1 При това, Давид и военачалниците определиха за службата някои от Асафовите, Емановите и Едутуновите синове да пророкуват с арфи, с псалтири и с кимвали; а броят на ония, които се занимаваха с тая служба беше:
And David and the captains of the host set apart for service, unto the sons of Asaph and Heman and Jeduthun, such as should prophesy, with lyres, with harps, and with cymbals, —and, the number of the workers, for their service, was:
2 от Асафовите синове: Закхур, Иосиф, Натания и Асарила, Асафови синове, който пророкуваше по наредба на царя;
Of the sons of Asaph, Zaccur and Joseph and Nethaniah and Asarelah, the sons of Asaph, —under the direction of Asaph, who prophesied under the direction of the king.
3 от Едутуна, Едутуновите синове: Годолия, Езрий, Исаия, Семей, Асавия и Мататия, шестима, под наставлението на баща си Едутуна, който пророкуваше с арфа и славословеше Господа;
Of Jeduthun, the sons of Jeduthun, —Gedaliah, and Zeri, and Jeshaiah, Hashabiah, and Mattithiah—six, under the direction of their father Jeduthun, with the lyre, as he prophesied, in giving thanks and offering praise unto Yahweh.
4 от Емана, Емановите синове: Вукия, Матания, Озиил, Суваил, Еримот, Анания, Ананий, Елиата, Гидалтий, Ромамтиезер, Иосвекаса, Малотий, Отир и Маазиот;
Of Heman, the sons of Heman—Bukkiah, Mattaniah, Uzziel, Shebuel, and Jeremoth, Hananiah, Hanani, Eliathah, Giddalti, and Romamti-ezer, Joshbekashah, Mallothi, Hothir, Mahazioth.
5 всички тия бяха синове на царския гледач в Божиите слова Еман, определен да свири високо с рог. И Бог даде на Емана четиринадесет сина и три дъщери.
All these, were sons of Heman, the seer of the king in the things of God, at the lifting of the horn. And God gave to Heman, fourteen sons and three daughters,
6 Всички тия, под наставлението на баща си, бяха певци в Господния дом с кимвали, псалтири и арфи за службата на Божия дом; а Асаф, Едутун и Еман бяха под нареждането на царя.
All these, were under the direction of their father, in the singing of the house of Yahweh, with cymbals, harps and lyres, for the service of the house of God, —Asaph and Jeduthun and Heman, under the direction of the king.
7 И броят им, заедно с братята им, обучени в Господните пеения, всичките изкусни, беше двеста и осемдесет и осем души.
And, the number of them—with their brethren, who were instructed in singing unto Yahweh, —even all the skilful, was two hundred and eighty-eight.
8 А те хвърлиха жребия за реда на служението си, малък и гялам, учител и ученик, наравно.
So they cast lots for their charges, all alike, as the small so the great, the teacher with the learner.
9 И първият жребий излезе за Асафа, тоест за сина му Иосифа; вторият за Годолия, - той, братята му и синовете му бяха дванадесет души;
And the first lot came forth for Asaph, to Joseph, —Gedaliah, the second, he and his brethren and his sons, twelve.
10 третият за Закхура, - той, синовете му и братята му дванадесет души;
The third, Zaccur, his sons and his brethren, twelve.
11 четвъртият, за Езрий, - той, синовете му и братята му дванадесет души;
The fourth, to Izri, his sons and his brethren, twelve.
12 петият, за Натания, - той, синовете му и братята му дванадесет души;
The fifth, Nethaniah, his sons and his brethren, twelve.
13 шестият, за Вукия, - той, синовете му и братята му дванадесет души;
The sixth, Bukkiah, his sons and his brethren, twelve.
14 седмият, за Асарила, - той, синовете му и братята му дванадесет души;
The seventh, Jesharelah, his sons and his brethren, twelve.
15 осмият, за Исаия, - той, синовете му и братята му дванадесет души;
The eighth, Jeshaiah, his sons and his brethren, twelve.
16 деветият, за Матания, - той, синовете му и братята му дванадесет души;
The ninth, Mattaniah, his sons and his brethren, twelve.
17 десетият, за Семея, - той, синовете му и братята му дванадесет души;
The tenth, Shimei, his sons and his brethren, twelve.
18 единадесетият, за Азареила, - той, синовете му и братята му дванадесет души;
The eleventh, Azarel, his sons and his brethren, twelve.
19 дванадесетият, за Асавия, - той, синовете му и братята му дванадесет души;
The twelfth, to Hashabiah, his sons and his brethren, twelve.
20 тринадесетият, за Суваила, - той, синовете му и братята му дванадесет души;
As the thirteenth, Shubael, his sons and his brethren, twelve.
21 четиринадесетият, за Мататия, - той, синовете му и братята му дванадесет души;
As the fourteenth, Mattithiah, his sons and his brethren, twelve.
22 петнадесетият, за Еримота, - той, синовете му и братята му дванадесет души;
As the fifteenth, to Jeremoth, his sons and his brethren, twelve.
23 шестнадесетият, за Анания, - той, синовете му и братята му дванадесет души;
As the sixteenth, to Hananiah, his sons and his brethren, twelve.
24 седемнадасетият, за Иосвекаса, - той, синовете му и братята му дванадесет души;
As the seventeenth, to Joshbekashah, his sons and his brethren, twelve.
25 осемнадесетият, за Анания, - той, синовете му и братята му дванадесет души;
As the eighteenth, to Hanani, his sons and his brethren, twelve.
26 деветнадесетият, за Малотия, - той, синовете му и братята му дванадесет души;
As the nineteenth, to Mallothi, his sons and his brethren, twelve.
27 двадесетият, за Елиата, - той, синовете му и братята му дванадесет души;
As the twentieth, to Eliathah, his sons and his brethren, twelve.
28 двадесет и първият, за Отира, - той, синовете му и братята му дванадесет души;
As the twenty-first, to Hothir, his sons and his brethren, twelve.
29 двадесет и вторият, за Гидалтия, - той, синовете му и братята му дванадесет души;
As the twenty-second, to Giddalti, his sons and his brethren, twelve.
30 двадесет и третият, за Маазиота, - той, синовете му и братята му дванадесет души;
As the twenty-third, to Mahazioth, his sons and his brethren, twelve.
31 и двадесет и четвъртият, за Ромамтиезера, - той, синовете му и братята му дванадесет души.
As the twenty-fourth, to Romamti-ezer, his sons and his brethren, twelve.
