Псалми 149

1 Алилуя! Пейте на Господа нова песен, И хвалете името Му в събранието на светиите.

Hallelujah. Sing unto the LORD a new song, and His praise in the assembly of the saints.

2 Нека се весели Израил за Създателя си; Нека се радват сионовите чада за Царя си,

Let Israel rejoice in his Maker; let the children of Zion be joyful in their King.

3 Нека хвалят името Му с хороиграние: С тъпанче и арфа нека Му пеят хваления.

Let them praise His name in the dance; let them sing praises unto Him with the timbrel and harp.

4 Защото Господ има благоволение към людете Си; Ще украси кротките с победа.

For the LORD taketh pleasure in His people; He adorneth the humble with salvation.

5 Светиите ще тържествуват славно, Ще се радват на леглата си.

Let the saints exult in glory; let them sing for joy upon their beds.

6 Славословия към Бога ще бъдат в устата им. И меч остър от двете страни на ръката им,

Let the high praises of God be in their mouth, and a two-edged sword in their hand;

7 За да отдават възмездие на народите И наказание на племената,

To execute vengeance upon the nations, and chastisements upon the peoples;

8 За да вържат царете им с вериги, И благородните им с железни окови,

To bind their kings with chains, and their nobles with fetters of iron;

9 За да извършат над тях написания съд! Тая част принадлежи на всички Негови светии. Алилуя.

To execute upon them the judgment written; He is the glory of all His saints. Hallelujah.
