Псалми 138

1 Давидов псалом. Ще Те славя от все сърце, Ще Ти пея хваления пред боговете,

A Psalme of David. I will praise thee with my whole heart: euen before the gods will I praise thee.

2 Ще ти се поклоня към светия Твой хълм, И ще славя Твоето име за милосърдието Ти и за милостта Ти, Защото си възвестил думата Си повече от цялото Си име.

I will worship toward thine holy Temple and praise thy Name, because of thy louing kindenesse and for thy trueth: for thou hast magnified thy Name aboue all things by thy word.

3 В деня, когато извиках, Ти ме послуша; Ободрил си ме със силата в душата ми.

When I called, then thou heardest me, and hast encreased strength in my soule.

4 Ще Те прославят, Господи, всичките земни царе, Когато чуят думите на Твоите уста;

All the Kings of the earth shall praise thee, O Lord: for they haue heard the wordes of thy mouth.

5 Да! ще възпяват пътищата Господни, Че голяма е славата Господна.

And they shall sing of the wayes of the Lord, because the glory of the Lord is great.

6 Защото, ако и да е възвишен Господ, пак гледа на смирения; А високоумния познава от далеч.

For the Lord is high: yet he beholdeth the lowly, but the proude he knoweth afarre off.

7 Даже ако премина всред утеснение, Ти ще ме съживиш; Ще простреш ръката Си против гнева на неприятелите ми; И десницата Ти ще ме избави.

Though I walke in the middes of trouble, yet wilt thou reuiue me: thou wilt stretch foorth thine hand vpon the wrath of mine enemies, and thy right hand shall saue me.

8 Господ ще извърши това, което е потребно за мене. Господи, понеже милостта Ти трае до века, Не оставяй делата на Своите ръце.

The Lord will performe his worke toward me: O Lord, thy mercie endureth for euer: forsake not the workes of thine handes.
