ইষ্রা 2

1 ১ যাদের বন্দী করে রাখা হয়েছিল, বাবিলের রাজা নবূখদনিত্সর তাদেরকে বাবিলে বন্দী করে নিয়ে গিয়েছিলেন, তাদের মধ্যে প্রদেশের এই লোকেরা বন্দীদশা থেকে যাত্রা করে যিরূশালেমে ও যিহূদাতে নিজেদের নগরে ফিরে এল;

Now, these, are the sons of the province, who came up from among the captives of the exile, whom Nebuchadnezzar the king of Babylon exiled to Babylon, —who came back unto Jerusalem and Judah, every one unto his own city;

2 ২ এরা সরুব্বাবিল, যেশূয়, নহিমিয়, সরায়, রিয়েলার, মর্দখয়, বিলশন, মিস্পর, বিগবয়, রহূম ও বানা এনাদের সঙ্গে ফিরে এল৷ সেই ইস্রায়েল লোকেদের পুরুষের সংখ্যা;

who came in with Zerubbabel, Jeshua, Nehemiah, Seraiah, Reelaiah, Mordecai, Bilshan, Mispar, Bigvai Rehum, Baanah, —the number of the men of the people of Israel: —

3 ৩ পরোশের বংশধরদের সংখ্যা দুই হাজার একশো বাহাত্তর জন৷

The sons of Parosh, two thousand one hundred and seventy-two;

4 ৪ শফটিয়ের বংশধরদের সংখ্যা তিনশো বাহাত্তর জন৷

The sons of Shephatiah, three hundred and seventy-two;

5 ৫ আরহের সন্তান সাতশো পঁচাত্তর জন৷

The sons of Arah, seven hundred and seventy-five;

6 ৬ বংশধরদের সংখ্যা যেশূয় ও যোয়াবের বংশধরদের মধ্যে পহৎ-মোয়াবের বংশধর দুই হাজার আটশো বারো জন৷

The sons of Pahath-moab, belonging to the sons of Jeshua, Joab, two thousand eight hundred and twelve;

7 ৭ বংশধরদের সংখ্যা এলমের বংশধর এক হাজার দুশো চুয়ান্ন জন৷

The sons of Elam, a thousand two hundred and fifty-four;

8 ৮ বংশধরদের সংখ্যা সত্তূর বংশধর নশো পঁয়তাল্লিশ জন৷

The sons of Zattu, nine hundred and forty-five;

9 ৯ সক্কেয়ের বংশধর সাতশো ষাট জন৷

The sons of Zaccai, seven hundred and sixty;

10 ১০ বানির বংশধর ছয়শো বিয়াল্লিশ জন৷

The sons of Bani, six hundred and forty-two;

11 ১১ বেবয়ের বংশধর ছয়শো তেইশ জন৷

The sons of Bebai, six hundred and twenty-three;

12 ১২ অসগদের বংশধর এক হাজার দুশো বাইশ জন৷

The sons of Azgad, a thousand two hundred and twenty-two;

13 ১৩ অদোনীকামের বংশধর ছয়শো ছেষট্টি জন৷

The sons of Adonikam, six hundred and sixty-six;

14 ১৪ বিগবয়ের বংশধর দুই হাজার ছাপ্পান্ন জন৷

The sons of Bigvai, two thousand and fifty-six;

15 ১৫ আদীনের বংশধর চারশো চুয়ান্ন জন৷

The sons of Adin, four hundred and fifty-four;

16 ১৬ যিহিষ্কিয়ের বংশের আটেরের বংশধর আটানব্বই জন৷

The sons of Ater pertaining to Hezekiah, ninety-eight;

17 ১৭ বেৎসয়ের বংশধর তিনশো তেইশ জন৷

The sons of Bezai, three hundred and twenty-three;

18 ১৮ যোরাহের বংশধর একশো বারো জন৷

The sons of Jorah, a hundred and twelve;

19 ১৯ হশুমের বংশধর দুশো তেইশ জন৷

The sons of Hashum, two hundred and twenty-three:

20 ২০ গিব্বরের বংশধর পঁচানব্বই জন৷

The sons of Gibbar, ninety-five;

21 ২১ বৈৎলেহমের বংশধর একশো তেইশ জন৷

The sons of Bethlehem, a hundred and twenty-three;

22 ২২ নটোফার লোক ছাপ্পান্ন জন৷

The men of Netophah, fifty-six;

23 ২৩ অনাথোতের লোক একশো আঠাশ জন৷

The men of Anathoth, a hundred and twenty-eight;

24 ২৪ অসমাবতের বংশধর বেয়াল্লিশ জন৷

The sons of Azmaveth, forty-two;

25 ২৫ কিরিয়ৎ-আরীম, কফীরা ও বেরোতের বংশধর সাতশো তেতাল্লিশ জন৷

The sons of Kiriath-arim, Chephirah and Beeroth, seven hundred and forty-three;

26 ২৬ রামার ও গেবার বংশধর ছয়শো একুশ জন৷

The sons of Ramah and Geba, six hundred and twenty-one;

27 ২৭ মিকমসের লোক একশো বাইশ জন৷

The men of Michmas, a hundred and twenty-two:

28 ২৮ বৈথেলের ও অয়ের লোক দুশো তেইশ জন৷

The men of Bethel and Ai, two hundred and twenty-three;

29 ২৯ নবোর বংশধর বাহান্ন জন৷

The sons of Nebo, fifty-two;

30 ৩০ মগবীশের বংশধর একশো ছাপ্পান্ন জন৷

The sons of Magbish, a hundred and fifty-six;

31 ৩১ অন্য এলমের বংশধর এক হাজার দুশো চুয়ান্ন জন৷

The sons of the other Elam, a thousand two hundred and fifty-four;

32 ৩২ হারীমের বংশধর তিনশো কুড়ি জন৷

The sons of Harim, three hundred and twenty;

33 ৩৩ লোদ, হাদীদ ও ওনোর বংশধর সাতশো পঁচিশ জন৷

The sons of Lod, Hadid and Ono, seven hundred and twenty-five;

34 ৩৪ যিরিহোর বংশধর তিনশো পঁয়তাল্লিশ জন৷

The sons of Jericho, three hundred and forty-five;

35 ৩৫ সনায়ার বংশধর তিন হাজার ছয়শো ত্রিশ জন৷

The sons of Senaah, three thousand and six hundred and thirty!

36 ৩৬ যাজকেরা; যেশূয় বংশের মধ্যে যিদয়িয়ের বংশধর নয়শো তেয়াত্তর জন৷

The priests, The sons of Jedaiah of the house of Jeshua, nine hundred and seventy-three;

37 ৩৭ ইম্মেরের বংশধর এক হাজার বাহান্ন জন৷

The sons of Immer, a thousand and fifty-two;

38 ৩৮ পশহূরের বংশধর এক হাজার দুশো সাতচল্লিশ জন৷

The sons of Pashhur, a thousand two hundred and forty-seven;

39 ৩৯ হারীমের বংশধর এক হাজার সতের জন৷

The sons of Harim, a thousand and seventeen,

40 ৪০ লেবীয়েরা; হোদবিয়ের বংশধরদের মধ্যে যেশূয় ও কদমীয়েলের বংশধর চুয়াত্তর জন৷

The Levites, The sons of Jeshua, and Kadmiel of the sons of Hodaviah, seventy-four.

41 ৪১ গায়কেরা; আসফের বংশধর একশো আঠাশ জন৷

The singers, The sons of Asaph, a hundred and twenty-eight.

42 ৪২ দারোয়ানদের বংশধররা; শল্লুমের বংশধর, আটেরের বংশধর, টলমোনের বংশধর, অক্কুবের বংশধর, হটীটার বংশধর, শোবয়ের বংশধর মোট একশো ঊনচল্লিশ জন৷

The sons of the door-keepers, The sons of Shallum, the sons of Ater, the sons of Talmon, the sons of Akkub, the sons of Hatita, the sons of Shobai, —in all, a hundred and thirty-nine.

43 ৪৩ নথীনীয়েরা (মন্দিরের কর্মচারীরা); সীহের বংশধর, হসূফার বংশধর, টব্বায়োতের বংশধর,

The Nethinim, The sons of Ziha, the sons of Hasupha, the sons of Tabbaoth;

44 ৪৪ কেরোসের বংশধর, সীয়ের বংশধর, পাদোনের বংশধর,

the sons of Keros, the sons of Siaha, the sons of Padon;

45 ৪৫ লবানার বংশধর, হগাবের বংশধর, অক্কুবের বংশধর,

the sons of Lebanah, the sons of Hagabah, the sons of Akkub;

46 ৪৬ হাগবের বংশধর, শময়লের বংশধর, হাননের সন্তান,

the sons of Hagab, the sons of Shamlai, the sons of Hanan;

47 ৪৭ গিদ্দেলের বংশধর, গহরের বংশধর, রায়ার বংশধর,

the sons of Giddel, the sons of Gahar, the sons of Reaiah;

48 ৪৮ রৎসীনের বংশধর, নকোদের বংশধর, গসমের বংশধর,

the sons of Rezin, the sons of Nekoda, the sons of Gazzam;

49 ৪৯ উষের বংশধর, পাসেহের বংশধর, বেষয়ের বংশধর,

the sons of Uzza, the sons of Paseah, the sons of Besai;

50 ৫০ অস্নার বংশধর, মিয়ূনীমের বংশধর, নফূষীমের বংশধর;

the sons of Asnah, the sons of Meunim, the sons of Nephisim;

51 ৫১ বকবূকের বংশধর, হকূফার বংশধর, হর্হূরের বংশধর,

the sons of Bakbuk, the sons of Hakupha, the sons of Harhur;

52 ৫২ বসলূতের বংশধর, মহীদার বংশধর, হর্শার বংশধর,

the sons of Bazluth, the sons of Mehida, the sons of Harsha;

53 ৫৩ বর্কোসের বংশধর, সীষরার বংশধর, তেমহের বংশধর,

the sons of Barkos, the sons of Sisera, the sons of Temah;

54 ৫৪ নৎসীহের বংশধর, হটীফার বংশধররা৷

the sons of Neziah, the sons of Hatipha.

55 ৫৫ শলোমনের দাসদের বংশধররা; সোটয়ের বংশধর, হসসোফেরতের বংশধর, পরূদার বংশধর;

The Sons of the Servants of Solomon. The sons of Sotai, the sons of Hasso-phereth, the sons of Peruda;

56 ৫৬ যালার বংশধর, দর্কোনের বংশধর, গিদ্দেলের বংশধর,

the sons of Jaalah, the sons of Darkon, the sons of Giddel;

57 ৫৭ শফটিয়ের বংশধর, হটীলের বংশধর, পোখেরৎ-হৎসবায়ীমের বংশধর, আমীর বংশধররা৷

the sons of Shephatiah, the sons of Hattil, the sons of Pochereth-hazzebaim, the sons of Ami.

58 ৫৮ নথীনীয়েরা (যারা মন্দিরের কাজ করত) ও শলোমনের দাসদের বংশধররা মোট তিনশো বিরানব্বই জন৷

All the Nethinim, and the Sons of the Servants of Solomon, were three hundred and ninety-two.

59 ৫৯ আর তেল-মেলহ, তেল-হর্শা, করূব, অদ্দন ও ইম্মের, এক সব জায়গা থেকে নিচে লেখা লোকেরা এল, কিন্তু তারা ইস্রায়েলীয় কি না, এ বিষয়ে তারা তাদের পূর্বপুরুষদের কিংবা বংশের প্রমাণ দিতে পারল না;

And, these, were they who came up from Tel-melah, Tel-harsha, Cherub, Addan, Immer; but they could not tell their ancestral house, nor their seed, whether, of Israel, they were:

60 ৬০ দলায়ের বংশধর, টোবিয়ের বংশধর, নকোদের বংশধর ছয়শো বাহান্ন জন৷

the sons of Delaiah, the sons of Tobiah, the sons of Nekoda, —six hundred and fifty-two.

61 ৬১ আর যাজক বংশধরদের মধ্যে হবায়ের বংশধর, হক্কোসের বংশধর ও বর্সিল্লয়ের বংশধরেরা; এই বর্সিল্লয় গিলিয়দীয় বর্সিল্লয়ের একটি মেয়েকে বিয়ে করে তাদের নামে পরিচিত হয়েছিল৷

And, of the sons of the priests, the sons of Habaiah, the sons of Hakkoz, —the sons of Barzillai, who took of the daughters of Barzillai the Gileadite to wife, and was called after their name.

62 ৬২ বংশাবলিতে নথিভুক্ত লোকেদের মধ্যে এরা নিজেদের বংশতালিকা খুঁজে পেল না, তাই তারা অশুচি বলে যাজকত্ব পদ হারালো৷

These, sought their writing wherein they were registered, but they were not found, —so they were desecrated out of the priesthood;

63 ৬৩ আর শাসনকর্ত্তা তাদেরকে বললেন, “যে পর্যন্ত ঊরীম ও তুম্মীমের অধিকারী একজন যাজক তৈরী না হয়, ততদিন তোমরা অতি পবিত্র জিনিস খাবে না৷”

and the governor told them, that they must not eat of the most holy things, —until there should stand up a priest, with Lights and Perfections.

64 ৬৪ জড়ো হওয়া সমস্ত সমাজ মোট বিয়াল্লিশ হাজার তিনশো ষাট জন ছিল৷

All the gathered host together, was forty-two thousand three hundred and sixty;

65 ৬৫ তাছাড়াও তাদের সাত হাজার তিনশো সাঁইত্রিশ জন দাসদাসী ছিল, আর তাদের মন্দিরে দুশো জন গায়ক ও গায়িকা ছিল৷

besides, their men-servants and their maid-servants who were these, seven thousand three hundred and thirty-seven, —and there pertained to them, singing men and singing women, two hundred:

66 ৬৬ তাদের সাতশো ছত্রিশটি ঘোড়া, দুশো পঁয়তাল্লিশটি ঘোড়ার রথ,

their horses, were seven hundred and thirty-six, —their mules, two hundred and forty-five;

67 ৬৭ চারশো পঁয়ত্রিশটি উট ও ছয় হাজার সাতশো কুড়িটি গাধা ছিল৷

their camels, four hundred and thirty-five, —asses, six thousand seven hundred and twenty.

68 ৬৮ পরে পুর্বপুরুষদের বংশের প্রধানদের মধ্যে কতগুলি লোক সদাপ্রভুর যিরূশালেমের বাড়ির কাছে আসলে ঈশ্বরের সেই বাড়ি নিজের জায়গায় স্থাপন করার জন্য সম্পূর্ণ ইচ্ছায় দান করল৷

And, a portion of the ancestral chiefs, when they came to the house of Yahweh which was in Jerusalem, offered voluntarily for the house of God, to set it up on its basis.

69 ৬৯ তারা নিজেদের শক্তি অনুসারে ঐ কাজের ভান্ডারে একষট্টি হ্যাঁজার অদর্কোন সোনা ও পাঁচ হাজার মানি রূপা ও যাজকদের জন্য একশোটি পোশাক দিল৷

According to their ability, gave they unto the treasury of the work, of gold, sixty-one thousand drams, and, of silver, five thousand manehs, —and, tunics for priests, one hundred.

70 ৭০ পরে যাজকেরা, লেবীয়েরা ও অন্যান্য লোকেরা এবং গায়কেরা, দারোয়ানরা ও নথীনীয়েরা নিজেদের নগরে এবং সমস্ত ইস্রায়েল নিজেদের নগরে বাস করল৷

So the priests and the Levites, and some of the people, and the singers and the doorkeepers and the Nethinim, took up their abode, in their cities, —and, all Israel, in their cities.
