Isaias 24
1 Tan-awa, hapit na himoon ni Yahweh nga awaaw ang kalibotan, laglagon kini, gun-obon ang matag yuta, ug patibulaagon ang mga lumolupyo niini.
Here! Yahweh [is] about to lay waste the earth and [is] about to devastate it and he will twist surface its and he will scatter inhabitants its.
2 Mahitabo kini, ingon man sa katawhan, mao usab sa pari, ingon man sa sulugoon, mao usab sa iyang agalon; ingon man sa katabang, mao usab sa iyang kabit, ingon man sa mga mopalit, mao usab sa mobaligya; ingon man sa nagpautang; mao usab sa mangutang; ingon man sa modawat ug tubo, mao usab sa mohatag ug tubo.
And it will be as the people as the priest as the servant as master his as the maidservant as mistress her as the buyer as the seller as the lender as the borrower as the creditor as [the one] who a creditor [is] in him.
3 Laglagon ug mawagtang ang yuta sa hingpit; kay misulti si Yahweh niini nga pulong.
Certainly - it will be laid waste the earth and certainly - it will be plundered for Yahweh he has spoken the word this.
4 Mauga ug mogahi ang yuta, mokaging ug mahanaw ang kalibotan, madunot ang inila nga katawhan sa yuta.
It has dried up it has withered the earth it has languished it has withered [the] world they have languished [the] noble[s] of [the] people of the earth.
5 Gihugawan ang kalibotan sa mga lumolupyo niini tungod kay wala nila tumana ang mga balaod, gisupak ang mga kasugoan, ug giguba ang walay kataposang kasabotan.
And the earth it has been polluted under inhabitants its for they have transgressed laws they have overstepped [the] decree they have broken [the] covenant of perpetuity.
6 Busa lamoyon sa tunglo ang yuta, ug makaplagan nga sad-an ang mga lumolupyo niini. Masunog ang mga lumolupyo sa yuta, ug diyutay nalang ang katawhan nga mabilin.
There-fore a curse it has consumed [the] earth and they have been held guilty [the] inhabitants in it there-fore they have diminished [the] inhabitants of [the] earth and it will be left humankind of smallness.
7 Mohubas ang bag-ong bino, malaya ang paras, ug magdangoyngoy ang tanang malipayon.
It has dried up new wine it has languished [the] vine they have groaned all [the people] joyful of heart.
8 Mohunong ang malipayon nga tingog sa mga tamborin, ug ang paghudyaka niadtong nagakalipay; ug miundang ang malipayon nga lira.
It has ceased [the] gaiety of tambourines it has stopped [the] uproar of jubilant [people] it has ceased [the] gaiety of [the] harp.
9 Dili na sila moinom ug bino ug moawit, ug pait na ang ilimnon niadtong moinom niini.
With song not people will drink wine it will be bitter strong drink to [those who] drink it.
10 Nagun-ob na ang siyudad sa kagubot; sirado ug walay sulod ang matag balay.
It has been broken [the] town of formlessness it has been shut up every house from entering.
11 Adunay panaghilak sa kadalanan tungod sa bino; mingitngit ang tanang kalipay, nahanaw ang pagkamalipayon sa yuta.
An outcry on wine [will be] in the streets it has become evening all gladness it has departed [the] gaiety of the earth.
12 Magpabilin sa siyudad nga awaaw, maguba ang ganghaan ngadto sa pino.
It has remained in the city desolation and ruin it will be crushed [the] gate.
13 Kay mao kini ang mahitabo sa tibuok yuta taliwala sa mga nasod, sama sa dihang pukpokon ang kahoy nga olibo, ug sama sa hagdawonon sa dihang mahuman na ang pagpupo sa ubas.
For thus it will be in [the] midst of the earth in among the peoples like [the] beating of an olive tree like gleanings if it has come to an end [the] grape harvest.
14 Ipatugbaw nila ang ilang mga tingog ug mosinggit sa kahalangdon ni Yahweh, ug malipayon nga mosinggit gikan sa dagat.
They they will lift up voice their they will shout for joy in [the] majesty of Yahweh they will cry aloud from [the] west.
15 Busa himayaa si Yahweh sa sidlakan, ug sa gagmay nga mga pulo sa dagat maghatag ug kahimayaan sa ngalan ni Yahweh, ang Dios sa Israel.
There-fore in the east glorify Yahweh in [the] islands of the sea [the] name of Yahweh [the] God of Israel.
16 Nadungog namo gikan sa layong dapit nga bahin sa kalibotan ang alawiton, “Himaya alang sa usa nga matarong!” Apan miingon ako, “Nagkaluya ako, alaot ako! Ang maluibon nagmaluibon; oo, ang maluibon nagmaluibon gayod.”
From [the] extremity of the earth songs we have heard splendor [belongs] to the righteous [one] and I said leanness [belongs] to me leanness [belongs] to me woe! to me [those who] act treacherously they act treacherously and treachery [those who] act treacherously they act treacherously.
17 Kahadlok, ang bung-aw ug ang lit-ag anaa kaninyo, mga lumolupyo sa yuta.
Dread and pit and snare [are] on you O inhabitant of the earth.
18 Si bisan kinsa nga moikyas sa tingog sa kahadlok mahulog ngadto sa bung-aw, ug si bisan kinsa ang makagawas sa taliwala sa bung-aw madakpan sa lit-ag. Maabli ang mga bintana sa kalangitan, ug mauyog ang mga patukoranan sa yuta.
And it will be the [one who] flees from [the] sound of the dread he will fall into the pit and the [one who] goes up from [the] midst of the pit he will be caught in snare for windows from a high place they have been opened and they have shaken [the] foundations of [the] earth.
19 Maguba sa hingpit ang kalibotan, mapikas ang yuta; mauyog sa mapintason ang yuta.
Utterly it has been broken the earth utterly it has been split through [the] earth certainly it has been shaken [the] earth.
20 Magsusapinday ang yuta sama sa nahubog nga tawo ug matabyog ngadto ug nganhi sama sa usa ka payag. Mabug-at ang sala niini ug matumba kini ug dili na gayod makabarog pag-usab.
Wildly it will stagger [the] earth like drunkard and it will sway like hut and it will be heavy on it transgression its and it will fall and not it will repeat to rise.
21 Mahitabo kini nianang adlawa, silotan ni Yahweh ang mga gamhanan nga anaa sa langit, ug ang mga hari nga anaa sa kalibotan.
And it will be in the day that he will visit [judgment] Yahweh on [the] host of the height in the height[s] and on [the] kings of the earth on the earth.
22 Pagatigomon sila uban sa mga binilanggo sa usa ka bung-aw, ug sirad-an sa bilanggoan; ug silotan sila human sa daghang mga adlaw.
And they will be gathered a gathering prisoner[s] to a pit and they will be shut up at a prison and from an abundance of days they will be visited.
23 Unya maulawan ang bulan, ug maulawan ang adlaw, kay maghari si Yahweh nga labawng makagagahom sa Bukid sa Zion ug sa Jerusalem, ug atubangan sa iyang mga katigulangan sa himaya.
And it will be abashed the moon and it will be ashamed the sun for he will reign Yahweh of hosts on [the] mountain of Zion and in Jerusalem and before elders his glory.
