1 সদাপ্রভুর বাক্য আমার কাছে উপস্থিত হল,
A message from the Lord came to me, saying,
2 “হে মানবসন্তান, তুমি সোরের বিষয়ে বিলাপ করো।
“Son of man, sing a funeral song for Tyre.
3 সোরকে বলো, সমুদ্রে ঢুকবার মুখে যে রয়েছে, অনেক উপকূলে জাতিগণের বণিক, ‘সার্বভৌম সদাপ্রভু এই কথা বলেন, “‘হে সোর, তুমি বলো, “আমি সৌন্দর্যে নিখুঁত।”
Tell Tyre, the city that stands at the gateway to the sea, supplying goods to many overseas nations, that this is what the Lord God says: Tyre, you say to yourself, ‘I'm so beautiful!’
4 সমুদ্রের মধ্যে তোমার রাজ্য; তোমার নির্মাণকারীরা তোমার সৌন্দর্যে সম্পূর্ণতা এনেছে।
Your borders extend far across the sea. Your builders put you together perfectly like a beautiful ship.
5 তারা সনীর থেকে দেবদারু গাছ দিয়ে তোমার সমস্ত তক্তা তৈরি করেছে; লেবাননের সিডার গাছ নিয়ে তোমার জন্য মাস্তুল তৈরি করেছে।
They built you with pine timber from Mount Hermon. They used a cedar from Lebanon to make your mast.
6 বাশন দেশের ওক কাঠ দিয়ে তোমার দাঁড়গুলি তৈরি করেছে; সাইপ্রাসের উপকূল থেকে চিরহরিৎ গাছের কাঠ এনে তারা তোমার পাটাতন বানিয়ে হাতির দাঁত দিয়ে সাজিয়েছে।
They made your oars with oaks from Bashan. They had wood from the island of Cyprus brought to make your deck and inlaid it with ivory.
7 মিশরের সুন্দর নকশা তোলা মসিনার কাপড় দিয়ে তোমার পাল তৈরি করা হয়েছিল এবং সেটি তোমার পতাকা হিসেবে ব্যবহার হত; ইলীশা থেকে আনা নীল আর বেগুনি কাপড় ছিল তোমার চাঁদোয়া।
They made your sail with the best linen from Egypt—this was your flag that everyone recognized. They used cloth dyed blue and purple from the coastlands of Elishah to make your awnings.
8 সীদোন ও অর্বদের লোকেরা তোমার দাঁড় বাইত; হে সোর, দক্ষ লোকেরা তোমার নাবিক ছিল।
Men from Sidon and Arvad did the rowing in your ship. You had your own skilled sailors from Tyre.
9 গবালের প্রাচীনেরা দক্ষ লোক হিসেবে তোমার মধ্যে মেরামতের কাজ করত। সমুদ্রের সব জাহাজ ও তাদের নাবিকেরা তোমার জিনিসপত্র দেওয়া-নেওয়া করার জন্য তোমার পাশে ভিড়ত।
Expert craftsmen from Gebal were onboard to repair any leaks. All the other ships at sea came to trade with you and their sailors bartered for your goods.
10 “‘পারস্য, লূদ ও পূট দেশের লোকেরা তোমার সৈন্যদলে যোদ্ধার কাজ করত। তারা তাদের ঢাল ও মাথা রক্ষার টুপি তোমার দেয়ালে টাঙিয়ে তোমার জাঁকজমক বাড়িয়ে তুলত।
Men from Persia, Lydia, and Put were soldiers in your army. They lived among you, hanging up their shields and helmets with you, making you famous.
11 অর্বদ ও হেলেকের লোকেরা তোমার চারপাশের প্রাচীরের উপর পাহারা দিত; গাম্মাদের লোকেরা তোমার উঁচু দুর্গ চৌকি দিত। তোমার চারপাশের দেয়ালে তারা তাদের ঢাল টাঙিয়ে রাখত; তোমার সৌন্দর্যের সম্পূর্ণতা তারাই এনেছিল।
Men of Arvad and Helech defended all your city walls, while those from Gammad protected your towers. They hung their shields all around your walls. They made you so successful.
12 “‘তোমার প্রচুর ধনসম্পদের জন্য তর্শীশ তোমার সঙ্গে ব্যবসা করত; রুপো, লোহা, দস্তা ও সীসার বদলে তারা তোমার জিনিস নিত।
Tarshish traded with you because you had so much of everything. They paid for your goods with silver, iron, tin, and lead.
13 “‘গ্রীস, তূবল ও মেশক তোমার সঙ্গে ব্যবসা করত; তারা তোমার জিনিসপত্রের বদলে দিত দাস-দাসী ও ব্রোঞ্জের পাত্র।
Greece, Tubal, and Meshech traded with you. They bought your goods, paying with slaves and objects made of bronze.
14 “‘তোমার জিনিসপত্রের বদলে বৈৎ-তোগর্মের লোকেরা দিত ঘোড়া, যুদ্ধের ঘোড়া ও খচ্চর।
People from Beth-togarmah traded horses, war horses, and mules for your goods.
15 “‘দদানের লোকেরা তোমার সঙ্গে ব্যবসা করত, এবং উপকূলের অনেকেই তোমার ক্রেতা ছিল; তারা হাতির দাঁত ও আবলুস কাঠ দিয়ে তোমার দাম মিটাত।
People from Dedan traded with you. You had marketplaces in many coastal areas where the people bartered with you using ivory tusks and ebony wood.
16 “‘তোমার তৈরি অনেক জিনিসের জন্য অরাম তোমার সঙ্গে ব্যবসা করত; তোমার জিনিসপত্রের বদলে তারা দিত ফিরোজা মণি, বেগুনি কাপড়, নকশা তোলা কাপড়, মসিনা কাপড়, প্রবাল ও পদ্মরাগমণি।
The Arameans traded with you because you had so much merchandise. They provided turquoise, purple cloth, embroidery, fine linen, coral, and red jasper in exchange for your goods.
17 “‘যিহূদা ও ইস্রায়েল তোমার সঙ্গে ব্যবসা করত; তারা তোমার জিনিসের বদলে মিন্নীতের গম, খাবার জিনিস, মধু, তেল ও সুগন্ধি মলম দিত।
Judah and the country of Israel traded with you, paying you with wheat from Minnith, pastries and honey, olive oil and balm in return for your goods.
18 “‘তোমার তৈরি অনেক জিনিস ও প্রচুর ধনসম্পদের জন্য দামাস্কাস তোমার বণিক ছিল, তারা হিলবোনের দ্রাক্ষারস এবং জাহার থেকে পশম এনে ব্যবসা করত
Because you had many different products, in fact so much of everything, Damascus traded with you using wine from Helbon, wool from Zahar.
19 এবং বদান ও যবন উষল থেকে লোকেরা এসে তোমার জিনিসপত্রের বদলে নিয়ে যেত পিটানো লোহা, নীরসে ধরনের দারুচিনি ও বচ।
Vedan and Javan from Izal bought your goods using wrought iron, cassia, and sweet calamus.
20 “‘দদান তোমার সঙ্গে ঘোড়ার পিঠের গদির কাপড়ের ব্যবসা করত।
Dedan traded with you, providing riding blankets.
21 “‘আরব ও কেদরের শাসনকর্তারা ছিল তোমার ক্রেতা; তারা তোমার জিনিসের বদলে মেষের বাচ্চা, মেষ ও ছাগল দিত।
Arabia and all the leaders of Kedar traded with you, supplying lambs, rams, and goats.
22 “‘শিবা ও রয়মার ব্যবসায়ীরা তোমার সঙ্গে ব্যবসা করত; তোমার জিনিসপত্রের বদলে তারা দিত সব রকমের ভালো ভালো মশলা, দামি পাথর ও সোনা।
The merchants of Sheba and Raamah traded with you, exchanging gold, the very best spices, and precious stones for your goods.
23 “‘হারণ, কন্নী, এদন ও শিবার ব্যবসায়ীরা এবং আসিরিয়া ও কিলমদ তোমার সঙ্গে ব্যবসা করত।
Haran, Canneh, and Eden traded with you, as did Sheba, Asshur, and Chilmad.
24 তারা তোমার বাজারে সুন্দর সুন্দর পোশাক, নীল কাপড়, নকশা তোলা কাপড় এবং বিভিন্ন রংয়ের গালিচা দড়ি দিয়ে শক্ত করে বেঁধে আনত।
In your marketplaces they traded with you, providing the finest blue clothing, embroidery, carpets made with different colored threads, and strong ropes of twisted strands.
25 “‘তর্শীশের জাহাজগুলি তোমার জিনিসপত্র বয়ে নিয়ে আসত। সমুদ্রের মাঝখানে ভারী জিনিসপত্র নিয়ে তুমি পূর্ণ ছিলে।
Trade ships from Tarshish transported your goods. You were like a ship sailing the sea, filled with heavy cargo.
26 যারা দাঁড় বাইত তারা তোমাকে দূর সমুদ্রে নিয়ে যাবে। কিন্তু সমুদ্রের মাঝখানে পূবের বাতাসে তোমাকে টুকরো টুকরো করে দেবে।
Your rowers took you a long way out on the water, but the east wind broke you apart in there in the open ocean.
27 তোমার ধনসম্পদ, ব্যবসার জিনিস ও অন্যান্য জিনিস, তোমার নাবিকেরা, মেরামতকারীরা, তোমার ব্যবসায়ীরা ও তোমার সব সৈন্যেরা এবং তোমার জাহাজে থাকা অন্য সকলে সমুদ্রের মাঝখানে ডুবে যাবে যেদিন তোমার জাহাজডুবি হবে।
You've lost everything! You wealth, your goods, your cargo, your crew of sailors, officers, and repairmen, your traders and all the soldiers you had, along with everyone else on board, fall into the depths of the sea on the day of your shipwreck.
28 তোমার নাবিকদের চিৎকারে সমুদ্রের পাড়ের জায়গাগুলি কেঁপে উঠবে।
The land around shakes when your sailors scream.
29 যারা দাঁড় টানে তারা সবাই তাদের জাহাজ ছেড়ে চলে যাবে; নাবিকেরা সকলে সমুদ্রের পাড়ে দাঁড়িয়ে থাকবে।
All the rowers abandon their ships. The sailors and all the ships' officers stand on the shore.
30 তারা তোমার জন্য চিৎকার করে খুব কান্নাকাটি করবে; তারা তাদের মাথায় ধুলা দেবে ও ছাইয়ের মধ্যে গড়াগড়ি দেবে।
They shout out for you and burst out crying. They mourn for you by throwing dust on their heads and rolling in ashes.
31 তোমার জন্য তারা তাদের মাথা কামিয়ে ফেলবে এবং ছালার চট পরবে। তারা মনের দুঃখে তোমার জন্য বিলাপ করে করে কাঁদবে।
They shave their heads for you and clothe themselves in sackcloth. They weep for you, crying out in agony and heartfelt mourning
32 তারা তোমার জন্য জোরে জোরে কাঁদবে ও শোক করবে, তোমাকে নিয়ে তারা এই বিলাপ করবে “সমুদ্রে ঘেরা সোরের মতো করে আর কাউকে কি চুপ করিয়ে দেওয়া হয়েছে?”
As they weep and wail over you, they sing a funeral song for you: ‘Who could compare to Tyre, now destroyed out in the sea?
33 তোমার ব্যবসার জিনিসপত্র যখন সমুদ্রে বের হত তখন তুমি অনেক জাতিকে তৃপ্ত করতে; তোমার প্রচুর ধনসম্পদ ও জিনিসপত্র দিয়ে তুমি পৃথিবীর রাজাদের ধনী করতে।
You made many people happy when they received your goods from far across the sea. You made the kings of the earth rich with all your valuable goods and products.
34 তুমি এখন সমুদ্রের আঘাতে গভীর জলের মধ্যে চুরমার হয়েছ; তোমার জিনিসপত্র ও তোমার সব লোক তোমার সঙ্গে ডুবে গেছে।
Now you have been shipwrecked by the sea, sunk in deep water, and your cargo and your people have gone down with you.
35 যারা উপকূলে বাস করে তারা তোমার অবস্থা দেখে হতভম্ব; তাদের রাজারা ভয়ে কেঁপে উঠছে এবং তাদের মুখ ভয়ে বিকৃত হয়ে গেছে।
Everyone living on the coastlands is shocked at what happened to you. Their kings are horrified; their faces twisted with fear.
36 জাতিগণের মধ্যের ব্যবসায়ীরা তোমাকে দেখে টিটকারি দেয়; তুমি ভয়ংকরভাবে শেষ হয়ে গিয়েছ আর তুমি থাকবে না।’”
The traders of the nations hiss at you in derision; disaster has brought you down and you're finished forever.”
