1 Eshe, bí noosh b́ imetu kashdek'i beyokok kindosh noosh jangiyetso andoor b́besherafa'otse ititse konúwor kashdek'i beyok manok kindo b́ datsrawo b́ oorerawok'o nounetswor no'atso korde'one.
We may fear, then, lest a promise being left of entering into His rest, any one of you may seem to have come short,
2 Sheeng doo shishi keewo bo boshishtsok'o noowere shishrone, ernmó bo boshishts aap'o amanat dek'o bok'aztsotse boosh eegor k'alratse.
for we also are having good news proclaimed, even as they, but the word heard did not profit them, not being mixed with faith in those who heard,
3 B́ fino, shin datsu bí azor tuut s'uuk b́wotiyalor, «Taa boosh ti imet kashdek'okok b́jamon kindratsno etaat fayat taarre» bí ettsok'on andoor no bín amanirwots Ik'o noosh b́ imet kash dek'i beyokmanits kinditwone.
for we do enter into the rest — we who did believe, as He said, 'So I sware in My anger, If they shall enter into My rest —;' and yet the works were done from the foundation of the world,
4 Beyok ikoke shawatl aaw jangosh, «Ik'o b́ fin jamáátse shawatl aawotse kashb́dek'i» ett guut'ere.
for He spake in a certain place concerning the seventh [day] thus: 'And God did rest in the seventh day from all His works;'
5 Mank'owere hanoke aani «Taa ti imts kashdek'okok b́ jamon kindratsnee» etfe.
and in this [place] again, 'If they shall enter into My rest —;'
6 Doo shishiyets keewman shin shin shishtswots bísh alewo bok'aztsotse boosh imet kashdek'ok manok kindratsnee, b́wotefermó manits bokinditwok'owa eteets ik ikwots fa'ane.
since then, it remaineth for certain to enter into it, and those who did first hear good news entered not in because of unbelief —
7 Manwere shin shin eteetsok'on «Hambets b́ k'ááro it shishor, it nibo k'aztso k'ayere.» et Ik'o ay dúroniye il Dawit weeron b́ keewts aap'o «Hambetsa» ett s'eegts aawo k'osh aawo Ik'o beezree.
again He doth limit a certain day, 'To-day,' (in David saying, after so long a time, ) as it hath been said, 'To-day, if His voice ye may hear, ye may not harden your hearts,'
8 Iyasu boosh kashdek'o imre wotink'e, Ik'o ando aaniy «Hambetsa» err k'osh aawi jango keewrawnk'ee b́ teshi.
for if Joshua had given them rest, He would not concerning another day have spoken after these things;
9 Eshe Ik'i ashuwotssh sanbat aawi kashdek'o oor fa'ee.
there doth remain, then, a sabbatic rest to the people of God,
10 Ik'o b́ finatse kashb́dek'tsok'o mank'o Ik'o b́ imet kashdek'ok kinditwo b́ finatse kashdek'etwee.
for he who did enter into his rest, he also rested from his works, as God from His own.
11 Mansh konwor ashmanots ale k'azi areyo shoyde b́ dihrawok'o, Ik'oki kashdek'ok kindosh kup'de'oone.
May we be diligent, then, to enter into that rest, that no one in the same example of the unbelief may fall,
12 Ik'i aap'otso beyat beek wotat aaninwere finkee, git weeron shash detsts shikoniyere bogts shashe, kashonat shayiron, shas'onat jeemplon b́ galeefetsosh k'ut'itkee, nibi gitsotse ááshts hasabinat tewnon p'ec'de'er angshitkee
for the reckoning of God is living, and working, and sharp above every two-edged sword, and piercing unto the dividing asunder both of soul and spirit, of joints also and marrow, and a discerner of thoughts and intents of the heart;
13 Ik'o shinatse ááshit azeetso eegonwor aaliye, bí ááwatse jam keewo sháánonat araats wotarr be'etke, noowere no aatet b́ shinaatsne.
and there is not a created thing not manifest before Him, but all things [are] naked and open to His eyes — with whom is our reckoning.
14 Eshe daarwotsits k'ut'beshat dambaan daromaants amkindts eeno kahni naashwotsatsi k'aabo nodetstsotse no imnetiyo kup'ide'er deshde'one, kahniwotsatsi naashi k'aabonwere Ik'i na'o Iyesusiye.
Having, then, a great chief priest passed through the heavens — Jesus the Son of God — may we hold fast the profession,
15 No nodetsts kahni naashwotsatsi k'aabo noo angi maawatse noosh maac' k'ew falitke, bí jamkeewon nokok'oye b́ fadeyi, wotowaere iku morro fineratse.
for we have not a chief priest unable to sympathise with our infirmities, but [one] tempted in all things in like manner — apart from sin;
16 Eshe mhreto daatsr tep'o noosh b́geyit aawon s'aato nodaatsitwok'o s'aato b́daatsetwok Ik' be joorok ik shatalon t'iinone.
we may come near, then, with freedom, to the throne of the grace, that we may receive kindness, and find grace — for seasonable help.
