
7 Bahinbahina kini nga yuta ingon nga panulondon sa siyam ka tribo ug sa katunga sa tribo ni Manases.”
So divide this land among the nine tribes and the half-tribe of Manasseh for them to own.”
8 Uban sa katunga sa tribo ni Manases, ang Reubenhanon ug ang Gadihanon nakadawat sa ilang panulondon nga gihatag ni Moises kanila sa sidlakang bahin sa Jordan,
The other half of the tribe of Manasseh, and the tribes of Reuben and Gad, had already received their land grant on the east side of the Jordan, as allotted to them by Moses, the servant of the Lord.
9 gikan sa Aroer, nga anaa sa tumoy sa pangpang sa suba sa Arnon (lakip na ang siyudad nga anaa sa taliwala sa pangpang), ngadto sa tanang patag sa Medeba paingon sa Dibon;
It stretched from Aroer on the edge of the Arnon valley, from the town in the middle of the valley, and all the plateau of Medeba, up to Dibon;

and all the towns that belonged to Sihon, king of the Amorites, who ruled in Heshbon, up to the border with the Ammonites.
11 ang Gilead, ug ang rehiyon sa Gesurihanon ug sa Maacatihanon, ang tanang bukid sa Hermon, ang tibuok Basan paingon sa Saleca;
In addition it included Gilead, the land of the Geshurites and Maacathites, all of Mount Hermon, and all of Bashan as far as Salecah,
12 ang tanang gingharian ni Og nga anaa sa Basan, nga naghari sa Astarot ug sa Edrei—mao kini ang mga salin sa nahibilin sa mga Refaim—gibuntog sila ni Moises ug gipapahawa sila.
as well as all the land of the kingdom of Og of Bashan, who had ruled in Ashtaroth and Edrei. He was one of the last of the Rephaites. Moses had defeated them and driven them out.
13 Apan wala gipapahawa sa katawhan sa Israel ang Gesurihanon o sa mga Maacatihanon. Hinuon, mipuyo uban sa mga Israelita ang katawhan sa Gesur ug ang Maacat niining adlawa.
But the Israelites had not driven out the Geshurites or the Maacathites, who still live among them to this very day.
14 Ang mga tribo lamang ni Levi ang wala hatagi ni Moises ug panulondon. Ang mga halad kang Yahweh, ang Dios sa Israel, nga sinunog sa kalayo, mao ang ilang panulondon, sumala sa giingon sa Dios kang Moises.
Moses did not allocate any land for the Levites to own. Instead they were allotted the offerings made by fire to the Lord, the God of Israel, as the Lord had promised them.
15 Gihatag ni Moises ang panulondon sa tribo ni Reuben, banay sa banay.
This was the land that Moses allotted to the tribe of Reuben, by families:
16 Gikan sa Aroer ang yuta nga ilang gisakopan, nga anaa sa tumoy sa pangpang sa Suba sa Arnon, ug ang siyudad nga anaa sa taliwala sa walog, ug ang tanang patag sa Medeba.
Their territory stretched from Aroer on the edge of the Arnon valley, from the town in the middle of the valley, and all the plateau of Medeba;
17 Nadawat usab ni Reuben ang Hesbon, ug ang tanang siyudad nga anaa sa kapatagan, sa Dibon, ug ang Bamot Baal, ug ang Bet Baalmeon,
Heshbon and all associated towns on the plateau—Dibon, Bamoth Baal, Beth Baal Meon,
18 ug ang Jahas, ug ang Kedemot, ug ang Mefaat,
Jahaz, Kedemoth, Mephaath,
19 ug ang Kiriataim, ug ang Sebma, ug ang Seretsahar nga anaa sa bungtod sa walog.
Kiriathaim, Sibmah, Zereth-shahar, on a hill in the valley,
20 Nadawat usab ni Reuben ang Bet Peor, ang mga bakilid sa Pisga, ang Bet Jesimot,
Beth-peor, the slopes of Pisgah, Beth-jeshimoth—
21 ang tanang siyudad sa kapatagan, ug ang tanang gingharian ni Sihon nga hari sa mga Amorihanon, nga naghari sa Hesbon, nga nabuntog ni Moises kauban sa mga pangulo sa Midian, sa Evi, sa Rekem, sa Zur, sa Hur ug sa Reba, ang mga prinsipe sa Sihon, nga nagpuyo didto sa yuta.
all the towns of the plateau and all the kingdom of Sihon, the Amorite king, who ruled in Heshbon. He was defeated by Moses, as well as the Midianite leaders Evi, Rekem, Zur, Hur, and Reba, princes who lived in the kingdom and who were allied to Sihon.
22 Gipatay usab sa katawhan sa Israel pinaagi sa espada si Balaam nga anak nga lalaki ni Beor, nga nagapanagna, uban niadtong ilang gipatay.
At the same time the Israelites killed Balaam, son of Beor, the fortune-teller, along with the others who were slaughtered.
23 Ang utlanan sa tribo ni Reuben mao ang Suba sa Jordan; mao kini ang ilang utlanan. Mao kini ang panulondon sa tribo ni Reuben, nga gihatag sa ilang mga banay, uban sa ilang mga siyudad ug sa mga baryo niini.
The Jordan was the boundary for the tribe of Reuben. This was the land, the towns and the villages, allotted to the tribe of Reuben, by families.
24 Mao kini ang gihatag ni Moises ngadto sa tribo ni Gad, banay sa banay:
This was the land that Moses allotted to the tribe of Gad, by families:
25 Ang ilang yutang gipanag-iyahan mao ang Jazer, ang tanang mga siyudad sa Gilead ug katunga sa yuta sa mga Amonihanon, ngadto sa Aroer, sa sidlakang bahin sa Raba,
Their territory was Jazer, all the towns of Gilead, and half of the land of the Ammonites up to Aroer, near Rabbah;
26 gikan sa Hesbon paingon sa Rama Mispe ug sa Betonim, gikan sa Mahanaim paingon sa yutang gisakopan sa Debir.
stretching from Heshbon to Ramath-mizpeh and Betonim, and from Mahanaim to the Debir region.
27 Ngadto sa walog, gihatag ni Moises kanila ang Bet Haram, ang Bet Nimra, ang Sucot, ug ang Sapon, ang uban pa nga gingharian ni Sihon nga hari sa Hesbon, ug ang Jordan ingon nga utlanan, ngadto sa kataposang bahin sa Dagat sa Cineret paingon sa sidlakang bahin sa Jordan.
In the Jordan valley lay Beth-haram, Beth-nimrah, Succoth, and Zaphon, the rest of the kingdom of Sihon, king of Heshbon. The boundary ran along the Jordan up to the bottom end of the sea of Kinnereth and then ran east.
28 Mao kini ang panulondon sa tribo ni Gad, banay sa banay, uban sa mga siyudad ug mga baryo niini.
This was the land, the towns and the villages, allotted to the tribe of Gad, by families.
29 Gihatagan ni Moises ug panulondon ang katunga sa tribo ni Manases. Gihatagan ug bahin ang katunga sa tribo sa katawhan ni Manases, sumala sa ilang mga banay.
This was the land that Moses allotted to the half-tribe of Manasseh, that is half of the tribe of the descendants of Manasseh, by families:
30 Ang ilang yutang gisakopan gikan sa Mahanaim, ang tibuok Basan, ang tibuok gingharian ni Og ang hari sa Basan, ug ang tibuok lungsod sa Jair, nga anaa sa Basan, nga 60 ka mga siyudad;
Their territory stretched from Manahaim through the whole of Bashan, all the kingdom of Og, and all the towns of Jair in Bashan—sixty in all.
31 ang katunga sa Gilead, ug ang Astarot ug ang Edrei (ang harianong mga siyudad ni Og sa Basan). Gigahin kini ngadto sa banay ni Maquir nga anak nga lalaki ni Manases—katunga sa mga katawhan ni Maquir, nga gihatag sa ilang matag pamilya.
Also included was Gilead, and Ashtaroth and Edrei, the towns of king Og in Bashan. This was the land allotted to the descendants of Machir, son of Manasseh, for half of them, by families.
32 Mao kini ang mga panulondon nga gigahin ni Moises ngadto kanila didto sa kapatagan sa Moab, unahan sa Jordan sa silangan nga bahin sa Jerico.
These were the allocations that Moses made when he was in the plains of Moab, on the other side of the Jordan, east of Jericho.
33 Wala gihatagan si Moises ug panulondon ang mga tribo ni Levi. Si Yahweh, ang Dios sa Israel, mao ang ilang panulondon, sumala sa iyang giingon kanila.
However, Moses did not allot any land to the Levites, for the Lord, the God of Israel, had promised them that he would be their allocation.
