Ibrawiyots 5
1 Kahniwotsatsi naash ik iko ashuwotsitse galeyar Ik'onton gonkit kis'aatse ashuwots shegro wotaarr mebonat wosho t'intsosh b́ naashiyefoni.
For, every high-priest who from among men is taken, on behalf of men, is appointed, as to the things pertaining unto God, that he may be offering [both] gifts and sacrifices for sins, —
2 Bí b́tookon maawk b́detstsotse dartswotsnat sheeltswotsi maac' k'ewon s'iilo falitwe.
Able, to have a measure of feeling, for the ignorant and erring, —since, he also, is compassed with weakness;
3 Bí b́ tokooshor maaw ash b́wottsatse tuutson morrosh oorowe eto daatsitwosho t'intso bín b́ geyit ashuwts s'uzsh b́woterawo b́ tookishorniyee.
And, for this cause, is he obliged—as for the people, so also, for himself, —to be offering for sins;
4 Aronkok'o Ik'on s'eegetso b́ wotiyala bako konwor manghan b́tookon daatsratse.
And, not unto himself, doth one take the honour, but when called by God, just as, even Aaron:
5 Krstoswor mank'o b́ tookon kahniwotsatse naash k'aabo woti mango de'atse, ernmó bí kahni naashi k'aab wotimango b́ datsi, «Neehe t na'o neene, Taa hambets neen shuure» etts Ik'okne.
Thus, also the Christ, glorified not himself to become a high-priest, but he that spake unto him—My Son, art, thou, I, this day, have begotten thee;
6 K'osh beyokoknowere Ik'o, «Melkes'edik' naashtsok'o Neehe dúre dúrosh kahni neene» etfe. (aiōn g165)
As also, in a different place, he saith—Thou, art a priest, age-abidingly, according to the rank of Melchizedek: (aiōn g165)
7 Ash wotat datsnatse b́ beyor, Iyesus k'irotse bín kashiyosh falit Ik'o maants een k'aaronat ay aac'uwo kuut'fetst Ik'o b́ k'oni, Ik'o b́shattsosh b́ k'ontso Ik'o b́ k'ebiye.
Who, in the days of his flesh, having offered up, both supplications and entreaties unto him that was able to save him out of death, with mighty outcries and tears, and been hearkened to by reason of his devoutness,
8 Ik'o naayi wotk'ay b́wotiyalor b́ bek'ts gond bek'atse aleyo danb́dek'i.
Even though he was a son, yet learned, from what things he suffered, obedience;
And, being made perfect, became, to all them that obey him, Author of salvation age-abiding; (aiōnios g166)
10 Manwere Ik'o Melkes'edik' kahani naashok'o naashi k'aab woshdek't bín b́ naashiy.
Being addressed by God as high-priest—according to the rank of Melchizedek.
11 Keewan jangosh tkeewit keewo ay fa'ee, ernmó t'iwintsdek'osh falitk woto it k'aztsosh itsh daniyosh mange.
Concerning whom, great, is our discourse, and of difficult interpretation, to express, seeing that, slothful, have ye become in the hearing;
12 Andish b́ borfetsosh it danifwotsi woto faliyank'te b́ teshi, ernmó Ik'i aap'o shints dano itsh aani danitwo k'osh asho geyife, mansh mank'oon eshe itsh geyitwo ez goora bako kup' mishaliye,
For, even when ye ought to be teachers, by reason of the time, again, have ye, need, that one be teaching, you, what are the first principles of the oracles of God, and have become such as have, need, of milk, not, of strong food;
13 Ez goor mec'ron beyiru jamo na'i marmat' b́ wottsotse sheeng keewonat gond keewon galdek'i dano dande'afa'e.
For, every one partaking of milk, is unskilled in discourse of righteousness, for he is, a babe;
14 Kup' misho boosh b́geyitswotsmó sheegonat gondon galdek'i doy detsts ash een eenwotsiye.
But, to such as are mature, pertaineth, the strong food, to them who, by reason of habit, have their organs of perception well trained for discriminating both good and evil.
