Исая 63
1 Кой е този, що иде от Едом, С очервени дрехи от Восора, Този славен в облеклото си, Който ходи във величието на силата си? Аз съм, Който говори с правда, Мощен да спасявам.
Who is this that is come from Edom, [with] red garments from Bosor? thus fair in his apparel, with mighty strength? I speak of righteousness and saving judgment.
2 Защо е червено облеклото Ти. И дрехите Ти подобни на ония на човек, който тъпче в лин?
Wherefore are thy garments red, and thy raiment as [if fresh] from a trodden winepress?
3 Аз сам изтъпках лина, И от племената не бе с Мене ни един човек; Да! стъпках ги в гнева Си, И смазах ги в яростта Си, Тъй че кръвта ми попръска дрехите Ми, И изцапах цялото Си облекло.
I am full of trodden [grape], and of the nations there is not a man with me; and I trampled them in my fury, and dashed them to pieces as earth, and brought down their blood to the earth.
4 Защото денят за въздаянието бе в сърцето Ми, И годината Ми за изкупване настана.
For the day of recompence has come upon them, and the year of redemption is at hand.
5 Аз разгледах, но нямаше кой да подкрепя; И зачудих се, че нямаше кой да подкрепя; Затова, Моята мишца Ми изработи спасение, И Моята ярост, тя Ме подкрепи.
And I looked, and there was no helper; and I observed, and none upheld: therefore my arm delivered them, and mine anger drew nigh.
6 Аз стъпках племената в гнева Си, Опитах ги с яростта Си, И излях кръвта им на земята.
And I trampled them in mine anger, and brought down their blood to the earth.
7 Ще спомена милосърдията Господни, Причините за хвалене Господа За всичко, що ни е подарил Господ, И за голямата благост към Израилевия дом, Която им показа според щедростта Си, И според премногото Си милости.
I remembered the mercy of the Lord, the praises of the Lord in all things wherein he recompenses us. The Lord is a good judge to the house of Israel; he deals with us according to his mercy, and according to the abundance of his righteousness.
8 Защото рече: Наистина те са Мои люде, Чада, които не ще постъпят невярно; Така им стана Спасител.
And he said, Is it not my people? the children surely will not be rebellious: and he became to them deliverance
9 Във всичките им скърби Той скърбеше, И ангелът на присъствието Му ги избави; Поради любовта Си и поради милосърдието Си Той сам ги изкупи, Дигна ги и носи ги през всичките древни дни.
out of all their affliction: not an ambassador, nor a messenger, but himself saved them, because he loved them and spared them: he himself redeemed them, and took them up, and lifted them up all the days of old.
10 Но те се разбунтуваха и оскърбиха Светия Негов Дух; Затова Той се обърна та им стана неприятел, И сам воюва против тях.
But they disobeyed, and provoked his Holy Spirit: so he turned to be an enemy, he himself contended against them.
11 Тогава людете Му си спомниха за старите Моисееви времена, и казваха: Где е Оня, Който ги възведе от морето Чрез пастирите на стадото Си? - Где е оня, който положи Светия Си Дух всред тях?
Then he remembered the ancient days, [saying], Where is he that brought up from the sea the shepherd of the sheep? where is he that put his Holy Spirit in them?
12 Който направи славната Си мишца Да върви до Моисеевата десница? Който раздели водата пред тях, За да си придобие вечно име?
who led Moses with his right hand, the arm of his glory? he forced the water [to separate] from before him, to make himself an everlasting name.
13 Който ги води през бездната, Както кон през пасбище, без да се препънат?
He led them through the deep, as a horse through the wilderness, and they fainted not,
14 Духът Господен ги успокои Като добитък, който слиза в долината; Така си водил людете Си, За да си придобиеш славно име.
and as cattle through a plain: the Spirit came down from the Lord, and guided them: thus thou leddest thy people, to make thyself a glorious name.
15 Погледни от небесата И виж от светото Си славно обиталище, Где са ревността Ти и могъществените Ти дела? Ожидането на Твоите милости и щедрости е въздържано спрямо мене.
Turn from heaven, and look from thy holy habitation and [from] thy glory: where is thy zeal and thy strength? where is the abundance of thy mercy and of thy compassions, that thou hast withholden thyself from us?
16 Защото Ти си наш Отец, Ако и да не ни знае Авраам И да не ни признае Израил; Ти, Господи, си наш Отец; Твоето име е наш вечен Изкупител.
For thou art our Father; for [though] Abraham knew us not, and Israel did not acknowledge us, yet do thou, O Lord, our Father, deliver us: thy name has been upon us from the beginning.
17 Защо си допуснал, Господи, да се отклоняваме от пътищата Ти, Да ожесточаваме сърцата си та да не Ти се боим? Върни се заради слугите Си, Племената на Твоето наследство.
Why hast thou caused us to err, O Lord, from thy way? [and] has hardened our hearts, that we should not fear thee? Return for thy servants' sake, for the sake of the tribes of thine inheritance,
18 Малко време го владяха Твоите свети люде; Противниците ни потъпкаха светилището Ти.
that we may inherit a small part of thy holy mountain.
19 Ние сме станали като ония, над които Ти никога не си владял, Като ония, които не са били наричани с името Ти.
We are become as at the beginning, when thou didst not rule over us, and thy name was not called upon us.
