Taga Efeso 6
1 Mga anak, tumana ninyo ang inyong mga ginikanan diha sa Ginoo, kay mao kini ang matarong.
Children, obey your parents in the Lord, for this is right.
2 “Tahora ang imong amahan ug inahan” ( mao kini ang unang sugo nga adunay saad),
"Honor your father and mother," which is the first commandment with a promise:
3 aron maayo ang inyong kahimtang ug taas ang inyong kinabuhi sa kalibutan.”
"that it may be well with you, and that you may live long in the land."
4 Ug, kamo nga mga amahan, ayaw hagita ang inyong mga anak sa kasuko apan hinuon padak-a sila sa disiplina ug sa mga pagtudlo sa Ginoo.
And fathers, do not provoke your children to anger, but nurture them in the discipline and instruction of the Lord.
5 Mga ulipon, pagtuman kamo sa inyong mga amo dinhi sa kalibutan nga adunay dakong pagtahod ug kahadlo nga tininuod sa inyong kasingkasing ingon nga gibuhat ninyo kini kang Cristo,
Servants, be obedient to those who according to the flesh are your masters, with fear and trembling, in singleness of your heart, as to Christ;
6 dili lang ninyo kini buhaton aron malipay sila kung nagtan-aw sila kaninyo, apan ingon nga ulipon kamo ni Cristo mismo,
not in the way of service only when eyes are on you, as people-pleasers; but as servants of Christ, doing the will of God from the heart;
7 buhata ang kabubut-on sa Dios nga gikan sa inyong kasingkasing nga mag-alagad kamo nga magmalipayon alang sa Ginoo ug dili lang alang sa mga tawo nga
with good will doing service, as to the Lord, and not to people;
8 hinumdumi ninyo nga sa matag maayong binuhatan sa usa ka tawo makadawat siya ug ganti gikan sa Ginoo, maulipon man siya o gawasnon.
knowing that whatever good thing each one does, he will receive the same again from the Lord, whether he is bound or free.
9 Ug kamo nga mga amo, mao sad ang inyong buhaton sa mga ulipon nga dili ninyo hulgaon sila, kay nakahibalo man kamo nga siya nga Amo nila ug Amo sad ninyo anaa sa langit, ug walay pinalabi sa iya.
You masters, do the same things to them, and give up threatening, knowing that he who is both their Master and yours is in heaven, and there is no partiality with him.
10 Sa katapusan, magpakabaskog kamo diha sa Ginoo ug diha sa kakusog sa iyang dakong gahum.
Finally, be strong in the Lord, and in the strength of his might.
11 Isul-ob ninyo ang tibuok nga hinagiban sa Dios aron makabarog kamo batok sa mga limbonganong plano sa yawa.
Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the schemes of the devil.
12 Kay ang atong gubat dili batok sa unod ug dugo, apan batok sa mga espirituhanong mga nangulo ug sa anaay gahum ug sa mga gamando sa dautang kangitngitan, batok sa mga dautang espiritu sa kalangitan. (aiōn g165)
For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the powers, against the world's rulers of this darkness, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. (aiōn g165)
13 Busa sul-oba ninyo ang tibuok nga hinagiban sa Dios aron makabarog kamo batok sa kadautan sa niining panahon nga dautan ug buhata ang tanan aron makabarog kamo nga malig-on.
Therefore, put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and, having done all, to stand.
14 Busa magbarog kamo nga malig-on, nga gasul-ob sa bakus sa kamatuoran ug sa taming sa dughan sa pagkamatarong
Stand therefore, having the belt of truth buckled around your waist, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness,

and having fitted your feet with the preparation of the Good News of peace;

above all, taking up the shield of faith, with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the evil one.
17 Ug gamita ang helmet sa kaluwasan ug ang espada sa Espiritu nga mao ang pulong sa Dios,
And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the spoken word of God;
18 pinaagi sa tanang pag-ampo ug pangamuyo sa tanang panahon diha sa Espiritu nga gabantay sa iyang tubag nga adunay paglahutay sa tanan ug pag-ampo alang sa tanan nga gigahin sa Dios.
with all prayer and requests, praying at all times in the Spirit, and being watchful to this end in all perseverance and requests for all the saints:
19 Ug ampo-i ako nga ang mensahe mahatag sa akoa inig abri nako sa akong baba nga anaay kaisug inig pahibalo sa misteryo sa maayong balita nga diin nahimo akong embahador nga nakakadina,
on my behalf, that utterance may be given to me in opening my mouth, to make known with boldness the mystery of the Good News,
20 aron sa akong pagkapriso makasulti ako nga adunay kaisug nga maoy angay nakong himuon.
for which I am an ambassador in chains; that in it I may speak boldly, as I ought to speak.
21 Apan aron makahibalo unta sad kamo kung unsa na akong mga kalihukan diri ug unsa na ang akong kahimtang, si Tiquico nga hinigugmang igsoon ug matinumanon nga alagad sa Ginoo, siya maoy magpahibalo sa inyo sa tanan.
But that you also may know my affairs, how I am doing, Tychicus, the beloved brother and faithful servant in the Lord, will make known to you all things;
22 Ako siyang gipaanha diha alang aning nga tuyo aron makahibalo kamo sa among kahimtang ug iyang hupayon ang inyong mga kasingkasing.
whom I have sent to you for this very purpose, that you may know our state, and that he may comfort your hearts.
23 Ang kalinaw ug ang gugma nga adunay pagtuo nga gikan sa Dios Amahan ug sa Ginoong Jesu Cristo maanaa sa kaigsuonan.
Peace be to the brothers, and love with faith, from God the Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.
24 Ang grasya maanaa sa tanang mga nahigugma sa Ginoong Jesu Cristo sa paghigugma nga dili mamatay.
Grace be with all those who love our Lord Jesus Christ with incorruptible love.
