Deuteronomio 10
1 Nianang panahona miingon si Yahweh kanako, 'Pagkulit ug duha ka papan nga bato sama sa una, ug tungas nganhi kanako sa bukid, ug pagbuhat ug arka nga kahoy.
In the same time the Lord said vnto me, Hewe thee two Tables of stone like vnto the first, and come vp vnto me into the Mount, and make thee an Arke of wood,
2 Isulat ko sa mga papan ang mga pulong nga anaa sa unang mga papan nga imong gibuak, ug isulod nimo kini sa arka.'
And I will write vpon the Tables ye wordes that were vpon the first Tables, which thou brakest, and thou shalt put them in the Arke.
3 Busa naghimo ako ug arka gikan sa acacia nga kahoy, ug nagkulit ako ug duha ka papan nga bato sama sa una, ug mitungas ako ngadto sa bukid nga adunay duha ka papan nga bato sa akong kamot.
And I made an Arke of Shittim wood, and hewed two Tables of stone like vnto the first, and went vp into the Mountaine, and the two Tables in mine hand.
4 Misulat siya sa mga papan, sama sa unang sinulat, ang Napulo ka mga Sugo nga gisulti ni Yahweh kaninyo didto sa bukid taliwala sa kalayo sa adlaw sa panagtigom; unya gihatag kini ni Yahweh kanako.
Then he wrote vpon the Tables according to the first writing (the tenne commandements, which the Lord spake vnto you in the Mount out of the middes of the fire, in the day of the assemblie) and the Lord gaue them vnto me.
5 Mipauli ako ug milugsong gikan sa bukid, ug gibutang ang mga papan didto sa arka nga akong gibuhat; atua kini didto sama sa gisugo ni Yahweh kanako.”
And I departed, and came downe from the Mount, and put the Tables in the Arke which I had made: and there they be, as the Lord commanded me.
6 (Ang katawhan sa Israel nagpanaw gikan sa Beeroth Bene Jaakan paingon sa Mosera. Didto namatay si Aaron, ug didto siya gilubong; nag-alagad ang iyang anak nga si Eliazar sa lawak sa mga pari puli kaniya.
And ye children of Israel tooke their iourney from Beeroth of the children of Iaakan to Mosera, where Aaron dyed, and was buried, and Eleazar his sonne became Priest in his steade.
7 Gikan didto mipanaw sila paingon sa Gudgoda, ug gikan sa Gudgoda paingon sa Jotbatha, usa ka yuta nga adunay mga sapa.
From thence they departed vnto Gudgodah, and from Gudgodah to Iotbath a land of running waters.
8 Nianang panahona gipili ni Yahweh ang tribo ni Levi nga maoy modala sa arka sa kasabotan ni Yahweh, sa pagbarog sa atubangan ni Yahweh sa pag-alagad kaniya, ug sa pagpanalangin sa katawhan pinaagi sa iyang ngalan, sama karong adlawa.
The same time ye Lord separated the tribe of Leui to beare the Arke of the couenant of the Lord, and to stand before ye Lord, to minister vnto him, and to blesse in his Name vnto this day.
9 Busa walay bahin si Levi ni panulondon sa yuta uban sa iyang mga igsoon; si Yahweh maoy iyang panulondon, sumala sa pagpakigsulti ni Yahweh nga inyong Dios ngadto kaniya.)
Wherefore Leui hath no part nor inheritance with his brethren: for the Lord is his inheritance, as the Lord thy God hath promised him.
10 “Nagpabilin ako sa bukid sama sa unang higayon, 40 ka adlaw ug 40 ka gabii. Naminaw usab si Yahweh kanako nianang panahona; wala nagtinguha si Yahweh sa paglaglag kaninyo.
And I taried in the mount, as at ye first time, fourtie dayes and fourtie nightes, and the Lord heard me at that time also, and the Lord would not destroy thee.
11 Miingon si Yahweh kanako, 'Barog, adto sa katawhan ug pangulohi sila sa ilang panaw; moadto sila ug manag-iya sa yuta nga akong gisaad sa ilang mga katigulangan nga ihatag kanila.'
But the Lord said vnto me, Arise, goe forth in the iourney before the people, that they may goe in and possesse the land, which I sware vnto their fathers to giue vnto them.
12 Karon, Israel, unsa man ang gipangayo ni Yahweh kanimo, gawas sa pagbaton ug kahadlok kang Yahweh nga imong Dios, sa paglakaw diha sa tanan niyang mga dalan, sa paghigugma kaniya, ug sa pagsimba kang Yahweh nga imong Dios sa tibuok nimong kasingkasing ug sa tibuok nimong kalag,
And nowe, Israel, what doth the Lord thy God require of thee, but to feare the Lord thy God, to walke in all his wayes, and to loue him, and to serue the Lord thy God, with all thine heart, and with all thy soule?
13 sa pagtipig sa mga sugo ni Yahweh, ug sa iyang mga balaod, nga gisugo ko kanimo karon alang sa imong kaayohan?
That thou keepe the commandements of the Lord, and his ordinances, which I commaund thee this day, for thy wealth?
14 Tan-awa, nahisakop kang Yahweh nga imong Dios ang langit ug ang langit sa kalangitan, ang kalibotan, uban sa tanan nga anaa niini.
Beholde, heauen, and the heauen of heauens is the Lords thy God, and the earth, with all that therein is.
15 Nagakalipay lamang si Yahweh sa imong mga katigulangan sa paghigugma kanila, ug gipili kamo niya, nga ilang kaliwat, sunod kanila, labaw pa kaysa ubang katawhan, sama sa iyang gibuhat karon.
Notwithstanding, the Lord set his delite in thy fathers to loue them, and did choose their seede after them, euen you aboue all people, as appeareth this day.
16 Busa tulia ang panit sa inyong kasingkasing, ug ayaw na pagmasinupakon.
Circumcise therefore the foreskin of your heart, and harden your neckes no more.
17 Kay si Yahweh ang inyong Dios, siya ang Dios sa mga dios ug Ginoo sa mga agalon, ang bantogan nga Dios, ang gamhanan ug ang gikahadlokan, nga walay gidapigan ug dili masuholan.
For the Lord your God is God of gods, and Lord of lordes, a great God, mightie and terrible, which accepteth no persons nor taketh reward:
18 Gipatunhay niya ang hustisya alang sa mga ilo ug sa balo, ug nagpakita siya ug gugma sa langyaw pinaagi sa paghatag kaniya ug pagkaon ug bisti.
Who doeth right vnto the fatherlesse and widowe, and loueth the stranger, giuing him foode and rayment.
19 Busa higugmaa ang langyaw; kay mga langyaw kamo sa yuta sa Ehipto.
Loue ye therefore the stranger: for ye were strangers in the land of Egypt.
20 Kahadlokan nimo si Yahweh nga imong Dios; magasimba ka kaniya. Kaniya ka lamang makighiusa, ug manumpa ka pinaagi sa iyang ngalan.
Thou shalt feare the Lord thy God: thou shalt serue him, and thou shalt cleaue vnto him, and shalt sweare by his Name.
21 Siya ang imong pagdayeg, ug siya ang imong Dios, nga nagbuhat alang kanimo niining dagko ug kahadlokan nga mga butang, nga nakita sa imong mga mata.
He is thy praise, and hee is thy God, that hath done for thee these great and terrible things, which thine eyes haue seene.
22 Ang imong mga katigulangan miadto sa Ehipto nga mga 70 lamang ka tawo; karon si Yahweh nga imong Dios naghimo kanimo nga sama kadaghan sa kabituonan sa kalangitan.
Thy fathers went downe into Egypt with seuentie persons, and now the Lord thy God hath made thee, as ye starres of ye heauen in multitude.
