গীতসংহিতা 67

1 সংগীত পরিচালকের জন্য। তারযুক্ত যন্ত্র সহযোগে একটি গীত। একটি সংগীত। ঈশ্বর আমাদের প্রতি করুণা করুন ও আমাদের আশীর্বাদ করুন তাঁর মুখ আমাদের উপর উজ্জ্বল করুন—

To the Overseer, with stringed instruments. — A Psalm, a Song. God doth favour us and bless us, Doth cause His face to shine with us. (Selah)

2 যেন তোমার পথসকল জগতে আর তোমার পরিত্রাণ সমস্ত জাতির মধ্যে জ্ঞাত হয়।

For the knowledge in earth of Thy way, among all nations of Thy salvation.

3 হে ঈশ্বর, লোকেরা তোমার স্তব করুক; সমস্ত লোকজন তোমার প্রশংসা করুক।

Praise Thee do peoples, O God, Praise Thee do peoples, all of them.

4 সমস্ত জাতি আনন্দ করুক আর উল্লসিত হোক, কারণ তুমি লোকেদের ন্যায়সংগতভাবে শাসন করছ এবং পৃথিবীর জাতিদের পরিচালনা করছ।

Rejoice and sing do nations, For Thou judgest peoples uprightly, And peoples on earth comfortest. (Selah)

5 হে ঈশ্বর, লোকেরা তোমার স্তব করুক, সমস্ত লোকজন তোমার প্রশংসা করুক।

Confess Thee do peoples, O God, Confess Thee do peoples — all of them.

6 তখন এই পৃথিবী ফসল উৎপন্ন করবে; এবং ঈশ্বর, আমাদের ঈশ্বর, আমাদের বিপুলভাবে আশীর্বাদ করবেন।

Earth hath given her increase, God doth bless us — our God,

7 হ্যাঁ, ঈশ্বর আমাদের আশীর্বাদ করবেন, তাতে এই পৃথিবীর সব মানুষ তাঁকে ভয় করবে।

God doth bless us, and all ends of earth fear Him!
