হোশেয় ভাববাদীর বই 6

1 ১ “চল, আমরা সদাপ্রভুর কাছে ফিরে যাই। কারণ তিনি আমাদের খন্ড খন্ড করেছেন, কিন্তু তিনি আমাদের সুস্থ করবেন; তিনি আমাদের আহত করেছেন, কিন্তু তিনি আমাদের ক্ষত বেঁধে দেবেন।

Come, let us return to the LORD. For He has torn us to pieces, but He will heal us; He has wounded us, but He will bind up our wounds.

2 ২ দুই দিন পর তিনি আমাদের আবার বাঁচিয়ে তুলবেন; তিনি আমাদের তৃতীয় দিনের তুলবেন এবং আমরা তাঁর সামনে বেঁচে থাকব।

After two days He will revive us; on the third day He will raise us up, that we may live in His presence.

3 ৩ এস আমরা সদাপ্রভুকে জানি; এস আমরা সদাপ্রভুকে জানার জন্য অনুসরণ করি। যেমন নিশ্চিত ভাবে সূর্য্য উদিত হয় ঠিক তেমনি তিনিও প্রকাশিত হবেন; তিনি আমাদের কাছে ঝরনার মত আসবেন, বর্ষার বৃষ্টির মত যা দেশকে জল দেবে।”

So let us know— let us press on to know the LORD. As surely as the sun rises, He will appear; He will come to us like the rain, like the spring showers that water the earth.

4 ৪ ইফ্রয়িম, আমি তোমার সঙ্গে কি করব? যিহূদা, আমি তোমার সঙ্গে কি করব? তোমাদের বিশ্বস্ততা ঠিক সকালের মেঘের মত, ঠিক শিশিরের মত যা তাড়াতাড়ি চলে যায়।

What shall I do with you, O Ephraim? What shall I do with you, O Judah? For your loyalty is like a morning mist, like the early dew that vanishes.

5 ৫ তাই আমি ভাববাদীদের দিয়ে তাদের খণ্ড খণ্ড করেছি, আমি তাদের আমার মুখের কথা দিয়ে মেরে ফেলেছি। তোমার আদেশগুলি যা বিদ্যুতের মত বার হয়।

Therefore I have hewn them by the prophets; I have slain them by the words of My mouth, and My judgments go forth like lightning.

6 ৬ কারণ আমি বিশ্বস্ততা চাই, বলিদান নয় এবং আমার জ্ঞান, ঈশ্বরের জ্ঞান, হোমবলির থেকেও বেশি।

For I desire mercy, not sacrifice, and the knowledge of God rather than burnt offerings.

7 ৭ আদমের মত তারাও নিয়ম ভেঙ্গেছে; তারা আমার কাছে অবিশ্বস্ত ছিল।

But they, like Adam, have transgressed the covenant; there they were unfaithful to Me.

8 ৮ গিলিয়দ হল অন্যায়কারীদের শহর, রক্তের পদচিহ্নে ভরা।

Gilead is a city of evildoers, tracked with footprints of blood.

9 ৯ যেমন ডাকাতের দল কারোর জন্য অপেক্ষা করে, তেমন যাজকেরা একত্র হয় শিখিমের রাস্তায় খুন করার জন্য; তারা লজ্জাজনক কাজ করেছে।

Like raiders who lie in ambush, so does a band of priests; they murder on the way to Shechem; surely they have committed atrocities.

10 ১০ ইস্রায়েল কুলে আমি ভয়ঙ্কর জিনিস দেখেছি; সেখানে ইফ্রয়িমের বেশ্যাবৃত্তি আছে আর ইস্রায়েল অশুচি হয়েছে।

In the house of Israel I have seen a horrible thing: Ephraim practices prostitution there, and Israel is defiled.

11 ১১ তোমার জন্যও, যিহূদা, একজন ফসল সংগ্রহকারী রাখা হবে, যখন আমি আমার প্রজাদের ভাগ্য ফিরিয়ে নিয়ে আসব।

Also for you, O Judah, a harvest is appointed, when I restore My people from captivity.
