Deuteronomio 16

1 Bantayi ang bulan sa Abib ug tipigi ang Pagsaylo ngadto kang Yahweh nga inyong Dios, kay sa bulan sa Abib gikuha kamo ni Yahweh nga inyong Dios pagawas sa Ehipto panahon sa kagabhion.

Observe the month of Abib, and keep the Passover to Jehovah thy God, for in the month of Abib Jehovah thy God brought thee forth out of Egypt by night.

2 Inyong ihalad ang Pagsaylo ngadto kang Yahweh nga inyong Dios uban ang pipila sa panon sa mga karnero ug panon sa mga baka ngadto sa dapit nga pilion ni Yahweh isip iyang balaang dapit.

And thou shall sacrifice the Passover to Jehovah thy God, of the flock and the herd, in the place which Jehovah shall choose to cause his name to dwell there.

3 Kinahanglan mokaon kamo ug tinapay nga walay patubo niini; sulod sa pito ka adlaw, mokaon kamo ug tinapay nga walay patubo niini, ang tinapay sa kasakit; tungod kay mibiya kamo sa yuta sa Ehipto nga nagdali. Buhata kini ninyo sa tanang adlaw sa inyong kinabuhi aron mahinumdoman ninyo ang adlaw nga migula kamo gikan sa yuta sa Ehipto.

Thou shall eat no leavened bread with it. Seven days thou shall eat unleavened bread with it, even the bread of affliction, for thou came forth out of the land of Egypt in haste, that thou may remember the day when thou came forth out of the land of Egypt all the days of thy life.

4 Kinahanglan walay patubo nga makita diha kaninyo sulod sa tanan ninyong utlanan sulod sa pito ka adlaw; ni adunay magpabilin nga bisan gamay nga karne nga inyong gihalad sa kagabhion sa unang adlaw hangtod sa kabuntagon.

And there shall be no leaven seen with thee in all thy borders seven days. Neither shall any of the flesh, which thou sacrifice the first day at evening, remain all night until the morning.

5 Dili kamo mahimong maghalad sa Pagsaylo diha sulod sa ganghaan sa inyong siyudad nga ihatag ni Yahweh nga inyong Dios kaninyo.

Thou may not sacrifice the Passover within any of thy gates, which Jehovah thy God gives thee,

6 Apan, paghalad sa dapit nga pilion ni Yahweh nga inyong Dios nga mahimong iyang balaang dapit. Didto, maghalad kamo sa Pagsaylo sa kagabhion sa pagsalop sa adlaw, sa panahon sa tuig nga migawas kamo gikan sa Ehipto.

but at the place which Jehovah thy God shall choose to cause his name to dwell in, there thou shall sacrifice the Passover at evening, at the going down of the sun, at the season that thou came forth out of Egypt.

7 Kinahanglan inyo kining lutoon ug kaonon sa dapit nga pilion ni Yahweh; pagkabuntag, mamalik kamo ug manguli sa inyong mga tolda.

And thou shall roast and eat it in the place which Jehovah thy God shall choose, and thou shall turn in the morning, and go to thy tents.

8 Mokaon kamo ug tinapay nga walay patubo sulod sa unom ka adlaw; ug sa ika-pito ka adlaw adunay ligdong nga panagtigom alang kang Yahweh nga inyong Dios; niana nga adlaw kinahanglan dili kamo magtrabaho.

Six days thou shall eat unleavened bread, and on the seventh day shall be a solemn assembly to Jehovah thy God. Thou shall do no work.

9 Mag-ihap kamo sa inyong kaugalingon ug pito ka semana; magsugod kamo pag-ihap ug pito ka semana gikan sa higayon nga midapat ang garab sa inyong mga trigo.

Thou shall number to thee seven weeks. From the time thou begin to put the sickle to the standing grain thou shall begin to number seven weeks.

10 Kinahanglan nga magsaulog kamo sa Pista sa mga Semana alang kang Yahweh nga inyong Dios uban ang inyong bahin sa kinabubut-ong halad nga inyong ihatag gikan sa inyong mga kamot, sumala sa pagpanalangin ni Yahweh nga inyong Dios kaninyo.

And thou shall keep the feast of weeks to Jehovah thy God with a tribute of a freewill offering from thy hand, which thou shall give, according as Jehovah thy God blesses thee.

11 Magmaya kamo sa atubangan ni Yahweh nga inyong Dios— kamo, inyong anak nga lalaki, anak nga babaye, sulugoon nga lalaki, sulugoon nga babaye, ang Levita nga anaa sa sulod sa ganghaan sa inyong siyudad, sa langyaw, sa ilo ug sa biyuda nga anaa uban kaninyo, sa dapit nga pilion ni Yahweh nga inyong Dios nga mahimong iyang balaang dapit.

And thou shall rejoice before Jehovah thy God, thou, and thy son, and thy daughter, and thy man-servant, and thy maid-servant, and the Levite who is within thy gates, and the sojourner, and the fatherless, and the widow, who are in the midst of thee, in the place which Jehovah thy God shall choose to cause his name to dwell there,

12 Hinumdoman ninyo nga mga ulipon kamo sa Ehipto kaniadto; kinahanglan hinumdoman ug buhaton ninyo kini nga mga balaod.

and thou shall remember that thou were a bondman in Egypt. And thou shall observe and do these statutes.

13 Kinahanglan tipigan ninyo ang Pista sa Pasilonganan sulod sa pito ka adlaw human ninyo matigom ang abot gikan sa inyong giokanan ug gikan sa inyong pug-anan sa ubas.

Thou shall keep the feast of tabernacles seven days after thou have gathered in from thy threshing-floor and from thy winepress.

14 Kinahanglan magmaya kamo sa panahon sa kapistahan—kamo, inyong mga anak nga lalaki, anak nga babaye, sulugoon nga lalaki, sulugoon nga babaye, Levita, langyaw, ilo ug biyuda nga anaa sa sulod sa inyong mga ganghaan.

And thou shall rejoice in thy feast, thou, and thy son, and thy daughter, and thy man-servant, and thy maid-servant, and the Levite, and the sojourner, and the fatherless, and the widow, who are within thy gates.

15 Sulod sa pito ka adlaw, kinahanglan saulogon ninyo ang kapistahan alang kang Yahweh nga inyong Dios sa dapit nga pilion ni Yahweh, tungod kay panalanginan kamo ni Yahweh nga inyong Dios sa tanan ninyong abot ug sa tanang buhat sa inyong mga kamot, ug kinahanglang magmalipayon kamo sa hingpit.

Seven days thou shall keep a feast to Jehovah thy God in the place which Jehovah shall choose, because Jehovah thy God will bless thee in all thine increase, and in all the work of thy hands, and thou shall be altogether joyful.

16 Katulo sa usa ka tuig kinahanglan nga ang tanan ninyong mga kalalakin-an moatubang kang Yahweh nga inyong Dios sa dapit nga iyang pilion: sa Pista sa Tinapay nga Walay Patubo, sa Pista sa mga Semana ug sa Pista sa mga Pasilonganan; ug dili sila mahimong moatubang kang Yahweh nga walay dala;

Three times in a year all thy males shall appear before Jehovah thy God in the place which he shall choose: in the feast of unleavened bread, and in the feast of weeks, and in the feast of tabernacles. And they shall not appear before Jehovah empty.

17 hinuon, ang matag-usa ka lalaki mohatag sumala sa iyang makaya, aron mahibaloan ninyo ang panalangin nga gihatag ni Yahweh nga inyong Dios kaninyo.

Every man shall give as he is able, according to the blessing of Jehovah thy God which he has given thee.

18 Kinahanglan magpili kamo ug mga maghuhukom ug opisyales diha sulod sa tanan ninyong ganghaan sa siyudad nga ihatag ni Yahweh nga inyong Dios kaninyo; maggikan sila sa matag tribo nga anaa kaninyo, ug kinahanglan maghukom sila sa katawhan sa matarong nga paghukom.

Thou shall make judges and officers for thee in all thy gates, which Jehovah thy God gives thee, according to thy tribes, and they shall judge the people with righteous judgment.

19 Kinahanglan dili ninyo kuhaon ang hustisya sa pinugsanay nga paagi; kinahanglan nga wala kamoy dapigan ni modawat ug suhol, kay ang suhol makabuta sa mata sa maalamon ug makapausab sa mga pulong sa matarong.

Thou shall not distort justice. Thou shall not respect persons, neither shall thou take a bribe, for a bribe blinds the eyes of the wise, and perverts the words of the righteous.

20 Kinahanglan sundon ninyo ang katarong, sa katarong lamang, aron makapuyo kamo ug mapanag-iyahan ang yuta nga ihatag ni Yahweh nga inyong Dios kaninyo.

Thou shall follow that which is altogether just, that thou may live, and inherit the land which Jehovah thy God gives thee.

21 Kinahanglan dili kamo magtukod ug Asherah alang sa inyong kaugalingon, bisan unsang poste, tupad sa halaran ni Yahweh nga inyong Dios nga inyong himoon alang sa inyong kaugalingon.

Thou shall not plant for thee an Asherah of any kind of tree beside the altar of Jehovah thy God, which thou shall make for thee.

22 Ni magtukod alang sa inyong kaugalingon ug sagrado nga haliging bato, nga gidumtan ni Yahweh nga inyong Dios.

Neither shall thou set up a pillar for thee, which Jehovah thy God hates.
