গীতসংহিতা 92
1 একটি গীত। বিশ্রামবারের জন্য রচিত। সদাপ্রভুর প্রশংসা করা এবং, হে পরাৎপর, তোমার নামের উদ্দেশে গান করা, উত্তম।
A PSALM. A SONG FOR THE SABBATH DAY. [It is] good to give thanks to YHWH, And to sing praises to Your Name, O Most High,
2 দশ-তারের সুরবাহার এবং বীণার সুর সহযোগে
To declare Your kindness in the morning, And Your faithfulness in the nights.
3 সকালে তোমার অবিচল প্রেম এবং রাতে তোমার বিশ্বস্ততা প্রচার করা, উত্তম।
On ten strings and on stringed instrument, On (higgaion) with harp.
4 কারণ হে সদাপ্রভু, তোমার কাজ দ্বারা তুমি আমাকে আনন্দিত করেছ। তোমার হাতের কাজ দেখে আমি আনন্দে গান করি
For You have caused me to rejoice, O YHWH, in Your work, I sing concerning the works of Your hands.
5 হে সদাপ্রভু, তোমার কাজগুলি কত মহান, কত গভীর তোমার ভাবনা!
How great Your works have been, O YHWH, Your thoughts have been very deep.
6 অচেতন লোকেরা জানে না, মূর্খরা বুঝতে পারে না,
A brutish man does not know, And a fool does not understand this—
7 যে যদিও দুষ্টরা ঘাসের মতো গজিয়ে ওঠে আর সব অনিষ্টকারী বৃদ্ধি পায়, তারা চিরকালের জন্য ধ্বংস হবে।
When the wicked flourish as an herb, And all workers of iniquity blossom—For their being destroyed forever and ever!
8 কিন্তু তুমি, হে সদাপ্রভু, চিরকালের জন্য মহিমান্বিত।
And You [are] high for all time, O YHWH.
9 হে সদাপ্রভু, নিশ্চয় আমাদের শত্রুরা নিশ্চয়ই আমাদের শত্রুরা বিনষ্ট হবে; সব অনিষ্টকারী ছিন্নভিন্ন হবে।
For behold, Your enemies, O YHWH, For behold, Your enemies perish, All workers of iniquity separate themselves.
10 তুমি আমার শিং বন্য ষাঁড়ের মতো উন্নীত করেছ; খাঁটি তেল আমার মাথায় ঢেলে দিয়েছ।
And You exalt my horn as a wild ox, I have been anointed with fresh oil.
11 আমার চোখ আমার প্রতিপক্ষদের পরাজয় দেখেছে; আমার কান আমার দুষ্ট বিপক্ষদের পতনের কথা শুনেছে।
And my eye looks on my enemies, Of those rising up against me, The evildoers, my ears hear.
12 ধার্মিক তাল গাছের মতো সমৃদ্ধ হবে, লেবাননের দেবদারু গাছের মতো তারা বৃদ্ধি পাবে;
The righteous flourish as a palm-tree, He grows as a cedar in Lebanon.
13 যাদের সদাপ্রভুর গৃহে লাগানো হয়েছে, তারা আমাদের ঈশ্বরের প্রাঙ্গণে সমৃদ্ধ হয়ে উঠবে।
Those planted in the house of YHWH, In the courts of our God, flourish.
14 বৃদ্ধ বয়সেও তারা ফল প্রদান করবে, তারা সতেজ ও সবুজ হয়ে রইবে,
Still they bring forth in old age, They are fat and flourishing,
15 এই প্রচার করবে, “সদাপ্রভু ন্যায়পরায়ণ; তিনি আমার শৈল এবং তাতে কোনও অন্যায় নেই।”
To declare that YHWH my Rock [is] upright, And there is no perverseness in Him!
