গীতসংহিতা 79
1 আসফের গীত। হে ঈশ্বর, জাতিরা তোমার অধিকারে হানা দিয়েছে; তারা তোমার পবিত্র মন্দিরকে অশুচি করেছে, তারা জেরুশালেমকে ধ্বংসস্তূপে পরিণত করেছে।
A psalm of Asaph O God they have come [the] nations - in inheritance your they have made unclean [the] temple of holiness your they have made Jerusalem into heaps of ruins.
2 তারা তোমার দাসদের মৃতদেহ আকাশের পাখিদের খাওয়ার জন্য ফেলে দিয়েছে, তোমার লোকেদের মাংস বন্যপশুদের জন্য দিয়েছে।
They have given [the] corpse[s] of servants your food to [the] bird[s] of the heavens [the] flesh faithful [people] your to [the] animal[s] of [the] earth.
3 জেরুশালেমের সর্বত্র তারা জলের মতো রক্ত ছড়িয়েছে, এবং মৃতদেহ সৎকারের জন্য কেউ নেই।
They have poured out blood their - like water round about Jerusalem and there not [was one who] buried [them].
4 আমরা আমাদের প্রতিবেশীদের মাঝে ঘৃণ্য হয়েছি, চারপাশে লোকেদের কাছে অবজ্ঞা আর উপহাসের পাত্র হয়েছি।
We have become a reproach to neighbors our mockery and derision to [those] around us.
5 হে সদাপ্রভু, আর কত কাল? তুমি কি চিরকাল ক্রুদ্ধ থাকবে? কত কাল তোমার ঈর্ষা আগুনের মতো জ্বলবে?
Until when? O Yahweh will you be angry? to perpetuity will it burn? like fire jealousy your.
6 যারা তোমার নাম স্বীকার করে না, সেসব লোকের উপর তোমার ক্রোধ ঢেলে দাও, সেইসব জাতির উপর যারা তোমার নাম ধরে ডাকে না,
Pour out anger your against the nations which not they know you and on kingdoms which on name your not they call.
7 কারণ তারা যাকোবের কুলকে গ্রাস করেছে এবং তাদের আবাসভূমি বিধ্বস্ত করেছে।
For it has consumed Jacob and habitation its they have devastated.
8 আমাদের পূর্বপুরুষদের পাপ আমাদের উপর আরোপ কোরো না; তোমার দয়া তাড়াতাড়ি এসে আমাদের সঙ্গে সাক্ষাৎ করুক, কারণ আমরা মরিয়া হয়ে আছি।
May not you remember to us iniquities former [surely] quickly may they come to meet us compassion your for we have become low exceedingly.
9 হে ঈশ্বর আমাদের পরিত্রাতা, তোমার নামের গৌরবার্থে আমাদের সাহায্য করো, তোমার নামের গুণে আমাদের উদ্ধার করো ও আমাদের পাপ ক্ষমা করো।
Help us - O God of salvation our on [the] matter of [the] glory of name your and deliver us and atone on sins our for [the] sake of name your.
10 জাতিরা উপহাস করে কেন বলবে, “তাদের ঈশ্বর কোথায়?” আমাদের চোখের সামনে, জাতিদের মাঝে, সবাইকে জ্ঞাত করো যে তুমি তোমার ভক্তদাসদের রক্তের প্রতিশোধ নিয়ে থাকো।
Why? - will they say the nations where? [is] God their let it be known (among the nations *Q(k)*) to eyes our [the] vengeance of [the] blood of servants your poured out.
11 বন্দিদের আর্তনাদ তোমার কাছে পৌঁছাক, তোমার বলবান বাহু দিয়ে তাদের বাঁচিয়ে রাখো যাদের মৃত্যুদণ্ড হয়েছে।
May it come before you [the] groaning of [the] prisoner according to [the] greatness of arm your leave over [the] sons of death.
12 হে প্রভু, আমাদের প্রতিবেশীরা, যারা উপহাসে তোমার প্রতি বিদ্রুপ করেছে তার সাতগুণ তুমি তাদের কোলে ফিরিয়ে দাও।
And repay to neighbors our sevenfold into bosom their reproach their which they reproached you O Lord.
13 তখন আমরা, তোমার ভক্তজন ও তোমার চারণভূমির মেষপাল চিরকাল তোমার প্রশংসা করব; যুগে যুগে আমরা তোমার স্তবগান করব।
And we people your - and [the] sheep of pasture your we will give thanks to you for ever to a generation and a generation we will recount praise your.
