Paul, and Silvanus, and Timotheus, unto the church of the Thessalonians which is in God the Father and in the Lord Jesus Christ: Grace be unto you, and peace, from God our Father, and the Lord Jesus Christ.

2 Noo úni aawo Ik'o nok'onoor itn gawufetsat Ik'osh údo t'intsiruwone.

We give thanks to God always for you all, making mention of you in our prayers;

Remembering without ceasing your work of faith, and labour of love, (agape) and patience of hope in our Lord Jesus Christ, in the sight of God and our Father;

4 Shuneets eshuwwotso! Ik'o iti galb́dek'tsok'owo danfone.

Knowing, brethren beloved, your election of God.

5 Doo shishiyo itsh noshishiy noon keewu mec'ron b́woterawon angonat shayiri S'ayinone, dooshishiyo ariko b́wottsok'owo danfetsatniye, itnton noteshor itsha etaat awuk'o nobeetsok'o danfte.

For our gospel came not unto you in word (logos) only, but also in power, and in the Holy Spirit, (pneuma) and in much assurance; as all of you know what manner of men we were among you for your sake.

6 Ay gond bek'o itats b́ bodaloru dab S'ayin shayironton daatseyiru gene'onton b́ aap'o dek'at noonat no doonz Iyesusi sheengon artswotsi woterte.

And all of you became followers of us, and of the Lord, having received the word (logos) in much affliction, with joy of the Holy Spirit. (pneuma)

7 Mansh Mek'odoniyonat Akayiyon beyiru amants jamwotssh sheengon ariyetswotsi wotertee.

So that all of you were ensamples to all that believe in Macedonia and Achaia.

8 It nabts doonzo aap'o b́ shishe Mek'odoniyonat Akayiy mec'ron b́ woterawo Ik'atse it detsts imnetiyo jam beyok danere b́ teshi, han jangosh noo eegoru keewo noon geyiratse.

For from you sounded out the word (logos) of the Lord not only in Macedonia and Achaia, but also in every place your faith toward God is spread abroad; so that we need not to speak any thing.

9 Itok nowoor awuk'o noon it dek'tsok'o arikon beyat beyirwo Izar Izewersh finosh woteraw ik'atsere galeyat awuk'on Ik'o maants it aantsok'o ashmanots botookon gawitune.

For they themselves show of us what manner of entering in we had unto you, and how all of you turned to God from idols to serve the living and true God;

10 Mank'o Krstosi k'irotse tiztso, weet fayotse noon fariyituwo, b́ naayi Iyesusi daaratse b́woo awuk'on it kotetuwok'o gawitune.

And to wait for his Son from heaven, whom he raised from the dead, even Jesus, which delivered us from the wrath to come.
