মার্ক 11
1 তাঁরা জেরুশালেমের কাছাকাছি এসে যখন জলপাই পর্বতের ধারে বেথফাগ ও বেথানি গ্রামে উপস্থিত হলেন, তখন যীশু তাঁর দুজন শিষ্যকে এই বলে পাঠালেন,
And when they came nye to Hierusalem vnto Bethphage and Bethanie besydes mout olivete he sent forth two of his hisciples
2 “তোমরা সামনের ওই গ্রামে যাও। সেখানে প্রবেশ করা মাত্র দেখতে পাবে যে একটি গর্দভশাবক বাঁধা আছে, যার উপরে কেউ কখনও বসেনি। সেটির বাঁধন খুলে এখানে নিয়ে এসো।
and sayde vnto the: Goo youre wayes into the toune that is over agaynst you. And assone as ye be entred into it ye shall fynde a coolte bounde wheron never man sate: loose him and bringe him.
3 কেউ যদি তোমাদের জিজ্ঞাসা করে, ‘তোমরা কেন এরকম করছ?’ তাকে বোলো, ‘প্রভুর প্রয়োজন আছে, শীঘ্রই তিনি এটি ফেরত পাঠিয়ে দেবেন।’”
And if eny man saye vnto you: why do ye soo? Saye that the Lorde hath neade of him: and streight waye he will sende him hidder.
4 তাঁরা গিয়ে দেখলেন, একটি দরজার কাছে, বাইরের রাস্তায় একটি গর্দভশাবক বাঁধা আছে। তাঁরা সেটি খোলা মাত্র,
And they wet their waye and foud a coolte tyed by the dore with out in a place where two wayes met and they losed him.
5 সেখানে দাঁড়িয়ে থাকা কয়েকজন লোক জিজ্ঞাসা করল, “তোমরা কী করছ? শাবকটির বাঁধন খুলছ কেন?”
And divers of the that stode there sayde vnto the: what do ye loosinge ye coolte?
6 এতে যীশু যেমন বলেছিলেন, তাঁরা সেভাবেই উত্তর দিলেন। আর সেই লোকেরা সেটিকে নিয়ে যেতে দিল।
And they sayd vnto them eve as Iesus had comaunded the. And they let them goo.
7 তাঁরা গর্দভশাবকটি যীশুর কাছে নিয়ে এসে তার উপর তাদের পোশাক বিছিয়ে দিলেন। তিনি তার উপরে বসলেন।
And they brought ye coolte to Iesus and caste their garmetes on him: and he sate vpo him.
8 বহু মানুষ পথের উপরে তাদের পোশাক বিছিয়ে দিল, অন্যেরা মাঠ থেকে গাছের ডালপালা কেটে এনে রাস্তার উপরে ছড়িয়ে দিল।
And many sprede there garmetes in the waye. Other cut doune brauches of the trees and strawed them in ye waye.
9 যারা সামনে যাচ্ছিল ও যারা পিছনে ছিল, তারা চিৎকার করে বলতে লাগল, “হোশান্না!” “ধন্য তিনি, যিনি প্রভুর নামে আসছেন!”
And they yt went before and they that folowed cryed sayinge: Hos anna: blessed be he that cometh in ye name of ye Lorde.
10 “ধন্য আমাদের পিতা দাউদের সন্নিকট রাজ্য!” “ঊর্ধ্বলোকে হোশান্না!”
Blessed be ye kingdome that cometh in ye name of him yt is Lorde of oure father David. Hos anna in ye hyest.
11 যীশু জেরুশালেমে প্রবেশ করে মন্দিরে গেলেন। তিনি চারপাশের সবকিছু লক্ষ্য করতে লাগলেন। কিন্তু ইতিমধ্যে অনেক দেরি হওয়াতে, তিনি সেই বারোজনের সঙ্গে বেথানিতে চলে গেলেন।
And ye Lorde entred in to Ierusalem and into the teple. And when he had loked roudabout vpon all thinges and now ye eve tyde was come he went out vnto Bethany with ye twelve.
12 পরদিন, তাঁরা বেথানি পরিত্যাগ করে যাওয়ার সময়, যীশু ক্ষুধার্ত হলেন।
And on the morowe when they were come out fro Bethany he hungred
13 দূরে একটি পাতায় ভরা ডুমুর গাছ দেখে, তাতে কোনো ফল আছে কি না, তিনি তা খুঁজতে গেলেন। তিনি গাছটির কাছে গিয়ে পাতা ছাড়া আর কিছুই দেখতে পেলেন না, কারণ তখন ডুমুরের মরশুম ছিল না।
and spyed a fygge tree a farre of havinge leves and wet to se whether he myght finde eny thinge ther on. But when he came therto he foude no thinge but leves: for the tyme of fygges was not yet.
14 তখন তিনি সেই গাছটিকে বললেন, “তোমার ফল কেউ যেন আর কখনও না খায়।” শিষ্যেরা তাঁকে একথা বলতে শুনলেন। (aiōn g165)
And Iesus answered and sayde to it: never man eate frute of the here after whill ye worlde stondith. And his disciples hearde it. (aiōn g165)
15 জেরুশালেমে পৌঁছে যীশু মন্দির চত্বরে প্রবেশ করলেন এবং যারা সেখানে কেনাবেচা করছিল, তাদের তাড়িয়ে দিতে লাগলেন। তিনি মুদ্রা-বিনিময়কারীদের টেবিল ও পায়রা-বিক্রেতাদের বেঞ্চি উল্টে দিলেন।
And they came to Ierusalem. And Iesus wet into the teple and begane to cast out ye sellers and byers in the teple and overthrewe the tables of the money chaungers and the stoles of them that solde doves:
16 মন্দির-প্রাঙ্গণ দিয়ে তিনি কাউকে বিক্রি করার কোনো কিছু নিয়ে যাওয়ার অনুমতি দিলেন না।
and wolde not suffre that eny man caried a vessell thorow the temple.
17 তিনি তাদের বললেন, “একথা কি লেখা নেই, ‘আমার গৃহ সর্বজাতির প্রার্থনা-গৃহরূপে আখ্যাত হবে’? কিন্তু তোমরা একে ‘দস্যুদের গহ্বরে পরিণত করেছ।’”
And he taught sayinge vnto them is it not written: my housse shalbe called the housse of prayer vnto all nacions? But ye have made it a deen of theves.
18 প্রধান যাজকেরা ও শাস্ত্রবিদরা একথা শুনতে পেয়ে, তাঁকে হত্যা করার পথ খুঁজতে লাগল। কিন্তু তারা তাঁকে ভয় করত, কারণ লোকসকল তার উপদেশে চমৎকৃত হয়েছিল।
And the Scribes and hye prestes hearde yt and sought howe to distroye him. For they feared him because all the people marveled at his doctrine.
19 সন্ধ্যা ঘনিয়ে এলে, যীশু ও তাঁর শিষ্যরা নগরের বাইরে চলে গেলেন।
And when eve was come he went out of the cite.
20 সকালবেলা, পথে যাওয়ার সময় তাঁরা দেখলেন, সেই ডুমুর গাছটি সমূলে শুকিয়ে গেছে।
And in the mornynge as they passed by they sawe the fygge tree dryed vp by ye rotes.
21 সব কথা তখন পিতরের মনে পড়ল, আর তিনি যীশুকে বললেন, “রব্বি দেখুন, যে ডুমুর গাছটিকে আপনি অভিশাপ দিয়েছিলেন, সেটি শুকিয়ে গেছে।”
And Peter remembred and sayde vnto him: master beholde the fygge tree which thou cursedest is widdred awaye.
22 যীশু উত্তর দিলেন, “ঈশ্বরে বিশ্বাস রাখো।
And Iesus answered and sayde vnto them: Have confides in God.
23 আমি তোমাদের সত্যিই বলছি, কেউ যদি এই পর্বতটিকে বলে, ‘যাও, উপড়ে গিয়ে সমুদ্রে পড়ো,’ কিন্তু তার মনে কোনো সন্দেহ পোষণ না করে বিশ্বাস করে যে, সে যা বলেছে, তাই ঘটবে, তার জন্য সেরকমই করা হবে।
Verely I saye vnto you that whosoever shall saye vnto this mountayne: take awaye thy silfe and cast thy silfe in to the see and shall not waver in his herte but shall beleve yt those thinges which he sayeth shall come to passe what soever he sayeth shalbe done to him.
24 সেই কারণে আমি তোমাদের বলছি, তোমরা প্রার্থনায় যা কিছু চাও, বিশ্বাস করো যে তোমরা তা পেয়ে গিয়েছ, তবে তোমাদের জন্য সেরকমই হবে।
Therfore I saye vnto you what soever ye desyre when ye praye beleve yt ye shall have it and it shalbe done vnto you.
25 আর তোমরা যখন প্রার্থনা করার জন্য দাঁড়াও, যদি কারও বিরুদ্ধে তোমাদের কোনও ক্ষোভ থাকে, তাকে ক্ষমা করো,
And when ye stod and praye forgeve yf ye have eny thinge agaynste eny man yt youre father also which is in heve maye forgeve you youre trespases.
26 যেন তোমাদের স্বর্গস্থ পিতাও তোমাদের সকল পাপ ক্ষমা করেন।”
27 তাঁরা পুনরায় জেরুশালেমে এলেন। যীশু যখন মন্দির চত্বরে হেঁটে যাচ্ছিলেন, তখন প্রধান যাজকেরা, শাস্ত্রবিদরা ও লোকদের প্রাচীনবর্গ তাঁর কাছে এল।
And they came agayne to Hierusalem. And as he walked in the teple ther came to him ye hye prestes and the Scribes and the elders
28 তারা প্রশ্ন করল, “তুমি কোন অধিকারে এসব কাজ করছ? আর এসব করার অধিকারই বা কে তোমাকে দিল?”
and sayd vnto him: by what auctorite doest thou these thinges? and who gave the this auctorite to do these thinges?
29 যীশু উত্তর দিলেন, “আমিও তোমাদের একটি প্রশ্ন করব। আমাকে উত্তর দাও, তাহলে আমিও তোমাদের বলব, আমি কোন অধিকারে এসব করছি।
Iesus answered and sayde vnto them: I will also axe of you a certayne thinge: and answere ye me and I wyll tell you by what auctorite I do these thinges.
30 আমাকে বলো, যোহনের বাপ্তিষ্ম স্বর্গ থেকে হয়েছিল, না মানুষের কাছ থেকে?”
The baptyme of Iohn was it from heven or of men? Answer me.
31 তারা নিজেদের মধ্যে এ বিষয়ে আলোচনা করে বলল, “যদি আমরা বলি, ‘স্বর্গ থেকে,’ ও জিজ্ঞাসা করবে, ‘তাহলে তোমরা তাকে বিশ্বাস করোনি কেন?’
And they thought in them selves sayinge: yf we shall saye from heven: he will saye why then dyd ye not beleve him?
32 কিন্তু যদি আমরা বলি, ‘মানুষের কাছ থেকে’” (তারা জনসাধারণকে ভয় করত, কারণ প্রত্যেকে যোহনকে প্রকৃত ভাববাদী বলেই মনে করত।)
but if we shall saye of me: then feare we ye people. For all men counted Iohn that he was a verie Prophete.
33 তাই তারা যীশুকে উত্তর দিল, “আমরা জানি না।” যীশু বললেন, “তাহলে, আমিও কোন অধিকারে এসব কাজ করছি, তা তোমাদের বলব না।”
And they answered and sayd vnto Iesu: we cannot tell. And Iesus answered and sayd vnto them: nether wyll I tell you by what auctorite I do these thynges.
