3 Царе 15
1 В осемнадесетата година от царуването на Еровоама Наватовия син, Авия се възцари над Юда;
And in the eighteenth year of King Jeroboam son of Nebat, Abijam has reigned over Judah;
2 и царува три години в Ерусалим. Името на майка му бе Мааха, Авесаломова дъщеря.
he has reigned three years in Jerusalem, and the name of his mother [is] Maachah daughter of Abishalom;
3 Той ходи във всичките грехове, които баща му бе сторил преди него; и сърцето му не бе съвършенно пред Господа неговия Бог, както сърцето на баща му Давида.
and he walks in all the sins of his father that he did before him, and his heart has not been perfect with his God YHWH, as the heart of his father David;
4 Но заради Давида Господ неговият Бог му даде светилник в Ерусалим, като издигна сина му подир него и утвърди Ерусалим;
but for David’s sake his God YHWH has given to him a lamp in Jerusalem, to raise up his son after him, and to establish Jerusalem,
5 защото Давид стори онова, което бе право пред Господа, и през всичките дни на живота си, не се отклоняваше от нищо, което му заповяда, освен в делото относно хетееца Урия.
in that David did that which [is] right in the eyes of YHWH, and did not turn aside from all that He commanded him all [the] days of his life—except in the matter of Uriah the Hittite;
6 И между Ровоама е Еровоама имаше война през всичките дни на Ровоамовия живот.
and there has been war between Rehoboam and Jeroboam all the days of his life.
7 А останалите дела на Авия, и всичко що извърши, не са ли написани в книгата на Юдовите царе? Имаше война и между Авия и Еровоама.
And the rest of the matters of Abijam and all that he did, are they not written on the scroll of the Chronicles of the Kings of Judah? And there has been war between Abijam and Jeroboam;
8 И Авия заспа с бащите си, и погребаха го в Давидовия град; и вместо него се възцари син му Аса.
and Abijam lies with his fathers, and they bury him in the City of David, and his son Asa reigns in his stead.
9 Аса се възцари над Юда в двадесетата година на Израилевия цар Еровоама,
And in the twentieth year of Jeroboam king of Israel, Asa has reigned over Judah,
10 и царува в Ерусалим четиридесет и една година. Името на майка му бе Мааха, Авесаломова дъщеря.
and he has reigned forty-one years in Jerusalem, and the name of his mother [is] Maachah daughter of Abishalom.
11 И Аса върши това, което бе право пред Господа, както баща му Давид.
And Asa does that which [is] right in the eyes of YHWH, like his father David,
12 Той отмахна мъжеложците от земята, и дигна всичките идоли, които бяха направили бащите му.
and removes the whoremongers out of the land, and turns aside all the idols that his fathers made;
13 А още свали и майка си Мааха да не бъде царица, понеже тя бе направила отвратителен идол на Ашера; и Аса съсече нейния идол та го изгори при потока Кедрон.
and also his mother Maachah—he turns her aside from being mistress, in that she made a horrible thing for an Asherah, and Asa cuts down her horrible thing, and burns [it] by the Brook of Kidron;
14 Но високите места не се премахнаха; сърцето обаче на Аса бе съвършено пред Господа през всичките му дни.
but the high places have not been removed; only, the heart of Asa has been perfect with YHWH [for] all his days,
15 И Той донесе в Господния дом посветените от баща му вещи, и посветените от самия него вещи, сребро, злато и съдове.
and he brings in the sanctified things of his father, and his own sanctified things, to the house of YHWH: silver, and gold, and vessels.
16 И между Аса и Израилевия цар Вааса имаше война през всичките им дни.
And there has been war between Asa and Baasha king of Israel [for] all their days,
17 И Израилевият цар Вааса като възлезе против Юда, съгради Рама, за да не оставя никого да излиза от Юдовия цар Аса, нито да влиза при него.
and Baasha king of Israel goes up against Judah, and builds Ramah, not to permit anyone going out and coming in to Asa king of Judah.
18 Тогава Аса все всичкото сребро и злато, останало в съкровищата на Господния дом и в съкровищата на царската къща, та ги даде в ръцете на слугата си; и цар Аса ги прати при сирийския цар Венадад, син на Тавримона, син на Есиона, който живееше в Дамаск, да рекат:
And Asa takes all the silver and the gold that are left in the treasures of the house of YHWH, and the treasures of the house of the king, and gives them into the hand of his servants, and King Asa sends them to Ben-Hadad, son of Tabrimmon, son of Hezion king of Aram, who is dwelling in Damascus, saying,
19 Нека има договор между мене и тебе, както е имало между баща ми и твоя баща; ето, пратих ти подарък сребро и злато; иди, развали договора си с Израилевия цар Вааса, за да се оттегли от мене.
“A covenant [is] between me and you, between my father and your father; behold, I have sent a reward of silver and gold to you; go, break your covenant with Baasha king of Israel, and he goes up from off me.”
20 И Венадад послуша цар Аса та прати началниците на силите си против Израилевите градове, и порази, Иион, Дан, Авел-вет-мааха и целия Хинерот с цялата Нефталимова земя.
And Ben-Hadad listens to King Asa, and sends the heads of the forces that he has against cities of Israel, and strikes Ijon, and Dan, and Abel-Beth-Maachah, and all Chinneroth, besides all the land of Naphtali;
21 А Вааса, като чу това, престана да гради Рама, и установи се в Терса.
and it comes to pass at Baasha’s hearing, that he ceases from building Ramah, and dwells in Tirzah.
22 Тогава цар Аса възгласи на целия Юда, без никакво изключение та дигнаха камъните на Рама и дърветата й, с които Вааса градеше; и с тях цар Аса съгради Гава Вениаминова и Масфа.
And King Asa has summoned all Judah—there is none exempt—and they lift up the stones of Ramah, and its wood, that Baasha has built, and King Asa builds with them Geba of Benjamin, and Mizpah.
23 А всичките останали дела на Аса, всичкото му юначество, всичко що извърши, и градовете, които съгради, не са ли написани в Книгата на летописите на Юдовите царе? А във времето на старостта си той се разболя от болест в нозете.
And the rest of all the matters of Asa, and all his might, and all that he did, and the cities that he built, are they not written on the scroll of the Chronicles of the Kings of Judah? Only, at the time of his old age he was diseased in his feet;
24 И Аса заспа с бащите си, и биде погребан с бащите си в града на баща си Давида; а вместо него се възцари син му Иосафат.
and Asa lies with his fathers, and is buried with his fathers in the city of his father David, and his son Jehoshaphat reigns in his stead.
25 А във втората година на Юдовия цар Аса, над Израиля се възцари Надав Еровоамовия син, и царува над Израиля две години.
And Nadab son of Jeroboam has reigned over Israel, in the second year of Asa king of Judah, and he reigns over Israel two years,
26 Той върши зло пред Господа, като ходи в пътя на баща си, и в греховете му, чрез които направи Израиля да греши.
and does evil in the eyes of YHWH, and goes in the way of his father, and in his sin that he made Israel to sin.
27 А Вааса, Ахиевият син, от Исахаровия дом, направи заговор против него; и Вааса го уби в Гиветон, който принадлежеше на филистимците; защото Надав и целият Израил обсаждаха Гиветон.
And Baasha son of Ahijah, of the house of Issachar, conspires against him, and Baasha strikes him in Gibbethon, which [belonged] to the Philistines—and Nadab and all Israel are laying siege against Gibbethon—
28 А Вааса го уби в третата година на Юдовия цар Аса, и се възцари вместо него.
indeed, Baasha puts him to death in the third year of Asa king of Judah, and reigns in his stead.
29 И щом се възцари, изби целия Еровоамов род; не остави на Еровоама нищо живо, което не изтреби, според словото, което Господ говори чрез слугата Си Ахия силонеца,
And it comes to pass, at his reigning, he has struck the whole house of Jeroboam, he has not left any breathing to Jeroboam until his destroying him, according to the word of YHWH, that He spoke by the hand of His servant Ahijah the Shilonite,
30 поради греховете, с които Еровоам съгреши, и чрез които направи Израиля да греши, и поради раздразнението, с което предизвика гнева на Господа Израилевия Бог.
because of the sins of Jeroboam that he sinned, and that he caused Israel to sin, by his provocation with which he provoked YHWH, God of Israel, to anger.
31 А останалите дела на Надава, и всичко що извърши, не са ли написани в Книгата на летописите на Израилевите царе?
And the rest of the matters of Nadab and all that he did, are they not written on the scroll of the Chronicles of the Kings of Israel?
32 И между Аса и Израилевия цар Вааса имаше война през всичките им дни.
And there has been war between Asa and Baasha king of Israel [for] all their days.
33 В третата година на Юдовия цар Аса се възцари в Терса Вааса Ахиевият син над целия Израил и царува двадесет и четири години.
In the third year of Asa king of Judah, Baasha son of Ahijah has reigned over all Israel in Tirzah, twenty-four years,
34 Той върши зло пред Господа, като ходи в пътя на Еровоама, и в греха му, чрез който направи Израил да греши.
and he does evil in the eyes of YHWH, and walks in the way of Jeroboam, and in his sin that he caused Israel to sin.
