1 Второто жребие излезе за Симеона, за племето на Симеоновците според семействата им; и наследството им беше всред наследството на юдейците.
The second/next tribe that was allotted land was the tribe of Simeon. Each clan in that tribe was allotted some land that was inside the area that had been allotted to the tribe of Judah.
2 За своето наследство те имаха; Вирсавее (или Савее), Молада,
Their land included the towns of Beersheba ([which is also named] Sheba), Moladah,
3 Асур-суал, Вала, Асем,
Hazar-Shual, Balah, Ezem,
4 Елтолад, Ветул, Хорма,
Eltolad, Bethul, Hormah,
5 Сиклаг, Вет-маркавот, Асарсуса,
Ziklag, Beth-Marcaboth. Hazar-Susah,
6 Ветловаот и Саруен; тринадесет града със селата им;
Beth-Lebaoth, and Sharuhen. Altogether there were 13 towns and the surrounding villages.
7 Аин, Римон, Етер и Асан; четири града със селата им;
The land allotted to them also included the four cities of Ain, Rimmon, Ether, and Ashan, and their surrounding villages.
8 и всичките села, които бяха около тия градове, до Ваалат-вир (който е южният Рамат). Това е наследството за племето на симеонците според семействата им.
They were also allotted some very small villages in an area that extended south to Baalath-Beer (which is [also named] Ramah, in the southern desert). That was the land allotted to the clans of the tribe of Simeon.
9 От дяла на юдейците се даде наследството на симеонците, защото делът на юдейците беше голям за тях; за това, симеонците наследиха дял всред тяхното наследство.
The tribe of Judah had been allotted much more land than they needed, so part of their land was given to the tribe of Simeon.
10 Третото жребие излезе за завулонците, според семействата им; и пределът на наследството им беше до Сарид;
The third/next tribe that was allotted land was the tribe of Zebulun. Each clan of that tribe was allotted some of the land. The southern border started at Sarid [city].
11 и границата им отиваше западно до Марала, и досягаше Давасес и досягаше потока, който е срещу Иокнеам;
It extended west to Maralah [city] and on to Dabbesheth [city], and on to the brook just north of Jokneam [city].
12 и от Сарид завиваше към изгрева на слънцето до междата на Кислот-тавор, и излизаше на Даврат, и възлизаше на Яфия,
The border extended east from Sarid to the area near Kisloth-Tabor [city] and on to Daberath [town] and on to Japhia [town].
13 и от там минаваше към изток в Гетефер, в Ита-касин, и излизаше в Римон-метоар към Нуя;
From there it extended east to Gath-Hepher [city] and Eth-Kazin [town], and north to Rimmon [city]. From there the border extended [west] to Neah [town].
14 и от север границата завиваше в Анатот, и свършваше в долината Ефтаил,
From Neah it extended south to Hannathon [city] and from there to Iphtah-El Valley.
15 като включваше Катат, Наадал, Симрон, Идала и Витлеем, дванадесет града със селата им.
Their area included the towns of Kattath, Nahalal, Shimron, Idalah, and Bethlehem. Altogether there were twelve towns and the surrounding villages.
16 Това е наследството на завулонците по семействата им, -тия градове със селата им.
That was the land that was allotted to the clans of the tribe of Zebulun.
17 Четвъртото жребие излезе за Исахара, за исахарците по семействата им.
The fourth/next tribe that was allotted land was the tribe of Issachar. Each of the clans of that tribe was allotted some of the land.
18 Пределът им беше Езраил, Кесулот, Сунам,
Their land included the cities of Jezreel, Kesulloth, Shunem,
19 Афераим, Сеон, Анахарат,
Hapharaim, Shion, Anaharath,
20 Равит, Кисион, Авес,
Rabbith, Kishion, Ebez,
21 Ремет, Енганим, Енада и Вет-фасис;
Remeth, En-Gannim, En-Haddah, and Beth-Pazzez.
22 и границата досягаше Тавор, Сахасима и Ветсемес; и границата им свършваше при Иордан; шестнадесет града със селата им.
The border of the area that was allotted to the tribe of Issachar was close to Tabor, Shahazumah, and Beth-Shemesh [cities], and ended [in the east] at the Jordan [River]. Altogether there were 16 cities and the surrounding villages.
23 Това е наследството за племето на исахарците по семействата им, - градовете със селата им.
Those cities and villages were in the land allotted to the clans of the tribe of Issachar.
24 Петото жребие излезе за племето на асирците семействата им.
The fifth/next tribe that was allotted land was the tribe of Asher. Each of the clans in that tribe was allotted some of the land.
25 Пределът им беше Хелкат, Али, Ветен, Ахсаф,
Their land included the towns of Helkath, Hali, Beten, Acshaph,
26 Аламелех, Амад и Мисал, и достигаше, до Кармил на запад и до Сихор-ливнат;
Allammelech, Amad, and Mishal. The western border started at Carmel [Mountain] and Shihor-Libnath.
27 и границата им завиваше към изгрева на слънцето при Вет-дагон, и досягаше Завулон и долината Ефтаил на север от Ветемек и Наил, и излизаше при Хаул на ляво,
From there it extended [southeast] to Beth-Dagon [town], and then to [the area that was allotted to the tribe of] Zebulun and Iphtah-El Valley. From there the border extended east and then north to Beth-Emek [town] and Neiel and Cabul [towns].
28 и Еврон, Роов, Амон и Кана, до големия Сидон;
From there it extended west to Abdon, Rehob, Hammon, and Kanah [cities], and continued to Sidon, which is a big city.
29 и границата завиваше към Рама и към укрепения град Тир; и границата завиваше към Оса, и свършваше при морето край страната на Ахзив,
From there the border extended south toward Ramah and to the big city of Tyre that had strong walls around it. From there the border extended [west] to Hosah [town] and ended at the [Mediterranean] Sea. Within their area were the towns of Aczib,
30 и Ама, Афен и Роов; двадесет идва града със селата им.
Ummah, Aphek, and Rehob. Altogether there were 22 towns and their surrounding villages.
31 Това е наследство за племето на асирците по семействата им - тия градове със селата им.
Those cities and villages were within the land that was allotted to the clans of the tribe of Asher.
32 Шестото жребие излезе за нефталимците, за нефталимците по семействата им.
The sixth/next tribe that was allotted land was the tribe of Naphtali. Each of the clans in that tribe was allotted some of the land.
33 Границата им беше от Елеф, от Алон близо при Саананим, и Адами-некев, и Явнеил, до Лакум и свършваше при Иордан;
The border of their land started [in the west] at the [huge] oak tree at Zaanannim, near Heleph [town]. It extended [east] through Adami-Nekeb [city] and Jabneel, and then to Lakkum, and ended at the Jordan [River].
34 и границата завиваше към запад до Азнот-тавор, и от там излизаше при Укок, и досягаше Завулон на юг, а досягаше Асир на запад и Юда при Иордан към изгрева на слънцето.
The western boundary extended through Aznoth-Tabor as far as Hukkok [city]. It extended to the borders of [the tribe of] Zebulun at the south, to [the border of the tribe of] Asher on the west, and the Jordan [River] at the east.
35 А укрепените градове бяха: Сидим, Сер, Амат, Ракат Хинерот,
[Within their land were] several cities with strong walls around them. They were Ziddim, Zer, Hammath, Rakkath, Kinnereth,
36 Адама, Рама, Асор,
Adamah, Ramah, Hazor,
37 Кедес, Едран, Енасор,
Kedesh, Edrei, En-Hazor,
38 Ирон, Мигдалил, Орам, Ветанат и Ветсемес; деветнадесет града със селата им,
Iron, Migdal-El, Horem, Beth-Anath, and Beth-Shemesh. Altogether there were 19 cities and the surrounding villages.
39 Това е наследството за племето на нефталимците по семействата им - градовете със селата им.
Those cities and surrounding villages were in the land that was allotted to the clans of the tribe of Naphtali.
40 Седмото жребие излезе за племето на данците по семействата им.
The seventh/last tribe that was allotted land was the tribe of Dan. Each of the clans in that tribe was allotted some of the land.
41 Пределът, който те наследяваха, беше Саара, Естаол, Ерсемес,
Their land included the towns of Zorah, Eshtaol, Ir-Shemesh,
42 Салавим, Еалон, Етла,
Shaalabbin, Aijalon, Ithlah,
43 Елон, Тамната, Акарон,
Elon, Timnah, Ekron,
44 Елтеко, Гиветон, Ваалат,
Eltekeh, Gibbethon, Baalath,
45 Юд, Вани-варак, Гетримон,
Jehud, Bene-Berak, Gath-Rimmon,
46 Меиаркон и Ракон, с околността, която е срещу Иопа,
Me-Jarkon, Rakkon, and the area near Joppa.
47 А пределът на данците не им стигаше; за това данците отидоха и воюваха против Лесем, и като го превзеха и го поразиха с острото на ножа, взеха го за притежание и заселиха се в него; и Лесем наименуваха Дан, по името на праотца си Дан.
But the people of the tribe of Dan were unable to take control of the land that had been allotted to them. So they went [northeast] and fought against the people in Leshem [city]. They defeated and killed all the people who lived there. Then they began to live in Leshem, and changed the name of the city to Dan, the man from whom their tribe descended.
48 Това е наследството за племето на данците по семействата им, - тия градове със селата им.
All of those towns and surrounding villages were in the land that was allotted to the clans in the tribe of Dan.
49 А като свършиха подялбата на земята, според пределите й, израилтяните дадоха на Исуса Навиевия син наследството всред себе си;
After the Israeli leaders divided the land among the tribes, they allotted some land to Joshua.
50 според Господната заповед, дадоха му града, който поиска, сиреч, Тамнат-сарах в хълмистата част на Ефрема; и той съгради града и живееше в него.
They allotted to him Timnath-Serah. Yahweh had said that he could have whatever city he wanted, and that was the city that he chose. It was in the hilly region which was allotted to the tribe of Ephraim. Joshua rebuilt the city and lived there.
51 Тия са наследствата, който свещеникът Елеазар и Исус Навиевия син и началниците на бащините домове на племената на израилтяните разделиха с жребие в Сило пред Господа, при входа на шатъра за срещане. Така свършиха подялбата на земята.
Those were the areas that were allotted to the various tribes of Israel. Eleazar the Supreme Priest and Joshua and the leaders of each tribe divided up the land while they were all at Shiloh, by (casting lots/throwing marked stones) [to decide which area each tribe would receive]. They did that while Yahweh was watching, at the entrance of the Sacred Tent. In that way they completed dividing up the land.
