গীতসংহিতা 102
1 এক পীড়িত ব্যক্তির প্রার্থনা যে দুর্বল হয়েছিল আর সদাপ্রভুর কাছে তার বিলাপের কথা মন খুলে বলেছিল। হে সদাপ্রভু, আমার প্রার্থনা শোনো; আমার সাহায্যের প্রার্থনা তোমার কাছে উপস্থিত হোক।
Hear my prayer, O Jehovah, and let my cry come to thee.
2 যখন আমি সংকটে আছি তোমার মুখ আমার কাছ থেকে লুকিয়ে রেখো না। আমার দিকে কর্ণপাত করো; যখন আমি তোমাকে ডাকি, তাড়াতাড়ি আমাকে উত্তর দিয়ো।
Hide not thy face from me in the day of my distress. Incline thine ear to me. In the day when I call answer me speedily.
3 আমার দিনগুলি ধোঁয়ার মতো মিলিয়ে যায়; আমার হাড়গোড় কয়লার মতো জ্বলছে।
For my days consume away like smoke, and my bones are burned as a firebrand.
4 আমার হৃদয় ক্ষয় হয়েছে আর ঘাসের মতো শুকিয়ে গিয়েছে; আমি খাবার খেতে ভুলে যাই।
My heart is smitten like grass, and withered, for I forget to eat my bread.
5 আমার দুর্দশায় আমি আর্তনাদ করি আর আমি চামড়া ও হাড়ে পরিণত হয়েছি।
Because of the voice of my groaning my bones cling to my flesh.
6 আমি মরুভূমির প্যাঁচার মতো, ধ্বংসের মাঝে প্যাঁচার মতো হয়েছি।
I am like a pelican of the wilderness. I have become as an owl of the waste places.
7 আমি সজাগ থাকি; ছাদের উপরে একা এক পাখির মতো হয়েছি।
I watch, and have become like a sparrow that is alone upon the house-top.
8 দিনের পর দিন আমার শত্রুরা আমাকে বিদ্রুপ করে; যারা আমার প্রতি ক্রুদ্ধ তারা আমার নামে অভিশাপ দেয়।
My enemies reproach me all the day. Those who are mad against me do curse by me.
9 কেননা আমি খাবারের পরিবর্তে ছাই খেয়েছি আর আমার পানীয়র সঙ্গে চোখের জল মিশিয়েছি
For I have eaten ashes like bread, and mingled my drink with weeping,
10 তোমার মহা ক্রোধের কারণে, কেননা তুমি আমাকে তুলে ছুঁড়ে ফেলেছ।
because of thine indignation and thy wrath. For thou have taken me up, and cast me away.
11 আমার দিন সন্ধ্যার ছায়ার মতো হয়েছে; আমি ঘাসের মতো শুকিয়ে যাই।
My days are like a shadow that declines, and I am withered like grass.
12 কিন্তু তুমি, হে সদাপ্রভু, চিরকাল সিংহাসনে অধিষ্ঠিত; তোমার সুখ্যাতি বংশপরম্পরায় স্থায়ী।
But thou, O Jehovah, will abide forever, and thy memorial to all generations.
13 তুমি জাগ্রত হবে আর জেরুশালেমের প্রতি করুণা করবে, কারণ এখন তার প্রতি অনুগ্রহ দেখানোর সময়; নির্ধারিত সময় উপস্থিত হয়েছে।
Thou will arise, and have mercy upon Zion, for it is time to have pity upon her, yea, the set time has come.
14 কারণ তোমার সেবকেরা তার প্রাচীরের প্রত্যেকটি পাথর ভালোবাসে; এমনকি তার ধুলোর প্রতি যত্ন করে।
For thy servants take pleasure in her stones, and have pity upon her dust.
15 সমস্ত জাতি সদাপ্রভুর নামে সম্ভ্রম করবে, জগতের রাজারা সবাই তোমার মহিমায় গভীর শ্রদ্ধা করবে।
So the nations shall fear the name of Jehovah, and all the kings of the earth thy glory.
16 কারণ সদাপ্রভু আবার জেরুশালেম নির্মাণ করবেন এবং তাঁর মহিমায় আবির্ভূত হবেন।
For Jehovah has built up Zion. He has appeared in his glory.
17 যে নিঃস্ব তার প্রার্থনায় সদাপ্রভু উত্তর দেবেন; তাদের নিবেদন তিনি অবজ্ঞা করবেন না।
He has regarded the prayer of the destitute, and has not despised their prayer.
18 ভবিষ্যৎ প্রজন্মের জন্য এসব লেখা হোক, যারা সৃষ্ট হবে তারা সদাপ্রভুর প্রশংসা করবে:
This shall be written for the generation to come. And a people which shall be created shall praise Jehovah.
19 “সদাপ্রভু উচ্চ পবিত্রস্থান থেকে নিচে দেখলেন, স্বর্গ থেকে তিনি জগতের প্রতি দৃষ্টিপাত করলেন,
For he has looked down from the height of his sanctuary. From heaven Jehovah beheld the earth,
20 বন্দিদের আর্তনাদ শোনার জন্য, আর যারা মৃত্যুদণ্ডে দণ্ডিত তাদের মুক্ত করার জন্য।”
to hear the sighing of the prisoner, to loose those who are appointed to death,
21 তাই সদাপ্রভুর নাম সিয়োনে এবং তাঁর প্রশংসা জেরুশালেমে প্রচার করা হবে,
that men may declare the name of Jehovah in Zion, and his praise in Jerusalem,
22 যখন সব লোকজন আর সব দেশ সদাপ্রভুর আরাধনা করতে একত্রিত হয়।
when the peoples are gathered together, and the kingdoms, to serve Jehovah.
23 জীবনে চলার পথে তিনি আমার শক্তি ক্ষয় করেছেন; তিনি আমার আয়ু কমিয়েছেন।
He weakened my strength in the way. He shortened my days.
24 তাই আমি বলেছি: “হে ঈশ্বর, আমার যৌবনকালে আমাকে তুলে নিয়ো না; তোমার বছরগুলি বংশপরম্পরায় স্থায়ী।
I said, O my God, take me not away in the midst of my days. Thy years are throughout all generations.
25 আদিকালে তুমি এই পৃথিবীর ভিত্তিমূল স্থাপন করেছ, আর আকাশমণ্ডলও তোমারই হাতের রচনা
Of old thou laid the foundation of the earth, and the heavens are the work of thy hands.
26 সেসব বিনষ্ট হবে, কিন্তু তুমি স্থায়ী হবে; ছেঁড়া কাপড়ের মতো সেসব শেষ হয়ে যাবে। পোশাকের মতো তুমি তাদের পরিবর্তন করবে আর তাদের পরিত্যাগ করা হবে।
They shall perish, but thou shall endure. Yea, all of them shall grow old like a garment. As a vesture thou shall change them, and they shall be changed,
27 কিন্তু তোমার পরিবর্তন নেই, আর তোমার বছরগুলি কখনও শেষ হবে না।
but thou are the same, and thy years shall have no end.
28 তোমার দাসদের সন্তানসন্ততিরা তোমার সান্নিধ্যে বসবাস করবে; তাদের বংশধরেরা তোমার সামনে প্রতিষ্ঠিত হবে।”
The sons of thy servants shall continue, and their seed shall be established before thee.
