1 ১ “এখন তুমি, মানুষের-সন্তান, তুমি গোগের বিরুদ্ধে ভাববাণী কর এবং বল, ‘প্রভু সদাপ্রভু এই কথা বলেন, হে গোগ! মেশকের ও তুবলের অধিপতি, দেখ, আমি তোমার বিরুদ্ধে।
And you, son of man, prophesy against Gog, and say, Thus says the Lord; Behold, I am against you, O Gog, Rhos prince of Mesoch and Thobel:
2 ২ আমি তোমাকে ফেরাব এবং তোমাকে চালাব, উত্তরদিকের শেষ থেকে তোমাকে আনব এবং ইস্রায়েলের পর্বতগুলিতে তোমাকে নিয়ে আসব।
and I will assemble you, and guide you, and raise you up on the extremity of the north, and I will bring you up upon the mountains of Israel.
3 ৩ আর আমি আঘাত করে তোমার ধনুক তোমার বাম হাত থেকে বের করে দেব ও তোমার দান হাত থেকে তোমার তীর সব ফেলে দেব।
And I will destroy the bow out of your left hand, and your arrows out of your right hand, and I will cast you down on the mountains of Israel;
4 ৪ ইস্রায়েলের পর্বতগুলিতে তুমি, তোমার সব সৈন্যদল ও তোমার সঙ্গী জাতিরা পড়ে মারা যাবে; আমি তোমাকে খাবারের জন্য ক্ষেত্রের শিকারী পাখি ও বন্যপশুদের কাছে দেব।
and you and all that belong to you shall fall, and the nations that are with you shall be given to multitudes of birds, [even] to every fowl, and I have given you to all the wild beasts of the field to be devoured.
You shall fall on the face of the field: for I have spoken [it], says the Lord.
6 ৬ আর আমি মাগোগের মধ্যে ও সুরক্ষিত উপকূল-নিবাসীদের মধ্যে আগুন পাঠাব এবং তারা জানবে যে, আমি সদাপ্রভু।
And I will send a fire upon Gog, and the islands shall be securely inhabited: and they shall know that I am the Lord.
7 ৭ কারণ আমি আমার লোক ইস্রায়েলের মধ্যে আমার পবিত্র নাম জানাব, আমার পবিত্র নাম আর অপবিত্রীকৃত হতে দেব না; তাতে জাতিরা জানবে যে, আমি সদাপ্রভু, ইস্রায়েল মধ্যে পবিত্রতম।
And my holy name shall be known in the midst of my people Israel; and my holy name shall no more be profaned: and the nations shall know that I am the Lord, the Holy [One] in Israel.
Behold it is come, and you shall know that it shall be, says the Lord God; this is the day concerning which I have spoken.
9 ৯ তখন ইস্রায়েলের সব শহরনিবাসী লোকেরা বাইরে যাবে এবং অস্ত্র, ছোট ঢাল, বড় ঢাল, ধনুকগুলি ও তিরগুলি, লাঠি ও বর্শা পোড়াবে; তারা তাদেরকে সাত বছরের জন্য আগুন দিয়ে পোড়াবে।
And they that inhabit the cities of Israel shall come forth, and make a fire with the arms, the shields and the spears, and bows and arrows, and hand-staves, and lances, and they shall keep fire burning with them for seven years:
10 ১০ তারা মাঠ থেকে কাঠ জড়ো করবে না অথবা বনের গাছ কাটবে না; কারণ তারা সেই অস্ত্রশস্ত্র পোড়াবে; তারা তাদের থেকে নেবে যারা তাদের থেকে নিয়েছে; তারা তাদের জিনিস লুট করবে যারা তাদের জিনিস লুট করেছিল। এটা প্রভু সদাপ্রভু বলেন।
and they shall not take any wood out of the field, neither shall they cut any out of the forests, but they shall burn the weapons with fire: and they shall plunder those that plundered them, and spoil those that spoiled them, says the Lord.
11 ১১ তখন এটা সেই দিনের ঘটবে যা আমি সেখানে গোগের জন্য তৈরী করেছি ইস্রায়েলে এক কবর স্থান, এক উপত্যকা তাদের জন্য যারা পূর্বদিকের সমুদ্রের দিকে যাত্রা করে। এটা প্রতিরোধ করা হবে যারা উলঙ্ঘন করতে চায়। সেখানে তারা গোগকে ও তার সব জনতাকে কবর দেবে। তারা এটিকে কবর সেই দিন আমি ইস্রায়েলের মধ্যে হামোন-গোগের উপত্যকা বলে ডাকবে।
And it shall come to pass [that] in that day I will give to Gog a place of renown, a tomb in Israel, the burial-place of them that approach the sea: and they shall build round about the outlet of the valley, and there they shall bury Gog and all his multitude: and [the place] shall then be called the burial-place of Gog.
And the house of Israel shall bury them, that the land may be cleansed in the space of seven months.
13 ১৩ কারণ দেশের সব লোক তাদেরকে কবর দেবে; এটা তাদের জন্য এক স্মরণীয় দিন হবে যখন আমি গৌরবান্বিত হব। এটা প্রভু সদাপ্রভু বলেন।
Yes, all the people of the land shall bury them; and it shall be to them a [place] of renown in the day wherein it was glorified, says the Lord.
14 ১৪ ‘তখন তারা কিছু লোককে মনোনীত করবে ওরা কবর দেওয়ার জন্য দেশের মধ্যে দিয়ে পর্যটন করবে, পর্যটনকারীর সঙ্গে ভূমির পৃষ্ঠে বাকি সবাইকে দেশ শুচি করার জন্যে কবর দেবে; সাত মাস শেষে তারা শুরু করবে।
And they shall appoint men continually to go over the land, to bury them that have been left on the face of the earth, to cleanse it after the space of seven months, and they shall seek [them] out.
15 ১৫ আর সেই দেশ-পর্যটনকারীরা পর্যটন করবে এবং যখন তারা মানুষের হাড় দেখে, তখন তার পাশে এক চিহ্ন দেবে; পরে কবর খননকারীরা আসবে এবং হামন গোগে তার কবর দেবে।
And every one that goes through the land, and sees a man's bone, shall set up a mark by it, until the buriers shall have buried it in the valley, the burial place of Gog.
For the name of the city [shall be] Burial-place: so shall the land be cleansed.
17 ১৭ এখন তুমি, মানুষের-সন্তান, প্রভু সদাপ্রভু এই কথা বলেন, তুমি ক্ষেত্রের সব ধরনের পাখিদেরকে এবং সমস্ত বন্যপশুকে বল, একত্রিত হও এবং এস! সব দিক থেকে বলিদানে জড়ো হও যা আমি নিজে তোমার জন্য তৈরী করেছি, ইস্রায়েলের পর্বতদের ওপরে এক মহাযজ্ঞ; তাতে তোমার মাংস খাবে ও রক্ত পান করবে।
And you, son of man, say, Thus says the Lord; Say to every winged bird, and to all the wild beasts of the field, Gather yourselves, and come; gather yourselves from all [places] round about to my sacrifice, which I have made for you, [even] a great sacrifice on the mountains of Israel, and you shall eat flesh, and drink blood.
18 ১৮ তোমার পৃথিবীর বীরদের মাংস খাবে ও নেতাদের রক্ত পান করবে, তারা সবাই বাশন দেশীয় মোটাসোটা মেষ, মেষশাবক, ছাগল ও ষাঁড়।
You shall eat the flesh of mighty men, and you shall drink the blood of princes of the earth, rams, and calves and goats, and they are all fatted calves.
19 ১৯ তখন তোমার তোমাদের পরিতৃপ্তি পর্যন্ত মেদ খাবে; তোমার মত্ততা পর্যন্ত রক্ত পান করবে; তোমাদের জন্য যে যজ্ঞ প্রস্তুত করেছি।
And you shall eat fat till you are full, and shall drink wine till you are drunken, of my sacrifice which I have prepared for you.
20 ২০ তুমি আমার মেজে ঘোড়া, রথ, বীর ও যুদ্ধের প্রত্যেক লোকের সঙ্গে সন্তুষ্ট হবে’।” এটা সদাপ্রভু বলেন।
And you shall be filled at my table, [eating] horse, and rider, and mighty man, and every warrior, says the Lord.
21 ২১ তখন আমি জাতিদের মধ্যে আমার গৌরব স্থাপন করব এবং সব জাতি আমার বিচার দেখবে যা আমি সম্পাদন করব এবং আমার হাত যা তাদের বিরুদ্ধে রেখেছি।
And I will set my glory amongst you, and all the nations shall see my judgement which I have wrought, and my hand which I have brought upon them.
And the house of Israel shall know that I am the Lord their God, from this day and onwards.
23 ২৩ এবং জাতিরা জানতে পারবে যে ইস্রায়েল কুল তাদের অপরাধের কারণে বন্দিত্বের মধ্যে গিয়েছিল যা তারা আমাকে বিশ্বাসঘাতকতা করেছিল, তাই আমি তাদের থেকে আমার মুখ লুকিয়েছিলাম এবং তাদেরকে তাদের বিপক্ষদের হাতে দিয়ে দিয়েছিলাম আর তাদের সবাই তরোয়ালের দ্বারা পড়ে গিয়েছিল।
And all the nations shall know that the house of Israel were led captive because of their sins, because they rebelled against me, and I turned away my face from them, and delivered them into the hands of their enemies, and they all fell by the sword.
24 ২৪ তাদের অশুচিতা ও তাদের পাপ অনুসারে আমি তাদের প্রতি সেরকম ব্যবহার করেছিলাম; যখন আমি তাদের থেকে আমার মুখ লুকিয়েছিলাম।
According to their uncleannesses and according to their transgressions did I deal with them, and I turned away my face from them.
25 ২৫ এই জন্য প্রভু সদাপ্রভু এই কথা বলেন, এখন আমি যাকোবের ভাগ্য ফেরাব এবং আমি সমস্ত ইস্রায়েল কুলের প্রতি করুণা করব যখন আমি আমার পবিত্র নামের জন্য আগ্রহী হব।
Therefore thus says the Lord God, Now will I turn back captivity in Jacob, and will have mercy on the house of Israel, and will be jealous for the sake of my holy name.
26 ২৬ তখন তারা তাদের অপমান ও সব প্রতারণা যা আমার বিরুদ্ধে বিশ্বাসঘাতকতা করেছে তা ভুলে যাবে। তারা এইসব ভুলে যাবে যখন তারা নির্ভয়ে তাদের দেশে বাস করবে, কেউ তাদেরকে আতঙ্কিত করবে না।
And they shall bear their reproach, and the iniquity which they committed when they lived upon their land in peace. Yet there shall be none to terrify [them]
27 ২৭ যখন আমি জাতিদের মধ্যে থেকে তাদেরকে উদ্ধার করব এবং তাদের শত্রুদের দেশ থেকে তাদেরকে জড়ো করব, আমি অনেক জাতির দৃষ্টিতে নিজেকে পবিত্র বলে দেখাব।
when I have brought them back from the nations, and gathered them out of the countries of the nations: and I will be sanctified amongst them in the presence of the nations.
28 ২৮ তখন তারা জানবে যে, আমিই তাদের ঈশ্বর সদাপ্রভু, কারণ আমি জাতিদের কাছে তাকে বন্দিত্বের মধ্যে পাঠিয়েছিলাম, কিন্তু তখন আমি তাদেরই দেশে তাদেরকে একত্র করেছি। আমি জাতিদের মধ্যে কাউকেও অবশিষ্ট রাখব না।
And they shall know that I am the Lord their God, when I have been manifested to them amongst the nations.
29 ২৯ আমি তাদের থেকে নিজের মুখ আর লুকাব না, যখন আমি ইস্রায়েল কুলের ওপরে আমার আত্মাকে ঢেলে দেব। এটা সদাপ্রভু বলেন।
And I will no more turn away my face from them, because I have poured out my wrath upon the house of Israel, says the Lord God.
