যিশাইয় ভাববাদীর বই 23
1 সোরের বিরুদ্ধে এক ভবিষ্যদ্বাণী, তর্শীশের জাহাজগুলি, তোমরা বিলাপ করো! কারণ সোর ধ্বংস হয়েছে, সেখানে আর ঘরবাড়ি নেই, বন্দরও নেই। সাইপ্রাসের দেশ থেকে তাদের কাছে এই সংবাদ এসে পৌঁছেছে।
[the] oracle of Tyre wail - O ships of Tarshish for it has been devastated from house from coming from [the] land of Cyprus it has been revealed to them.
2 ওহে দ্বীপনিবাসীরা, তোমরা এবং সীদোনের বণিকেরা, সমুদ্র পারাপারকারীরা যাদের সমৃদ্ধ করেছে, তোমরা নীরব হও।
Be silent O inhabitants of [the] coastland [the] trader of Sidon [who] passed over [the] sea they have filled you.
3 কারণ মহাজলরাশির উপরে এসেছে শীহোর নদীর শস্য; নীলনদের ফসল ছিল সোরের রাজস্ব, সে হয়েছিল জাতিসমূহের বাজারসদৃশ।
And on waters many [was] [the] seed of Shihor [the] harvest of [the] River revenue her and it became [the] traffic of nations.
4 ওহে সীদোন, তোমরা লজ্জিত হও, আর সমুদ্রের দুর্গ, তোমরাও হও, কারণ সমুদ্র কথা বলেছে: “আমি কখনও প্রসবযন্ত্রণা ভোগ করিনি, কাউকে জন্মও দিইনি; আমি পুত্রদের প্রতিপালন করিনি, কন্যাদেরও মানুষ করিনি।”
Be ashamed O Sidon for it has said [the] sea [the] stronghold of the sea saying not I have been in labor and not I have given birth and not I have brought up young men I have raised young women.
5 যখন মিশরের কাছে সংবাদ আসে, সোরের কাছ থেকে প্রাপ্ত সংবাদে তাদের মনস্তাপ হবে।

6 তোমরা তর্শীশে পার হয়ে যাও; দ্বীপনিবাসী তোমরা বিলাপ করো।

7 এই কি তোমাদের কোলাহলপূর্ণ নগরী, পুরোনো, সেই প্রাচীন পুরী, যার পাগুলি তাকে দূরবর্তী দেশগুলিতে বসতি করার জন্য নিয়ে গেছে?

8 যে অন্যদের মাথায় মুকুট পরাত, সেই সোরের বিরুদ্ধে কে এমন পরিকল্পনা করেছে? যার বণিকেরা সবাই সম্ভ্রান্ত জন, যার ব্যবসায়ীরা পৃথিবীতে বিখ্যাত ছিল?

9 সর্বশক্তিমান সদাপ্রভু এই পরিকল্পনা করেছেন, তার সমস্ত প্রতাপের গর্ব খর্ব করার জন্য এবং পৃথিবীতে বিখ্যাত লোকদের অবনমিত করার জন্য।
Yahweh of hosts he planned it to profane [the] pride of all splendor to treat with contempt all [the] honored [people] of [the] earth.
10 ওহে তর্শীশের কন্যা, নীলনদের তীরে ভূমি কর্ষণ করো, কারণ তোমার বন্দরটি আর নেই।
Pass over land your like the River O daughter of Tarshish there not [is] a restraint still.
11 সদাপ্রভু সমুদ্রের উপরে তাঁর হাত প্রসারিত করেছেন এবং তার রাজ্যগুলিকে প্রকম্পিত করেছেন। তিনি ফিনিসিয়া সম্পর্কে এক আদেশ দিয়েছেন, যে তার দুর্গগুলি ধ্বংস হবে।
Hand his he has stretched out over the sea he has made tremble kingdoms Yahweh he has commanded concerning Canaan to destroy strongholds its.
12 তিনি বলেছেন, “ওহে মানভ্রষ্ট কুমারী সীদোন-কন্যা, তুমি আর উল্লসিত হোয়ো না! “তুমি ওঠো, সাইপ্রাসে পার হয়ে যাও; এমনকি, সেখানেও তুমি কোনো বিশ্রাম পাবে না।”
And he said not you will repeat again to exult O oppressed [one] [the] virgin of [the] daughter of Sidon (Cyprus *Q(k)*) arise pass over also there not it will be rest to you.
13 ব্যাবিলনীয়দের দেশের দিকে তাকাও, এই লোকেরা আর হিসেবের মধ্যে আসে না! আসিরীয়রা এই দেশকে মরুপ্রাণীদের বাসভূমি করেছে; তারা তাদের অবরোধ-মিনার গড়ে তুলেছিল, তারা এর দুর্গগুলিকে অনাবৃত করেছে এবং ব্যাবিলনকে ধ্বংসস্তূপে পরিণত করেছে।
There! - [the] land of [the] Chaldeans this [is] the people [which] not it was Assyria it allocated it to desert-dwellers they raised up (siege-towers its *Q(k)*) they stripped bare palaces its it made it a ruin.
14 তর্শীশের জাহাজগুলি, তোমরা বিলাপ করো, কারণ তোমাদের দুর্গগুলি ধ্বংস হয়েছে!
Wail O ships of Tarshish for it has been devastated stronghold your.
15 সেই সময়ে, সোর একজন রাজার জীবনকাল, অর্থাৎ সত্তর বছরের জন্য বিস্মৃত হবে। কিন্তু এই সত্তর বছরের শেষে বেশ্যাদের এই গানের মতো সোরের অবস্থা হবে:
And it will be in the day that and [will be] forgotten Tyre seventy year[s] like [the] days of a king one from [the] end of seventy year[s] it will happen to Tyre like [the] song of the prostitute.
16 “ওহে ভুলে যাওয়া বেশ্যা, তোমার বীণা তুলে নগরের মধ্য দিয়ে যাও; ভালো করে বীণা বাজাও, অনেক গান গাও, যেন তোমাকে স্মরণ করা হয়।”
Take a harp go around [the] city O prostitute forgotten do well to play multiply song so that you may be remembered.
17 সত্তর বছরের শেষে সদাপ্রভু সোরের সঙ্গে বোঝাপড়া করবেন। সে পূর্বের মতোই বেশ্যাবৃত্তির পথে ফিরে যাবে এবং ভূপৃষ্ঠের সমস্ত রাজ্যের সঙ্গে তার ব্যবসা চালাবে।
And it will be from [the] end of - seventy year[s] he will visit Yahweh Tyre and it will return to hire its and it will act [the] prostitute with all [the] kingdoms of the earth on [the] surface of the earth.
18 তবুও তার লাভ ও উপার্জন সদাপ্রভুর উদ্দেশে পৃথক করে রাখা হবে; সেগুলি সঞ্চয় বা মজুত করে রাখা হবে না। তার লাভের টাকা সদাপ্রভুর সাক্ষাতে বসবাসকারী লোকদের কাছে যাবে; তাদের খাদ্যদ্রব্য ও সুন্দর পোশাকের প্রাচুর্য হবে।
And it will be profit its and hire its a holy thing to Yahweh not it will be stored up and not it will be hoarded for to [those who] dwell before Yahweh it will belong profit its for eating to satiety and for covering magnificent.
