Второзаконие 22
1 Когато водиш изгубено говедото или овцата на брата си, да не ги изоставиш непременно да ги върнеш на брата си.
Not you will see [the] ox of countryman your or sheep his going astray and you will hide yourself from them certainly you will return them to countryman your.
2 И ако братът ти не е близо при тебе, или ако не знаеш кой е, тогава ги прибери у дома си, и да стоят при тебе, докато ги потърси брат ти; тогава да му ги дадеш.
And if not [is] near countryman your to you and not you know him and you will gather it into [the] middle of house your and it will be with you until seeks countryman your it and you will return it to him.
3 Така да постъпваш и с осела му; така да постъпваш и с дрехата му; така да постъпваш и с всяко изгубено нещо на брата си, което е изгубил и ти го намериш; не бива да ги изоставиш.
And thus you will do for donkey his and thus you will do for clothing his and thus you will do for every thing lost of countryman your which it will be lost from him and you will find it not you will be able to hide yourself.
4 Когато видиш осела на брата си или говедото му паднало на пътя, да не ги изоставиш непременно да ги дигнеш заедно с него.
Not you will see [the] donkey of countryman your or ox his falling by the way and you will hide yourself from them certainly you will raise [it] up with him.
5 Жена да не носи мъжко облекло, нито мъж да се облича с женска дреха; понеже всички, които правят така, са мерзост на Господа твоя Бог.
Not it will be [the] garment[s] of a man on a woman and not he will wear a man [the] clothing of a woman for [is] [the] abomination of Yahweh God your every [one who] does these [things].
6 Ако се случи птиче гнездо да бъде на пътя ти, на някое дърво или на земята, и в него пилета или яйца, и майката лежи на пилетата или на яйцата, да не вземаш майката заедно с малките.
If it will be met a nest of a bird - before you by the way in any tree - or on the ground young ones or eggs and the mother [is] lying on the young ones or on the eggs not you will take the mother with the young ones.
7 Непременно да пуснеш майката, а малките бива да вземеш за себе си; за да ти бъде добре и да се продължат дните ти.
Certainly you will let go the mother and the young ones you will take for yourself so that it may go well for you and you will prolong days.
8 Когато строиш нова къща, да правиш ограда около стрехите си, за да не навлечеш на къщата си виновност за кръв, в случай, че падне някой от покрива.
If you will build a house new and you will make a parapet for roof your and not you will put blood on house your if he will fall [one who] falls from it.
9 Да не сееш лозето си с разнородни семена, за да се не изгуби цялото му произведение, - семето, което си сял и плодът на лозето.
Not you will sow vineyard your two kinds lest it should be set apart the full produce the seed which you will sow and [the] produce of the vineyard.
10 Да не ореш с вол и осел заедно.
Not you will plow with an ox and with a donkey together.
11 Да не обличаш дреха направена от вълна и лен смесени заедно.
Not you will wear mixed stuff wool and linen together.
12 Да си правиш ресни по четирите краища на дрехата, с която се покриваш.
Tassels you will make for yourself on [the] four [the] corners of covering your which you will cover with it.
13 Ако някой вземе жена и, след като влезе при нея, я намрази,
If he will take a man a wife and he will go into her and he will hate her.
14 и я наклевети в срамотни работи, и навлече на нея лошо име, като рече: Взех тая жена, и като се приближих при нея, не я намерих девица,
And he will make to her deeds of words and he will send forth on her a name bad and he will say the woman this I took and I drew near to her and not I found to her virginiti.
15 тогава бащата и майката на момата да вземат и занесат белезите от девството на момата при градските старейшини в портата;
And he will take [the] father of (the young woman *Q(k)*) and mother her and they will bring forth [the] virginiti of (the young woman *Q(k)*) to [the] elders of the city the gate towards.
16 и бащата да рече на старейшините: Дадох дъщеря си на тоя човек за жена; но той я мрази,
And he will say [the] father of (the young woman *Q(k)*) to the elders daughter my I gave to the man this to a wife and he hated her.
17 и, ето, момата наклеветил я е в срамотни работи, като е казал: Не намерих дъщеря ти девица; но ето белезите от девството на дъщеря ми. И да разгънат дрехата пред градските старейшини.
And there! he he has made deeds of words saying not I found to daughter your virginiti and these [are] [the] virginiti of daughter my and they will spread out the garment before [the] elders of the city.
18 Тогава старейшините на оня град да вземат човека да го накажат,
And they will take [the] elders of the city that the man and they will punish him.
19 като го глобят сто сребърни сикли; той да ги даде на бащата на момата, защото е навлякъл лошо име на Израилска девица. И тя да му бъде жена; не бива да я напуска през целия си живот.
And they will fine him a hundred silver and they will give [them] to [the] father of the young woman for he has sent forth a name bad on [the] virgin of Israel and of him she will become a wife not he will be able (to send away her *L(abh)*) all days his.
20 Но ако е истинно това нещо, че не се е намерило девство у момата,
And if truth it was the word this not they were found virginiti (for the young woman. *Q(k)*)
21 тогава да изведат момата и да я поставят пред вратата на бащиния и дом, и мъжете от града й да я убият с камъни, та да умре; защото е сторила безчестие в Израиля, като е блудствувала в бащиния си дом. Така да отмахнеш злото изсред себе си.
And they will bring out (the young woman *Q(k)*) to [the] entrance of [the] house of father her and they will stone her [the] men of city her with stones and she will die for she has done folly in Israel by acting as a prostitute [the] house of father her and you will remove the evil from midst your.
22 Ако се намери някой лежащ с омъжена жена, тогава и двамата да бъдат убити, мъжът, който е лежал с жената и жената. Така да отмахнеш злото от Израиля.
If he will be found a man lying - with a woman married of a husband and they will die also both of them the man who lay with the woman and the woman and you will remove the evil from Israel.
23 Ако някой намери в града някоя млада девица, сгодена за мъж, и лежи с нея,
If he will be (a young woman *Q(k)*) a virgin betrothed to a man and he will find her a man in the city and he will lie with her.
24 тогава да изведете и двамата пред портата на оня град, и да ги убиете с камъни, та да умрат, - момата, защото не е извикала, като е била в града, и мъжа, защото е обезчестил жената на ближния си. Така да отмахнеш злото изсред себе си.
And you will bring out both of them to [the] gate of - the city that and you will stone them with stones and they will die (the young woman *Q(k)*) on [the] thing that not she cried for help in the city and the man on [the] thing that he has humiliated [the] wife of neighbor his and you will remove the evil from midst your.
25 Но ако някой намери на полето сгодена мома и я изнасили, тогава само мъжът, който е лежал с нея, да бъде убит;
And if in the open country he will find the man (the young woman *Q(k)*) betrothed and he will take hold on her the man and he will lie with her and he will die the man who lay with her to only him.
26 а на момата да не направиш нищо; в момата няма грях, който заслужава смърт; защото това нещо е, както кога някой се спусне върху ближния си и го убие,
(And to the young woman *Q(k)*) not you will do anything not ([belongs] to the young woman *Q(k)*) sin of death for just as he will arise someone on neighbor his and he will kill him life so the matter this.
27 понеже, както я е намерил на полето, сгодената мома е извикала, но не е имало, кой да я отърве.
That in the open country he found her she cried for help (the young woman *Q(k)*) betrothed and not a deliverer [belonged] to her.
28 Ако някой намери млада несгодена девица и като я хване лежи с нея, и ги намерят,
If he will find a man (a young woman *Q(k)*) a virgin who not she is betrothed and he will seize her and he will lie with her and they will be found.
29 тогава оня, който е лежал с нея, да даде на бащата на момата петдесет сребърни сикли; и тя да му стане жена понеже я е обезчестил; не бива да я напуска през целия си живот.
And he will give the man who lay with her to [the] father of (the young woman *Q(k)*) fifty silver and of him she will become a wife because that he has humiliated her not he will be able (to send away her *L(abh)*) all days his.
30 Никой да не взима жената на баща си, нито да открива полата на баща си.
Not he will take a man [the] wife of father his and not he will uncover [the] skirt of father his.
