Псалми 135
1 Алилуя. Хвалете името Господно. Хвалете Го, вие слуги Господни,
Praise ye the Lord. Praise the Name of the Lord: ye seruants of the Lord, praise him.
2 Които престоявате в дома Господен, В дворовете на дома на нашия Бог.
Ye that stande in the House of the Lord, and in the courtes of the House of our God,
3 Хвалете Господа, защото е благ Господ, Пейте хваления на името Му, защото това е угодно.
Praise ye the Lord: for the Lord is good: sing praises vnto his Name: for it is a comely thing.
4 Защото Господ избра Якова за Себе Си, Израиля за Свое собствено притежание.
For the Lord hath chosen Iaakob to himselfe, and Israel for his chiefe treasure.
5 Защото аз познах, че Господ е велик, И че нашият Господ е над всичките богове
For I know that the Lord is great, and that our Lord is aboue all gods.
6 Господ прави всичко що Му е угодно На небето и на земята, в моретата и във всичките бездни.
Whatsoeuer pleased the Lord, that did hee in heauen and in earth, in the sea, and in all the depths.
7 Повдига пари от краищата на земята, Прави светкавици за дъжда, Изважда ветрове из съкровищниците Си.
He bringeth vp the cloudes from the ends of the earth, and maketh the lightnings with ye raine: he draweth foorth the winde out of his treasures.
8 Той е Който порази египетските първородни И на човек и на животно.
He smote the first borne of Egypt both of man and beast.
9 Изпрати знамения и чудеса всред тебе, Египте, Върху Фараона и върху всичките му слуги.
He hath sent tokens and wonders into the middes of thee, O Egypt, vpon Pharaoh, and vpon all his seruants.
10 Той е. Който порази големите народи И изби силни царе.
He smote many nations, and slew mightie Kings:
11 Аморейския цар Сион, И васанския цар Ог, И всичките ханаански царства
As Sihon King of the Amorites, and Og King of Bashan, and all the kingdomes of Canaan:
12 И даде земята им в наследство, Наследство на людете Си Израил.
And gaue their lande for an inheritance, euen an inheritance vnto Israel his people.
13 Името Ти, Господи, пребъдва до века, Споменът Ти, Господи, из род в род.
Thy Name, O Lord, endureth for euer: O Lord, thy remembrance is from generation to generation.
14 Защото Господ ще съди людете Си, И ще се покае за скърбите на слугите Си.
For the Lord will iudge his people, and be pacified towardes his seruants.
15 Идолите на народите са сребро и злато, Направа на човешки ръце.
The idoles of the heathen are siluer and golde, euen the worke of mens handes.
16 Уста имат, но не говорят; Очи имат, но не виждат;
They haue a mouth, and speake not: they haue eyes and see not.
17 Уши имат, но не чуват; Нито има дишане в устата им.
They haue eares and heare not, neither is there any breath in their mouth.
18 Подобни на тях ще станат ония, които ги правят, Както и всеки, който уповава на тях.
They that make them, are like vnto them: so are all that trust in them.
19 Доме Израилев, благославяйте Господа; Доме Ааронов, благославяйте Господа;
Praise the Lord, ye house of Israel: praise the Lord, ye house of Aaron.
20 Доме Левиев, благославяйте Господа; Вие, които се боите от Господа, благославяйте Господа;
Praise the Lord, ye house of Leui: ye that feare the Lord, praise the Lord.
21 Благословен да бъде от Сион Господ, Който обитава в Ерусалим. Алилуя.
Praised bee the Lord out of Zion, which dwelleth in Ierusalem. Praise ye the Lord.
