1 ১ দায়ূদের, আরোহণ গীত। আমি আনন্দিত হলাম পেলাম যখন তারা আমাকে বলে, চল আমরা সদাপ্রভুুর গৃহে যাই।

I was glad when they said to me, “Let’s go to Adonai’s house!”

2 ২ আমারদের পা তোমার দরজার ভেতরে দাঁড়িয়ে, যিরুশালেম।

Our feet are standing within your gates, Jerusalem [City of peace];

3 ৩ যিরুশালেম একটা শহরের মত তৈরী হয়েছিল যা একত্র সংযুক্ত শহরের মত।

Jerusalem [City of peace], that is built as a city that is compact together;

4 ৪ জাতিরা সেই জায়গায় গেল, সদাপ্রভুুর বংশ, ইস্রায়েলের যেমন বিধি সদাপ্রভুুর ধন্যবাদ দিতে গেল।

where the tribes go up, even Yah’s tribes, according to a testimony for Israel [God prevails], yadah ·extend hands in thankful praise· to Adonai’s name.

5 ৫ সেখানে নেতারা সিংহাসনে বসল দায়ূদ কুলের বিচারের জন্য।

For there are set thrones for judgment, the thrones of David [Beloved]’s house.

6 ৬ প্রার্থনা কর যিরুশালেমের শান্তির জন্য, যারা তোমাকে প্রেম করে তাদের উন্নতির জন্য।

Pray for the peace of Jerusalem [City of peace]. Those who 'ahav ·affectionately love· you will prosper.

7 ৭ তোমার প্রাচীরের মধ্যে শান্তি হোক, তোমার অট্টালিকার মধ্যে উন্নতি হোক।

Peace be within your walls, and prosperity within your palaces.

8 ৮ আমার ভাইদের এবং সঙ্গীদের জন্য আমি এখন বলবো, “তোমার মধ্যে শান্তি হোক।”

For my brothers’ and companions’ sakes, I will now say, “Peace be within you.”

9 ৯ আমাদের ঈশ্বর সদাপ্রভুুর গৃহে আমি তোমার মঙ্গলের জন্য প্রার্থনা করব।

For the sake of the house of Yahweh Eloheikhem [Yahweh our God], I will seek your good.
