1 ১ প্রধান বাদ্যকরের জন্য। সদাপ্রভুুর দাস দায়ূদের গীত যে দিন সদাপ্রভুু সমস্ত শত্রুর হাত থেকে এবং শৌলের হাত থেকে দায়ূদকে উদ্ধার করলেন, সেই দিন তিনি সদাপ্রভুুর সদাপ্রভুর উদ্দেশ্যে এই গীতের কথা নিবেদন করলেন। তিনি বললেন। সদাপ্রভুু, আমার শক্তি, আমি তোমাকে ভালবাসি।

2 ২ সদাপ্রভুু আমার শৈল, আমার দূর্গ, আমার সাহায্যকারী; তিনি আমার ঈশ্বর, আমার দৃঢ় শৈল; আমি তার আশ্রয় নিই। সে আমার ঢাল, আমার পরিত্রানের শিং এবং আমার সুরক্ষিত আশ্রয়।
The LORD is my Rock, my fortress, and my deliverer; my God, my Rock, in whom I take refuge; my shield, and the horn of my salvation, my high tower.
I call on the LORD, who is worthy to be praised, and I am saved from my enemies.
The waves of death surrounded me, and the currents of ungodliness overwhelmed me.
The cords of Sheol were around me. The snares of death came on me. (Sheol h7585)
6 ৬ বিপদের মধ্যে আমি সদাপ্রভুুকে ডাকলাম; আমি সাহায্যের জন্য আমার ঈশ্বরকে ডাকলাম। তিনি তাঁর মন্দির থেকে আমার স্বর শুনলেন; আমার কান্না তাঁর সামনে উপস্হিত হয়েছে; তা তাঁর কানে প্রবেশ করেছে।
In my distress I called upon the LORD, and cried out to my God. He heard my voice out of his temple, and my cry before him came into his ears.
7 ৭ তখন পৃথিবী নড়ে উঠল এবং কেঁপে উঠলো; পর্বতের ভিত্তিও নড়ে গেলে এবং তা ঈশ্বরের ক্রোধের জন্য কেঁপে উঠল।
Then the earth shook and trembled. The foundations also of the mountains quaked and were shaken, because he was angry.
8 ৮ তাঁর নাক থেকে ধোঁয়া বের হল এবং জ্বলন্ত আগুন তাঁর মুখ থেকে বের হয়ে এল। কয়লা এর দ্বারা প্রজ্বলিত হয়।
Smoke went out of his nostrils. Consuming fire came out of his mouth. Coals were kindled by it.
He bowed the heavens also, and came down. Thick darkness was under his feet.
He rode on a cherub, and flew. Yes, he soared on the wings of the wind.
He made darkness his hiding place, his canopy around him thick clouds dark with water.
From the brightness before him his thick clouds passed on, with hailstones and coals of fire.
13 ১৩ সর্বশক্তিমান সদাপ্রভুু আকাশে গর্জন করলেন! মহান ঈশ্বর উচ্চ আওয়াজ করলেন এবং শিলাবৃষ্টি ও বজ্র পাঠালেন।
The LORD also thundered in the sky. The Most High uttered his voice.
And he sent out arrows and scattered them, and he shot lightning bolts and routed them.
15 ১৫ তখন জলরাশির প্রণালী পথ প্রকাশ পেল। ভূমন্ডলের মূল সকল অনাবৃত হল, তোমার তর্জ্জনে, হে সদাপ্রভু, তোমার নাসিকার প্রশ্বাসবায়ুতে।
And the depths of the sea appeared. The foundations of the world were laid bare at your rebuke, LORD, at the blast of the breath of your nostrils.
He sent from on high. He took me. He drew me out of many waters.
17 ১৭ আমার শক্তিশালী শত্রু কাছ থেকে তিনি আমাকে উদ্ধার করলেন, যারা আমাকে ঘৃণা করেছে, কারণ তারা আমার থেকে খুব শক্তিশালী।
He delivered me from my strong enemy, from those who hated me; for they were too mighty for me.
They came on me in the day of my calamity, but the LORD was my support.
19 ১৯ তিনি আমাকে একটি খোলা প্রশস্ত স্থানে বের করে নিয়ে এলেন; তিনি আমাকে রক্ষা করলেন, কারণ তিনি আমার প্রতি সন্তুষ্ট ছিলেন।
He brought me forth also into a large place. He delivered me, because he delighted in me.
20 ২০ আমার ধার্মিকতার কারণে সদাপ্রভুু আমাকে পুরস্কৃত করেছেন; আমার হাত শুচি করার কারণে তিনি আমাকে পুরষ্কার দিয়েছেন।
The LORD has rewarded me according to my righteousness. According to the cleanness of my hands has he recompensed me.
For I have kept the ways of the LORD, and have not wickedly departed from my God.
For all his ordinances were before me. I did not put away his statutes from me.
I was also blameless with him. I kept myself from my iniquity.
24 ২৪ তাই সদাপ্রভুু আমার ধার্মিকতার জন্য, তাঁর চোখের সামনে আমার হাত পরিষ্কার ছিল বলে, তিনি আমাকে প্রতিফল দিলেন।
Therefore the LORD has rewarded me according to my righteousness, according to the cleanness of my hands in his eyesight.
25 ২৫ একজন বিশ্বস্ত ব্যক্তির প্রতি, তুমি নিজে বিশ্বস্ত থাক; একজন ন্যায়পরায়ণ ব্যক্তির সঙ্গে তুমি নিজেকে ন্যায়পরায়ণ দেখাও।
With the faithful you show yourself faithful. With the innocent you show yourself innocent.
With the pure you show yourself pure. And with the crooked you show yourself tortuous.
For you will save a humble people, but the eyes of the proud you will bring low.
For you light my lamp. The LORD my God lights up my darkness.
29 ২৯ কারণ তোমার সাহায্যেই আমি একটি সৈন্যদলের বিরুদ্ধে দৌড়াই; আমার ঈশ্বরের সাহায্যেই আমি দেওয়াল অতিক্রম করি।
For by you, I advance through a troop. By my God, I leap over a wall.
As for God, his way is perfect. The word of the LORD is pure. He is a shield to all those who take refuge in him.
For who is God, except the LORD? Who is a rock, besides our God,
the God who girds me with strength, and makes my way blameless?
He makes my feet like deer's feet, and sets me on my high places.
He teaches my hands to war, so that my arms bend a bow of bronze.
35 ৩৫ তুমি আমাকে তোমার পরিত্রানের ঢাল দিয়েছ। তোমার ডান হাত আমাকে সমর্থন করেছে, তোমার দয়া আমাকে মহান করেছে।
You have also given me the shield of your salvation, and your right hand holds me up, and your help has made me great.
You have enlarged my steps under me, My feet have not slipped.
I pursued my enemies and overtook them, and I did not turn back until they were destroyed.
I struck them through, so that they did not rise. They fell beneath my feet.
For you have equipped me with strength for the battle. You have subdued under me those who rose up against me.
You have also made my enemies turn their backs to me, that I might cut off those who hate me.
41 ৪১ তারা সাহায্যের জন্য চিত্কার করল, কিন্তু কেউ তাদের রক্ষা করে নি; তারা সদাপ্রভুুর কাছে চিত্কার করে বলল, কিন্তু তিনি তাদের উত্তর দেননি।
They cried, but there was none to save; even to the LORD, but he did not answer them.
42 ৪২ আমি চূর্ণ করি তাদের বাতাসের মুখে উড়ে যাওয়ার তূষের মত; আমি তাদের রাস্তায় কাদার মত ছুঁড়ে ফেলে দিলাম।
Then I ground them as fine as the dust on the surface of a path. Like the mud in the streets, I trampled them.
43 ৪৩ তুমি আমাকে প্রজাদের বিরোধ থেকে উদ্ধার করেছ। তুমি আমাকে জাতিগুলোর মাথার উপরে গঠন করেছ। এমন লোক যাদের আমি চিনতাম না তারা আমার দাস হবে।
You have delivered me from the strivings of the people. You have made me the head of the nations. A people whom I have not known shall serve me;
44 ৪৪ যত তাড়াতাড়ি তারা আমার সম্পর্কে শুনেছে, তারা আমার আদেশ মান্য করবে; বিদেশীরা আমার কাছে নিজেকে সমর্পণ করবে।
as soon as they hear of me they obey me. Foreigners come cringing to me;
they are not bound in chains.
The LORD lives; and blessed be my rock. Exalted be the God of my salvation,
even the God who executes vengeance for me, and subdues peoples under me.
48 ৪৮ তিনিই উদ্ধার করেছেন আমায় শত্রুদের কবল থেকে, বিজয়ী করেছেন বিরোধীদের উপরে, অত্যাচারিতদের থেকে উদ্ধার করেছ আমায়।
He rescues me from my enemies. Yes, you lift me up above those who rise up against me. You deliver me from the violent man.
Therefore I will praise you, LORD, among the nations, and will sing praises to your name.
50 ৫০ ঈশ্বর তাঁর রাজাকে মহা বিজয় দেন এবং তিনি তাঁর অভিষিক্তকে চুক্তির বিশ্বস্ততা দেখান, যুগে যুগে দায়ূদের ও তার বংশের প্রতিও দেখান।
He gives great deliverance to his king, and shows loving kindness to his anointed, to David and to his descendants, until forever.
