মীখা ভাববাদীর পুস্তক 2
1 ধিক্ তাদের যারা অন্যায় পরিকল্পনা করে, যারা নিজেদের বিছানায় মন্দের চক্রান্ত করে! প্রত্যুষেই তারা সেইসব কাজ করে কারণ এই সকল করার জন্য ক্ষমতা তাদের কাছে আছে।
Woe to them that devise iniquity, and work evil on their beds! when the morning is light, they practice it, because it is in the power of their hand.
2 তারা ক্ষেত্রের প্রতি লোভ করে তা কেড়ে নেয়, তারা বাড়ির প্রতি লোভ করে তা অধিকার করে। তারা মানুষকে প্রতারণা করে তাদের ঘরবাড়ি নেয়, তাদের উত্তরাধিকার চুরি করে।
And they covet fields, and take them by violence; and houses, and take them away: so they oppress a man and his house, even a man and his heritage.
3 সুতরাং, সদাপ্রভু বলেন, “আমি এইসব লোকের বিরুদ্ধে বিপর্যয় পরিকল্পনা করছি, যা থেকে তোমরা নিজেকে বাঁচাতে পারবে না। তোমরা আর অহংকারের সঙ্গে চলাফেরা করবে না, কারণ সেই সময়টা হবে চরম দুর্দশার।
Therefore thus says the LORD; Behold, against this family do I devise an evil, from which you shall not remove your necks; neither shall you go haughtily: for this time is evil.
4 সেই সময়ে লোকেরা তোমাদের উপহাস করবে; তারা তোমাদের ব্যঙ্গ করে এই দুঃখের গান গাইবে; ‘আমরা সম্পূর্ণভাবে ধ্বংসপ্রাপ্ত; আমাদের লোকেদের অধিকার ভাগ করা হয়েছে। তিনি তা আমার কাছ থেকে নিয়েছেন! তিনি আমাদের জমির বিশ্বাসঘাতকদের দিয়ে দিয়েছেন।’”
In that day shall one take up a parable against you, and lament with a doleful lamentation, and say, We be utterly spoiled: he has changed the portion of my people: how has he removed it from me! turning away he has divided our fields.
5 সেইজন্য গুটিকাপাত করে ভাগ করার জন্য তোমরা কেউ সদাপ্রভুর লোকেদের সঙ্গে থাকবে না।
Therefore you shall have none that shall cast a cord by lot in the congregation of the LORD.
6 তাদের ভাববাদীরা বলে “ভাববাণী বোলো না। এইসব বিষয়ে ভাববাণী বোলো না; আমদের উপরে অসম্মান আসবে না।”
Prophesy you not, say they to them that prophesy: they shall not prophesy to them, that they shall not take shame.
7 হে যাকোবের বংশ, এই কথা কি বলা হবে, “সদাপ্রভু কি অসহিষ্ণু হয়েছেন? তিনি কি এমন কাজ করেন?” “আমার বাক্য কি তাদের মঙ্গল করে না যারা ন্যায়পথে চলে?
O you that are named the house of Jacob, is the spirit of the LORD straitened? are these his doings? do not my words do good to him that walks uprightly?
8 সম্প্রতি আমার লোকেরা জেগে উঠেছে যেন তারা শত্রু। যুদ্ধ থেকে ফিরে আসা লোকদের মতো যারা নিশ্চিন্তে পথ চলছে তাদের গা থেকে কাপড় খুলে নিচ্ছ।
Even of late my people is risen up as an enemy: you pull off the robe with the garment from them that pass by securely as men averse from war.
9 আমার লোকদের স্ত্রীদের তোমরা তাড়িয়ে দিচ্ছ তাদের সুখের ঘর থেকে। তাদের সন্তানদের কাছ থেকে আমার আশীর্বাদ চিরদিনের জন্য কেড়ে নিয়ে নিচ্ছ।
The women of my people have you cast out from their pleasant houses; from their children have you taken away my glory for ever.
10 ওঠো, চলে যাও! কারণ এটি তোমার বিশ্রামের জায়গা নয়, কারণ তুমি তা অশুচি করেছ, সেইজন্য তা ভীষণভাবে ধ্বংস হবে।
Arise you, and depart; for this is not your rest: because it is polluted, it shall destroy you, even with a sore destruction.
11 যদি কোনও মিথ্যাবাদী ও প্রতারক আসে এবং বলে, ‘আমি বলছি যে, তোমাদের প্রচুর সুরা এবং দ্রাক্ষারস হবে,’ তবে সেই হবে এই জাতির জন্য উপযুক্ত ভাববাদী!
If a man walking in the spirit and falsehood do lie, saying, I will prophesy to you of wine and of strong drink; he shall even be the prophet of this people.
12 “হে যাকোব, আমি নিশ্চয় তোমাদের সবাইকে জড়ো করব; আমি নিশ্চয় ইস্রায়েলের অবশিষ্ট লোকদের একত্র করব। আমি তাদের খোঁয়াড়ের মেষদের মতো একত্র করব, যেমন চারণভূমিতে মেষপাল চরে, সেই স্থান লোকে ভরে যাবে।
I will surely assemble, O Jacob, all of you; I will surely gather the remnant of Israel; I will put them together as the sheep of Bozrah, as the flock in the middle of their fold: they shall make great noise by reason of the multitude of men.
13 বন্দিদশা থেকে ফিরে আসবার জন্য যিনি পথ খুলে দেবেন তিনি তাদের আগে আগে যাবেন; তারা দ্বার ভেঙে বের হয়ে আসবে। সদাপ্রভু তাদের রাজা তাদের মধ্য দিয়ে আগে আগে যাবেন।”
The breaker is come up before them: they have broken up, and have passed through the gate, and are gone out by it: and their king shall pass before them, and the LORD on the head of them.
