Ezequiel 37
1 Gitapion kanako ang kamot ni Yahweh, ug gidala ako pinaagi sa Espiritu ni Yahweh ug gipahimutang ako taliwala sa walog; napuno kini sa mga bukog.
The hand of the Lord was set upon me, and he led me away in the Spirit of the Lord, and he released me in the midst of a plain which was full of bones.
2 Unya gipaagi niya ako palibot niini. Tan-awa! Daghan niini ang anaa sa walog. Tan-awa! Uga na kaayo kini.
And he led me around, through them, on every side. Now they were very many upon the face of the plain, and they were exceedingly dry.
3 Miingon siya kanako, “Anak sa tawo, mabuhi pa ba pag-usab kining mga bukoga?” Busa miingon ako, “Yahweh nga Ginoo, ikaw lamang ang nasayod.”
And he said to me, “Son of man, do you think that these bones will live?” And I said, “O Lord God, you know.”
4 Unya miingon siya kanako, “Panagna niini nga mga bukog ug sultihi kini, 'Uga nga mga bukog. Paminaw sa pulong ni Yahweh.
And he said to me, “Prophesy about these bones. And you shall say to them: Dry bones, listen to the word of the Lord!
5 Miingon si Yahweh nga Ginoo niini ngadto sa mga bukog: Tan-awa! Hatagan ko kamo ug gininhawa, ug mabuhi kamo.
Thus says the Lord God to these bones: Behold, I will send spirit into you, and you shall live.
6 Butangan ko kamo ug mga lutahan ug unod. Lukopon ko kamo sa panit ug butangan kamo ug gininhawa aron mabuhi kamo. Unya masayod kamo nga ako si Yahweh.'''
And I will set sinews upon you, and I will cause flesh to grow over you, and I will extend skin over you. And I will give you spirit, and you shall live. And you shall know that I am the Lord.”
7 Busa nanagna ako sama sa gimando kanako; sa akong pagpanagna, tan-awa, aniay usa ka dinahunog, nga linog. Unya nagtigom ang mga bukog— bukog batok sa bukog.
And I prophesied, just as he had instructed me. But a noise occurred, as I was prophesying, and behold: a commotion. And the bones joined together, each one at its joint.
8 Mitan-aw ako, ug tan-awa, aduna na silay mga lutahan, ug mitubo ang mga unod ug nalukop na sila ug panit. Apan wala pa gihapon silay gininhawa.
And I saw, and behold: sinews and flesh rose up over them; and skin was extended over them. But they had no spirit within them.
9 Unya miingon si Yahweh kanako, “Panagna ngadto sa gininhawa, panagna, anak sa tawo, ug sultihi ang gininhawa, 'Miingon si Yahweh nga Ginoo niini: Gininhawa, nga gikan sa upat ka mga hangin, ug hatagig gininhawa kining gipamatay, aron mabuhi sila.”'
And he said to me: “Prophesy to the spirit! Prophesy, O son of man, and you shall say to the spirit: Thus says the Lord God: Approach, O spirit, from the four winds, and blow across these ones who were slain, and revive them.”
10 Busa nanagna ako sama sa gimando kanako; nakabaton sila ug gininhawa ug nabuhi sila. Unya mitindog sila, usa ka hilabihan ka daghan nga kasundalohan.
And I prophesied, just as he had instructed me. And spirit entered into them, and they lived. And they stood upon their feet, an exceedingly great army.
11 Unya miingon si Yahweh kanako, “Anak sa tawo, kini nga mga bukog mao ang kinatibuk-ang balay sa Israel. Tan-awa! Miingon sila, 'Nauga na ang atong mga bukog, ug nahanaw na ang atong paglaom. Gipamatay kita.'
And he said to me: “Son of man: All these bones are the house of Israel. They say: ‘Our bones are dried out, and our hope has perished, and we have been cut off.’
12 Busa panagna ug sultihi sila, 'Miingon si Yahweh nga Ginoo niini: Tan-awa! Pagaablihan ko ang inyong mga lubnganan ug ipagawas ko kamo gikan niini, akong katawhan. Dad-on ko kamo ug balik ngadto sa yuta sa Israel.
Because of this, prophesy, and you shall say to them: Thus says the Lord God: Behold, I will open your tombs, and I will lead you away from your sepulchers, O my people. And I will lead you into the land of Israel.
13 Unya masayod kamo nga ako si Yahweh, sa dihang ablihan ko ang inyong mga lubnganan ug ipagawas ko kamo gikan niini, akong katawhan.
And you shall know that I am the Lord, when I will have opened your sepulchers, and when I will have led you away from your tombs, O my people.
14 Ibutang ko kaninyo ang akong Espiritu aron mabuhi kamo, ug ipahiluna ko kamo sa inyong yuta sa dihang masayod kamo nga ako si Yahweh. Gipahayag ko ug pagabuhaton kini—mao kini ang gipahayag ni Yahweh.”'
And I will place my Spirit within you, and you shall live. And I will cause you to rest upon your own soil. And you shall know that I, the Lord, have spoken and acted, says the Lord God.”
15 Unya mikunsad kanako ang pulong ni Yahweh, nga nag-ingon,
And the word of the Lord came to me, saying:
16 “Busa karon, ikaw anak sa tawo, pagkuha ug usa ka lipak sa kahoy ug sulati kini, 'Alang sa Juda ug alang sa katawhan sa Israel, nga iyang mga kauban.' Unya pagkuha ug laing lipak sa kahoy ug sulati kini, 'Alang kang Jose, ang sanga sa Efraim, ug alang sa tanang katawhan sa Israel, nga ilang mga kauban.'
“And as for you, son of man, take up a piece of wood for yourself, and write upon it: ‘For Judah, and for the sons of Israel, his companions.’ And take up another piece of wood, and write upon it: ‘For Joseph, the wood of Ephraim, and for the entire house of Israel, and for his companions.’
17 Hiusaha sila ngadto sa usa ka lipak, aron mahimo silang usa diha sa imong kamot.
And join these, one to the other, for yourself, as one piece of wood. And they will be united in your hand.
18 Sa dihang makigsulti kanimo ang imong katawhan ug moingon, 'Dili mo ba kami sultihan kung unsa ang ipasabot nimo niining mga butanga?'
Then, when the sons of your people will speak to you, saying: ‘Will you not tell us what you intend by this?’
19 unya sultihi sila, 'Miingon si Yahweh nga Ginoo niini: Tan-awa! Kuhaon na nako ang sanga ni Jose nga anaa sa kamot sa Efraim ug ang mga tribo sa Israel nga iyang mga kauban ug itipo kini ngadto sa sanga sa Juda, aron mahimo kining usa ka sanga, ug mahiusa kini diha sa akong kamot.'
you shall say to them: Thus says the Lord God: Behold, I will take up the wood of Joseph, which is in the hand of Ephraim, and the tribes of Israel, which are joined to him, and I will put them together with the wood of Judah, and I will make them one piece of wood. And they will be one in his hand.
20 Kupti ang mga sanga nga imong gisulatan sa ilang atubangan.
Then the pieces of wood, on which you have written, will be in your hand, before their eyes.
21 Ipahayag ngadto kanila, 'Miingon si Yahweh nga Ginoo niini: 'Tan-awa! Pagakuhaon ko ang katawhan sa Israel gikan sa mga nasod kung diin sila nangadto. Tigomon ko sila gikan sa nagpalibot nga mga yuta ug dad-on ko sila sa ilang yuta.
And you shall say to them: Thus says the Lord God: Behold, I will take up the sons of Israel, from the midst of the nations to which they have gone, and I will gather them together on every side, and I will lead them onto their own soil.
22 Himoon ko silang usa ka nasod sa yuta, sa kabukiran sa Israel, ug adunay usa ka hari ingon nga maghari kanilang tanan, ug dili na sila mahimong duha ka mga nasod. Dili na sila mabahin sa duha ka mga gingharian.
And I will make them one nation in the land, on the mountains of Israel, and one king will be ruler over all. And they will no longer be two nations, nor will they be divided any more into two kingdoms.
23 Unya dili na nila hugawan ang ilang mga kaugalingon pinaagi sa ilang mga diosdios, sa ilang mangil-ad nga mga butang, o bisan unsa pa nilang mga sala. Kay luwason ko sila gikan sa tanan nilang pagkadili matinud-anon nga mga buhat kung diin sila nakasala, ug hinloan ko sila, aron mahimo silang akong katawhan ug ako ang ilang Dios.
And they will no longer be defiled by their idols, and by their abominations, and by all their iniquities. And I will save them, out of all the settlements in which they have sinned, and I will cleanse them. And they will be my people, and I will be their God.
24 Si David nga akong sulugoon mao ang maghari kanila. Busa adunay usa ka magbalantay kanilang tanan, ug maglakaw sila sumala sa akong mga kasugoan ug tipigan nila ang akong mga balaod ug tumanon kini.
And my servant David shall be the king over them, and they shall have one shepherd. They shall walk in my judgments, and they shall keep my commandments, and they shall do them.
25 Magpuyo sila diha sa yuta nga akong gihatag sa akong sulugoon nga si Jacob, diin nagpuyo ang inyong mga amahan. Magpuyo sila niini hangtod sa kahangtoran—sila, ilang mga anak, ug ang ilang mga apo, kay si David nga akong sulugoon mao ang ilang pangulo hangtod sa kahangtoran.
And they shall live upon the land that I gave to my servant Jacob, in which your fathers lived. And they shall live upon it, they and their sons, and the sons of their sons, even for all time. And David, my servant, shall be their leader, in perpetuity.
26 Maghimo ako ug usa ka kasabotan sa pagpakigdait uban kanila. Mahimo kining walay kataposan nga kasabotan uban kanila. Ipahimutang ug padaghanon ko sila ug ipahiluna ang akong balaang dapit sa ilang taliwala hangtod sa kahangtoran.
And I will strike a covenant of peace with them. This will be an everlasting covenant for them. And I will establish them, and multiply them. And I will set my sanctuary in their midst, unceasingly.
27 Ang akong puloy-anan mag-uban kanila; ako ang mamahimo nilang Dios, ug sila ang akong katawhan.
And my tabernacle shall be among them. And I will be their God, and they will be my people.
28 Unya masayod ang kanasoran nga ako si Yahweh ang naggahin sa Israel, sa dihang anaa kanila ang akong balaan nga dapit hangtod sa kahangtoran.'''
And the Gentiles shall know that I am the Lord, the Sanctifier of Israel, when my sanctuary will be in their midst, forever.”
