1 В Дните когато съдиите съдеха, настана глад на земята. И един човек от Витлеем Юдов отиде да престои в Моавската земя, той, и жена му, и двамата му сина.

2 Името на човека беше Елимелех, а името на жена му Ноемин, а имената на двамата му сина Маалон и Хелеон; те бяха ефратци от Витлеем Юдов. И дойдоха в Моавската земя и там останаха.
and name [the] man Elimelech and name woman: wife his Naomi and name two son: child his Mahlon and Chilion Ephrathite from Bethlehem Bethlehem Judah and to come (in): come land: country Moab and to be there
3 И Елимелех, мъжът на Ноемин, умря; и тя остана с двамата си сина.
and to die Elimelech man: husband Naomi and to remain he/she/it and two son: child her
4 И те си взеха жени моавки, на които името на едната беше Орфа, а името на другата Рут; и живяха там около десет години.
and to lift: marry to/for them woman: wife Moabite name [the] one Orpah and name [the] second Ruth and to dwell there like/as ten year
5 Тогава умряха Маалон и Хелеон, и двамата, тъй че жената се лиши от двамата си сина и от мъжа си.
and to die also two their Mahlon and Chilion and to remain [the] woman from two youth her and from man: husband her
6 След това тя стана със снахите си да се върне от Моавската земя, защото беше чула в Моавската земя, че Господ посетил людете Си и им дал хляб.
and to arise: rise he/she/it and daughter-in-law her and to return: return from land: country Moab for to hear: hear in/on/with land: country Moab for to reckon: visit LORD [obj] people his to/for to give: give to/for them food
7 И тъй, тя излезе от мястото, гдето беше, и двете и снахи с нея, и вървяха по пътя да се върнат в Юдовата земя.
and to come out: come from [the] place which to be there [to] and two daughter-in-law her with her and to go: went in/on/with way: journey to/for to return: return to(wards) land: country/planet Judah
8 Сетне Ноемин каза на двете си снахи: Идете, върнете се всяка в дома на майка си. Господ да постъпва с благост към вас, както вие постъпихте към умрелите и към мене.
and to say Naomi to/for two daughter-in-law her to go: went to return: return woman: another to/for house: household mother her (to make: do *Q(K)*) LORD with you kindness like/as as which to make: do with [the] to die and with me
9 Господ да ви даде да намерите спокойствие, всяка в дома на мъжа си. Тогава ги целуна; а те плакаха с висок глас.
to give: give LORD to/for you and to find resting woman: another house: household man: husband her and to kiss to/for them and to lift: loud voice their and to weep
10 И рекоха й: Не, но с тебе ще се върнем при твоите люде.
and to say to/for her for with you to return: return to/for people your
11 Но Ноемин каза: Върнете се, дъщери мои, защо да дойдете с мене? Имам ли още синове в утробата си, за да ви станат мъже?
and to say Naomi to return: return daughter my to/for what? to go: went with me still to/for me son: child in/on/with belly my and to be to/for you to/for human
12 Върнете се, дъщери мои, идете защото остарях и не съм вече за мъж. Ако бих рекла: Имам надежда; даже ако се омъжех тая нощ, па и родих синове,
to return: return daughter my to go: went for be old from to be to/for man: husband for to say there to/for me hope also to be [the] night to/for man: husband and also to beget son: child
13 вие бихте ли ги чакали догде пораснат? Бихте ли се въздържали заради тях да се не омъжите? Не, дъщери мои; върнете се, понеже съм много огорчена заради вас, гдето Господната ръка се е простирала против мене.
therefore to await till which to magnify therefore to refrain to/for lest to be to/for man: husband not daughter my for to provoke to/for me much from you for to come out: come in/on/with me hand LORD
14 А като плакаха пак с висок глас, Орфа целуна свекърва си, а Рут се привърза при нея.
and to lift: loud voice their and to weep still and to kiss Orpah to/for mother-in-law her and Ruth to cleave in/on/with her
15 Тогава рече Ноемин: Ето, етърва ти се върна при людете си и боговете си; върни се и ти подир етърва си.
and to say behold to return: return sister-in-law your to(wards) people her and to(wards) God her to return: return after sister-in-law your
16 А Рут каза: Не ме умолявай да те оставя и да не дойда подире ти; защото, гдето идеш ти, и аз ще ида, и гдето останеш и аз ще остана; твоите люде ще бъдат мои люде, и твоят Бог мой Бог;
and to say Ruth not to fall on in/on/with me to/for to leave: forsake you to/for to return: turn back from after you for to(wards) which to go: went to go: went and in/on/with in which to lodge to lodge people your people my and God your God my
17 гдето умреш ти, и аз ще умра, и там ще се погреба; така да ми направи Господ, да! и повече да притури, ако друго, освен смъртта, ме разлъчи от тебе.

18 И Ноемин, като видя, че тя настояваше да иде с нея, престана да й говори.

19 И тъй, двете вървяха докато дойдоха във Витлеем. И когато стигнаха във Витлеем, целият град се раздвижи поради тях; и жените думаха: Това ли е Ноемин?

20 А тя им каза: Не ме наричайте Ноемин наричайте ме Мара защото Всесилният ме твърде огорчи.

21 Пълна излязох; а Господ ме доведе празна. Защо ме наричате Ноемин, тъй като Господ е заявил против мене, и Всесилният ме е оскърбил?
I full to go: went and emptily to return: return me LORD to/for what? to call: call by to/for me Naomi and LORD to answer in/on/with me and Almighty be evil to/for me
22 Така се върна Ноемин, и със снаха й Рут, моавката, която дойде от Моавската земя. Те стигнаха във Витлеем в началото на ечемичната жътва.
and to return: return Naomi and Ruth [the] Moabite daughter-in-law her with her [the] to return: return from land: country Moab and they(masc.) to come (in): come Bethlehem Bethlehem in/on/with beginning harvest barley
