Isaias 15
1 Ang pamahayag mahitungod sa Moab. Sa pagkatinuod, sa usa kagabii magun-ob ug malaglag ang Ar sa Moab; nagun-ob ug nalaglag usab ang Kir sa Moab sa usa lamang ka gabii.
The burden of Moab. Because in the night Ar of Moab is laid waste, it is silent: because the wall of Moab is destroyed in the night, it is silent.
2 Niadto sila sa templo, nitungas ang katawhan sa Dibon sa habog nga mga dapit aron sa paghilak; magbangotan ang Moab alang sa Nebo ug sa Medeba. Kiskisan nila ang ilang mga ulo ug ang ilang ang mga bangas.
The house is gone up, and Dibon to the high places to mourn over Nabo, and over Medaba, Moab hath howled: ton all their heads shall be baldness, and every beard shall be shaven.
3 Nagbisti sila ug sako sa ilang kadalanan; magbakho ang tanan didto sa ilang mga atop ug sa plasa, nagdangoyngoy pag-ayo.
In their streets they are girded with sackcloth: on the tops of their houses, and in their streets all shall howl and come down weeping.
4 Nagpakitabang ang Hesbon ug Eleale; nadungog ang ilang mga tingog sama kalayo sa Jahas. Busa nagpakitabang ang kasundalohan sa Moab; nangurog sila.
Hesebon shall cry, and Eleale, their voice is heard even to Jasa. For this shall the well appointed men of Moab howl, his soul shall howl to itself.
5 Mihilak ang akong kasingkasing alang sa Moab; nikalagiw ang iyang katawhan ngadto sa Zoar ug ngadto sa Eglat Shilishia. Nitungas sila nga naghilak didto sa tungasonon nga Luhit; nitiyabaw sila sa dalan sa Horonaim tungod sa ilang kalaglagan.
My heart shall cry to Moab, the bars thereof shall flee unto Segor a heifer of three years old: for by the ascent of Luith they shall go up weeping: and in the way of Oronaim they shall lift up a cry of destruction.
6 Nahubas ang mga tubig sa Nimrim; nalaya ang sagbot ug namatay ang bag-ong tubo nga sagbot; wala nay lunhaw.
For the waters of Nemrim shall be desolate, for the grass is withered away, the spring is faded, all the greenness is perished.
7 Ang kadagaya nga ilang gipatubo ug gitigom gidala na didto sa tabok sa lugot sa poplars.
According to the greatness of their work, is their visitation also: they shall lead them to the torrent of the willows.
8 Nadunggan ang panaghilak palibot sa ginsakopan sa Moab; ang pagbakho ingon kalayo sa Eglaim ug sa Beer Elim.
For the cry is gone round about the border of Moab: the howling thereof unto Gallim, and unto the well of Elim the cry thereof.
9 Kay napuno sa dugo ang katubigan sa Dibon; apan magpadala pa ako ug mas labaw pa ngadto sa Dibon. Tukbon sa liyon ang moikyas gikan sa Moab ug kadtong mahibilin usab didto sa yuta.
For the waters of Dibon are filled with blood: for I will bring more upon Dibon: the lion upon them that shall flee of Moab, and upon the remnant of the land.
